The party host was great and Aerosport was very understanding to the fact that we were a little bit late. The trampoline area was clean and staff was active if help was required.

I had my son's birthday there and we had a great time the hostises was wonderful and did a great job which made my son's party perfect I will definitely have a party there again

I took the kids there 2 Friday's in a row. Great place to take the kids and literally them loose! I just wish the seating (sofa's) was more comfortable- lumpy and did their time! Also it smells like a gym, can they do something about that?! Also they should consider coffee or tea beverages.

My experience was a wonderful one, we had two hostess and they were very engaging with the kids, too bad I don't remember there names. They made sure everyone was well taken care of and they were outstanding in in party room . All in all the kids had a great time and it was hard to get they off the trampoline once the party was over.Our party was at the Brampton location

I was here for a child's birthday and when I was asked if I wanted to jump - WHY NOT?! YES, I'm an adult. YES, I jumped. YES, I had a blast!! It doesn't feel so silly when you're in the company of your kids (or younger family members) lol but nevertheless, I would highly recommend it for ALL AGES. Parents, get off the sofa on the side lines and try it out.

Customer service is ok, other location in Oakville is better in my opinion, slides are too big for toddlers, should be for everyone.

Fun, but more for older kids.. 5+. My 3 year old did have fun, but not much for her to do.

Great place for a kids birthday party. Lots of activity and fun! Found the 1 hour before pizza was a long time with no refreshments for the kids, if they were provided with the fountain drinks prior that would have helped.

Used to be clean and nice place! Now everyone who's not jumping (e.g.parents of the kids) come with their dirty shoes on and staff never says anything. Couches are destroyed , you just fall into a hole.

We had our daughters 3rd birthday here with 16 of her relatives and friends. I could not say enough good things about this place and the staff. The coordinator we had was amazing and took care of everything for us and most importantly got the kids all hyped up and had so much fun. All the staff there was amazing, especially watching out for the safety of the kids. Such a great time, can't wait to do it again. IF I had to critique one thing is that they're horrible and responding to voice messages and emails but from what I understand they recently changed management.

First time celebrating one of my daughter's birthday party at Aerosports Trampoline Park and I couldn't been happier! Amazing staff! Our host was great... She was fun and the kids loved her! I would recommend this place to host a kid's birthday.

I booked my son's 9th birthday party at Aerosports trampoline park on Feb 18/17 and it was the best stressfree party ever. Our party host was very helpful and accommodated all my needs. She even made arrangements for our party to relocate to a larger room at no extra cost when my room was taking longer than expected. Both jumpers and nonjumpers enjoyed the party. Thank you to Faith she was the best host.

Great place for fun especially for kids.would love to go there again and again.

Booked a bday from my cell in less than two minutes and didn't have to make any phone calls. After purchase service for modifying the package was dealt with quickly ans conveniently via email. Attendants during the party were welcoming and accommodating to the guests. Facility is awesome. We have been here half a dozen times and the service is pretty consistent.

We celebrated my daughter's birthday at Aerosports and it was a great experience. The party room was clean and organized, the staff very friendly, and the food was very good. I was a bit worried about the cake, as they don't allow cakes from outside stores, but even the cake was great. Creamy, soft and well decorated. Totally recommend this place.

