I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy !!!
Their so called Customer Service is the worst I've ever experienced in my entire life !!!
For one of their S1000-Z66 mixer taps (of the kitchen sink), I needed as a replacement the black plastic cap that covers the switch of the "shower".

This is - in a nutshell - the result of two emails to their "assistance" services in Rome plus another four emails plus four phone calls directly to the parent company:

They are not the ones who produce the "hand shower", they do not provide the references of those who produce it but above all DO NOT PROVIDE THE REQUIRED REPLACEMENT (!!!) which would cost a few cents (!!!) and therefore I HAVE TO BUY ALL THE NEW "SHOWER" AT COST OF 41.48 Euros !!!

In addition, the switchboard call answering the number 0522.687425 is extremely rude and rude.

I will NEVER buy one of their products AGAIN and I will advise everyone to do the same.

PS: Obviously I can show all the emails mentioned which show even better (!) How little they care about their customers.

Very slow after-sales assistance (not to say non-existent). Foster dishwasher (4 years old) broken on 9 September, contacted the local service center on 10 September. The technician does not even come to see it but declares by telephone that the problem is with the card. Card ordered on 17 September (this is how Foster Spa told us after contacting the assistance center who could not give us a date of arrival). Service center disappeared until 6 October when he contacted us that the card had arrived (in fact Foster Spa had notified us on 24 September that it would arrive at the service center there in a couple of working days maximum). Unacceptable. Bought new dishwasher (not Foster).

I purchased a Foster hob and was given the different model as shown in the catalog. The sequence of ignition knobs instead of being in a functional order is causal, the first turn on the last fire, according to the first, third, second and the last third ... I pointed it and was told by e-mail that "Foster reserves the right to change the technical characteristics at any time without notice" etc. I find myself paying a lot of money for a hob other than the one I ordered in the catalog. Do not let you do the replacement with a product in line with what one orders .... so be careful to order by catalog retailers could get there and another thing the company Foster washes his hands saying that they can do so without notifying .. ..I leave to you the conclusions on the seriousness of the company
