Closed the Wynnton rd intrance 4 good. I'm surprised it took this long. Headquarters of any company this size should be protected.

Terrible customer service. Excessive wait times on phone, often over 1 hour. Long delays in claims processing. You purchase disability insurance to help pay bills when off work due to injury or illness but it is useless when it takes so long to get your money. I recommend another disability insurance company as Aflac is the worst experience I've had in many years.
If you read all of the Google reviews you will notice that Aflac employees give it good reviews as a place to work. However most of the policy holders give very poor reviews as customers.

Aflac has not paid 2 claims in 7 months, I have learned that 95% of people don't need it and the other 5 % will not get any help. I contacted HR where I bought my policy and they said the no longer carried them because they did not pay.

My health has gotten worse and besides begging I have had to hire a attorney, DO NOT BELIEVE THE DUCK! It is not fast pay it is no pay. I know someone halfway up in management how he could work for them? No response but he has a beautiful home and a collection of vintage cars.

Every month they ask for something else, guess they are hoping I will die. Have instructed my family to pursue legal action if I die due to negligence in part by Aflac.

Finally got dental insurance for the first time in 10 years. Policy activated February 1, 2020. Was furloughed (not laid off) due to Covid March 12 and my policy terminated without ANY notification on March 20th. Ive returned to same employer as I was never laid off in mid June. No option to reinstate my policy given. I want my $26+ deducted from my paycheck back since I never had the chance to even think about taking advantage of my whole 1.5 month policy. This entire situation is PETTY so then so shall I be.

Checked on a Daughter in law; she came to front desk and after we talked I moved on. Great business, I've known several employees over the years. They are an asset to our city.

Absolute worst customer service of any company I have ever had the displeasure of being a customer of. 0 stars. Steer clear of these idiots and get a real insurance company. These cheats will lie and fraud you of your hard earned money.

They don't pay for freak accidents ....because it's not covered under lost wages they aren't worth the time and money. Paying for a policy I can't even use for my pain and suffering they suck

Not only was our claim paid within 24 hours, they found more things to pay for than what we expected. Love this company!

I was in the hospital for four days and felt so blessed I had listened to the commercials. I am over 60 days into their appeals process. Very slow.

I paid for their policies for 3 years between two jobs and one time I was hospitalized for 4 days and had surgery the other time was outpatient surgery and neither time Aflac would pay me anything.
You have to be very careful and read everything before you sign anything I think in order to get paid you have to get sick on a Tuesday after 4 p.m. on a u.s. highway in a Midwestern State in order to get paid anything.
Personally I will never buy their plans again