I DO NOT SUGGEST PURCHASING THEIR BIRTHDAY PARTY PACKAGE! ...just had my daughter's 5th birthday and even though I made sure I called in to ask all my questions and understand everything, the day of was a disaster! I left there so Confused and angry but trying to hide it from my little girl and the party...we were checked in, host wasn't ready til after 4 (when the party was 4-6 pro 15 jumper party) when we showed up a half an hour early so we would be all in there jumping at 4, they somehow lost my waiver, even though the kids were on it, and another mother's waiver for her daughter even though there were done pre party SO WE DIDNT HAVE TO WAIT, we now were told we had to fill out another one, even though I had the print out and email. was under the impression my 500 dollars I'm spending on a party and party room would be a place everyone can put their belongings and presents, only to find we only get the room for 45 min then you have to take all your stuff out to your car, since they lost the waivers to make it better for us now wasting time they would put all of our party goers stuff in the party room, which I was reminded I was lucky to get, even though I missed out on most an hour, half of my daughter birthday party and watching her have fun, so I could refill out waivers and help the other party goers who's waivers got "lost"..I had young kids since it was a birthday for a 5 year old and were told we couldn't touch our unlimited pop until we had the party room, not even water, didn't let any of us know there was even a water fountain, or any other options til one kid was about to pass out from the dogeball game we played, which was fun and amazing but figured after that they would all get a drink...Little to find out they weren't ready putting the room together so they weren't allowed to touch the cups, til I finally lost it a bit and grabbed a cup and poured water for them myself! I made sure I asked if there were grandparents coming who might want a quiet room to go was the party room available and was told that was fine my guest could come and go from the party room as they please...I have never felt more trapped and scheduled!!... even ended off when me being told to do a survey in the room while everyone was gone while the host was In there with me, so awqward, beside the kids having a blast jumping I will never do a party there again, even though my son wants to do the sfame, i think it would be worth the drive to the other locations! and I definitely won't advise anyone to have a child birthday there! wasn't cheap or comfortable, for anyone especially the bday girl! if the manager would like to give me a call my name is on this, I booked the party, and my daughter is fayth Nov 2 was the party, I would love to say nicer things, and tried to sleep on it but I'm still just as disappointed

They have great opportunity to use the vast space to do something more for kids other than jumping.

My overall experience at aerosports trampoline parks was AMAZING, my party host was excellent she was so attentive, great with the kids expecially with the birthday girl!!! Which i loved so much... I also really liked the fact that she took the kids and they played dodgeball with another group of kids who was also there celebrating her birthday party with her friends. It's like she had already planned out her own activities for the kids to do aside from just jumping lol I guess to make it a little more fun!!! So for anyone who is planning a birthday party for their child aerosports trampoline parks in brampton is definitely the place to have it....

Andrea and his staff are second to none. The way he engaged the kids and kept them entertained looked like he s been working with kids his entire life. I know this is just a google review but hopefully he gets some recognition for his hard-work. Andrea has a real talent when it comes to managing the staff and control some fairly out of control kids. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great indoor place for kids to burn all their energy. WAAAAAAAAAAAY better then skyzone!

Also if you want a challenge try and beat Andrea in a vertical jump contest on a trampoline. He ll surprise you.

Very fun place for the whole family. From toddlers to adults, there's something for everyone to enjoy.

Great trampoline park! We went with 4 adults and 5 kids aged 11 to 2.5 yrs old and everyone played for 2 hours non stop. Everyone had a blast and we would definitely do it again. Employees are the friendliest we've ever seen and super helpful.

Not bad, and bit crazy if your kids are little. It's a bit too crowded and not anyplace got the younger ones to be seperate.

Absolutely loved it!!! Celebrated my son's 8th birthday party along with 20 friends.The kids had an awesome time. Warm and friendly atmosphere and staff. Our party host was very attentive to the kids making sure that everyone was having a great time. We will definitely be hosting my other sons 10th birthday party here.

Sooo now things are slowly opening up due to covid I figured I would take my kids somewhere since it s just been so boring for them with the same old we have been doing for the past 4 months. I m just sooo dissatisfied I clearly asked the girl over the phone about what is in operation and she said the park is in full force. When we got here people seemed to be confused about the new rules and regulations regarding prices and what is in use... anyways this jump park is completely glorified on the website and looks like a run down jump park in real life. So highly priced for nothing. I would not recommend this play park to anybody.

I have had my daughters birthday here 2 years in a row and it has always been a huge hit with kids and parents! The staff is always super friendly and available throughout the whole party booking. The party host always goes out of their way to make my daughter feel like a star on her special day. Will continue to have parties here as long as she asks!

it seemed pretty costly if you are going with a toddler. For toddlers , 1 adult tck is to be purchased with a limited 1 hr play. apart from the square blocks there is nt much for a toddler except to run around. Unless your kid is big enough to jump on trampoline , i think this can be skipped for toddlers.

Actually this is the 3rd time my kids go to Aerosports. We held my son's birthday there. Total 10 kids (cousins & my daughter's friends). The kids loved it. The staff were great and watched over the kids bouncing on the trampolines. The birthday room was basic but clean and a staff assisted in the service.
I would recommend it.

Had my son s birthday party here. The new ninja course is great and the slides were fun. Nice reno. More fun for the kids as they can change activities.

