Rixos The Palm Dubai Review

As always, RIXOS, which fascinates us with its difference, spoils us again, first of all thanks to its Turkish employees and its disciplined staff.
I recommend the all inclusive package.

Very nice hotel and views. the problem is that it takes too long to get out of the palm and its placed at the end of the palm.

little expensive but Absolutely fantastic experience in this hotel. The rooms, views and surrounds are all to a very high standard, as is the buffet breakfast, but it is the staff that sets it apart. They were extremely helpful, attentive and welcoming throughout..

Nice hotel. They have nice outdoor seatings with great view to Marina. You should try their sea food restaurant.

His problem is Baluikand, the place is jammed and the entrance is the right of a single jeep

A wonderful hotel with wonderful staff. All were very nice and had a smile on their face. The hotel was very clean and tidy. The food was a real treat. The various restaurants were delicious. We will be back next year

Good choice for Dubai Beach side. Very clean hotel, impeccable service, huge rooms, gargantuan breakfast.
Admittedly, it is isolated at the end of the Palm, but all the better, it makes it much quieter than other hotels in La Palme, where, with 2x2 lanes of cars, having a room on the street can be difficult.
And then taxis do not cost anything: about 10 euros to get to the Marina. And the free shuttle takes you to the Mall of the Emirates, shopping mall from where it is possible to take the metro.
What a clean Dubai! like Singapore.
Come on: a little criticism: no one speaks French at the hotel ...

i love it but The Service is slow if you need anything in your room you will get it it after half an hour

Nice rooms and pool area. Pool is heated during winter. Quite farfrom the city (8km to the land itself). Hotel has bus coaches to malls (Dubai & Emirates) there is boat coach as well to Marina mall but time table are very bad. Food is greatbut super expensive

Amazing, luxurious and so elegant hotel.. Great location at the palm.
We attended a wedding there at the beach side, it was amazing.. The weather helped alot and we took amazing photos and we danced alot.
The food was so yammii and the chiefs did a great job in preparing those amazing dishes.

It is a 5-star hotel. And not only details within hotel, 5 star food that is very important to me. In addition very friendly staff moved us to a much better room without any cost for being first. They speak English and Russian, but not Spanish. Never again in the same hotel but here. Because to rest, to even take a drink (in dubai few bars where you alcohol) and there all inclusive and all the best

Super place and views of Dubai. The hotel was clean, the service was very nice. The only thing that bothered us a little, that no bar was covered, I think the indoor one was opened from 5pm. Once she showered us so it would fit. Otherwise we can't complain :)

I found the staff-with the exception of one gentleman at the Anjara Spa-to be quite arrogant and aloof. Bit contradictory when you are in the hospitality industry, isn t it?

At the right hand end of the Palm, the hotel is in a great location.

Staff, service and food are on the whole good.

We had a birthday at the La Turco resturant and the staff were fantastic.

The only let down is the rooms, we had a broken shower which wasn't repaired.

Just got back from a wonderful weekend at the Rixos on the palms. Have to say that the staff their are a credit to themselves and the company they work for. Very helpful and extremely friendly. Thank you allfor a great stay. Special thanks to Qasim for our breakfast smoothies.

This was our first time to stay in Dubai and it was wonderful but staying in The Rixos was the icing on the cake. From the moment we arrived the staff couldn't do enough for us. We flew from Ireland through the night and arrived early in the morning. Our bags were taken away and we were led to one of the restaurants for a beautiful breakfast while they were getting our room ready. Check in isn't till 2pm and the Reception staff had us in our beautiful room by 11am which was fantastic!!

We had booked a 2 bed suite but were upgraded to a 3 bed suite with pool and beach view without even asking. The suites are enormous and beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. We have traveled a lot and stayed in so called" 5 star" hotels but The Rixos without a doubt is a 5 star experience. We had the ultra all inclusive package which is a must as Dubai hotels are pretty expensive for food and drinks. When you go all inclusive in a lot of hotels you are usually limited to one restaurant and will find not everything on the menu is covered. This is not the case in the Rixos. Their are two beautiful Buffet restaurants, Turquoise Restaurant was by far our favorite. The selection and quality of the food was second to none and the staff were so attentive and friendly. Their are also 3 other restaurants if you fancy some fine dining and you will find most things on the menu are offered with the UAI deal.

We really had a wonderful time at the Rixos, the only complaint we had is that we had to leave. We will definitely be back, sooner rather than later.

Ultra All Inclusive package at Rixos are awesome. Staff very friendly . Overall a good experience.

The location is good. You can have a good rest. But there are a lot of shells on the beach: it hurts to walk without slate. And so all is well

Very beautiful hotel, a lot of restaurants, there is a small kids club, there are wild boars on the beach. In general, everything is fine, but one thing, but there are inadequate staff, try to deal with the staff who speaks Russian, though I saw a couple of inadequates among them. In general, everything is fine, thanks to Rixos for the wonderful days.

Cozy with the seating areas embedded in all greenery. Nice with activities, outdoor gym and water sports such as scuba diving. The food gets a third, over cooked pasta.

#RixosThePalm - Possibly the best party atmosphere you could want! We're here having a wicked time!!

Rixos Care No where Else Compares!
Firstly it is the best of the best! Iv fallen in love!

But let me start with cons as there are not many but it would take Rixos to the next level...

Cons:

- Luxury suites not for us personally prefer the hotel suite - Although have the best mattresses, coffee machines & fridges.






These are quite small cons personally they can all be changed easily I would love to see some of them changed for our next stay.

The A la carte restaurants are top restaurants with a fine dining feel.
Buffets there is mostly always something you can eat especially after spending 2 & a half months there. Love that you can get a take away! Every occasion is marked with unique decorations & celebrations which is just wonderful for everyone!

There is so much Im probably missing but I cannot tell you how much I love this hotel, the beach & grounds are just so stunning! It's my happy place, I cannot wait to go back. Rixos & co... Thank you so much!

Beautiful place with tranquil surroundings. This hotel has something for everyone and doesn t fail to surprise nicely :)

The "Rixos" of Dubai, is a Beautiful hotel located in JBR, along The Walk! Thick building with private beach attached. Inside there are several very interesting shops and restaurants. Then the two towers that form the Rixos, are extraordinary, a rare beauty, especially with their lighting during the evening hours.

Very nice place with two pool one quieter only for adults

The hotel is very good deserves 5 stars the only remark is that the reception bar is very lacking

Beautiful place. Excellent food. Don t miss out on the grilled food at a-la-turca Turkish restaurant. Pretty decent for the price you pay but the service is top of the line.
