I ordered 5 times from them. The first time they did not meet the delivery time. The other times deliveries were on time. Unfortunately, delivery is generally partial. One or more items are missing, however missing items are delivered within a few days. On the other hand, during my last order for an amount of 446 , on 04/04/2018, after 2 weeks I still miss an article, the gift that I had ordered for my son's birthday. Despite my 2 phone calls where they assured me of the arrival within a few days of the toy. Therefore, I was forced to go buy another toy for my son's birthday as well as cancel my order from them with this letter:

Go or even elsewhere is better. Lack of seriousness and professionalism. Too high delivery costs and too long waiting time. Today it's been 12 days since the validation of my order and I still have not been delivered. We can not even count on the after-sales service which is unreachable.
On the other hand, to debit your account, there strangely they are very effective. This is my first and last time to order from you.
I put you 1 star because I have to do it, if it was possible I would give you a 0. you don't deserve this star.