Jump up, jump up and get down! This place is so exciting for kids, young adults and grown ups too. The staff are excellent, very positive and encouraging to see everyone push themselves just a bit more, in order to maximize your fun. The birthday package is great; parents and kids all had a blast! Will be back for sure.

OK place - Should have more washrooms for kids. Staff is so tired and feels like they will sleep the next opp they get.

We hosted our daughters' 7th birthday party here on a Thursday evening and it was fantastic. The staff took care of room set up, food and cleaning up the room as well as PLAYED with the kids. Staff ran games and gave them free time which made our job as parents less stressful. The new wall climbing walls were a big hit too! Plus they weren't limited to a short period of time like some other facilities. Thursday was a lot less busy than a weekend party - another big plus! We would have a birthday party here again.

Absolutely love this place! It's clean, it's fun, lots to explore, super comfy couches for the parents to sit back and relax and they play fantastic music. The employees out on the floor are on top of the rules and children not following them which helps me feel at ease that there are more eyes keeping everyone safe. The staff at the counter are helpful, friendly and professional. Employee Kat, who was out on the floor was very sweet and engaging with all the children! She is definitely an impeccable asset to the team
The new toddler/play zone for children age 2-8 is absolutely amazing!!! It's an incredible structure sure to keeps kids busy for awhile! Keep up the great work everyone, see you again soon!

I had a party at aerosports that I will never forget. The place is amazing ,I love the new renovated facility.

Staff were rude and unaccomodating. The facility was very dirty and looked like it hadn t been cleaned in months. We will not be returning to this location and wouldn t recommend it to anyone.

We booked the party for Mar 11 for my daughter's and my son's birthday together and it was great fun. Kids just love the trampoline park. When we arrived there party host was waiting for us. She was just great, she helped kid for signing the waiver if someone forgot to do online. She was so much involved with the kids for the whole time it felt like she is one of them. Party room was cleaned. Overall we had a great time.

We had our sons birthday at the Brampton aerosport location. The hostess was amazing and the children had a great time!! This is the second party we have had at this location.

Clean, well supervised, a great outlet for the kids to run around while parents have a bit of a break. The boys loved the new ninja park.

Highly recommended. You won t have any reason to be disappointed, cheers!

I've been to this Aerosports location multiple times now, and I feel like I can review it with the information I have acquired. This trampoline park has a cheap entry price, and extra tickets for another hour that are even cheaper. The overall service is good in the regular trampoline area where you just jump around, but once you are in the dodgeball or foam pits, you can see how the staff really are. In the dodgeball zone, the staff only seem to care about starting the game as quickly as possible, and after that, they basically end up on their phones. No one is taking the role of a referee, and all havoc is unleashed. With nothing to stop them, the younger children completely disregard the rules and run around even after being hit. It's really annoying when you paid for an hour and you have to deal with this mess. In the foam pits, the staff could care less if you got hurt. All they want is for you to get out of the pits as fast as possible to allow other jumpers in. If you are looking for a casual experience, come here. Otherwise, find a better trampoline park than this location.

We came here for our son's 6th birthday. We've been there before for jumping sessions but this was the first for a party.

everything was well organized and ran well. Our event planner, Sienna, was phenomenal. She was funny, warm, and accommodating. She even allowed a couple parents to jump with their kids that hadn't been on the list. She really was customer service personified and we were very happy to have her make our Benjamin's day such a great time!

We love the facility already, but Sienna made it even better with her great approach to everything!

Had my sons 8th Birthday here yesterday and he had an amazing time. Our party host Tyra was amazing with the kids. I d definitely come back in the future. I would give way more than 5 stars!!!! Packages came with food, cake and drinks it definitely saved the hassle.

The kids had a blast here and their trampolines are super bouncy! More so than other parks.

Aerosports was EXCELLENT in their flexibility and accommodation of our family for a Birthday Party event for my 10 year old son. The Friday night DJ was awesome (lights, jumping, pumping tunes, what more could you ask for?). The front desk staff and the manager were splendid. When there was a slight miscommunication, they stepped right up to the plate to fix it and we had a wonderful time. In addition, this place makes a great family outing, community group trip or even date night spot. I highly recommend Aerosports for your family or community fun event.

Staff sucked, not much to do for kids under 4. Very rushed and kids can easily get lost. They can easily walk out the front door. Only a few washrooms. I will not be returning again
