Venue seemed to very clean, especially considering it was a winter storm that day. Staff was very friendly and polite. Especially when some of the adults forgot some of the rules, only only jumper at a time! The slides are great for all ages, some are speed control so younger children don't feel left out. Just with the Ball area was a little bigger and a few other activities in there.
This was fun place for kids. It is safe especially if you have 3 year or older kid. They have few other slides for kids to play too.

The manager is really rude. I booked a birthday party of 17 people for a private dodgeball game and we even discussed the requirement for a referee so, I paid the referee fee too. When we all arrived she denied having any knowledge of this booking and said the dodgeball court was already occupied for the rest of the day. She was really rude about it too. Denying we even had a conversation about booking a party even though I had email confirmation. On top of that there were three cops there investigating some sort of dispute. I ended up getting a refund and taking my party to skyzone in mississauga they were really helpful and nice over there. Never go to aerosports or consider them for a birthday because your birthday will be ruined!!
Had my daughter's 6th birthday there. Nice clean place, kids had a ton of fun (and exercise) the party host was great with everyone as well!!
This place is horrible. On the website it didn't say anything about no backflips and only front flips. I left 30 minutes early because I was bored of not being able to do any kind of flip other than a frontflip
I love coming here because it is really fun especially on Thursday s because of discount which you can jump for 1 hour for only $10. I would recommend anyone to at least come here and try it out for yourself. This is a great place overall and really enjoyable

Fun for the kids and I had so much fun trying to do the ninja warrior courses. Had a good workout. Bring lots of drinks and maybe some gloves so you don't get crazy blisters
My daughter enjoyed her first experience there for a birthday party. The place overall was clean and the staff were very polite. The registration waiver was done online prior to going to the event which made a quicker registration. We would definitely recommend this location to friends and family because of our positive experience. Thank you all for making our first visit there a good one. BTW you have to purchase socks to be able to jump on the trampoline's.
My daughter recently celebrated her 9th birthday with her friends and cousins and they had a great time! Our party hostess was very accommodating and pleasant which made for a comfortable and laid back experience. I recommend Aerosports for a fun and great time.

my son's party was on Monday, which was excellent since there were very few people and practically the place was for us, the staff was very friendly all the time and the place clean, my son had a lot of fun like his friends.

The place is better than ever. Yesterday my son was bullied by 2 other big boys. When I went to complain the supervisors and the Red Shirts already had a watchful eye on the boys and looking at asking them to leaves or to give them a lecture. It was good to see that they took this seriously.
Not recommended for kids below 7yrs..After renovation it s very unsafe for little kids...little kids jump area no more there...The slides are dangerous and even trampoline is dangerous since it s common for all...They make us sign waiver...

I booked a last minute birthday party (4 days before the day!) for my 3 year old and her toddler friends. Staff were friendly and extremely clear on what was included and what was not included. They were flexible to make minor changes to the details the morning of and facilitated the party with ease. It was great to have all the running around part of a toddler party off my mind and was able to enjoy the day with my daughter.

We celebrated our daughter's 3rd birthday party at Aerosports and had a wonderful experience. The staff was super friendly and attentive. Our party host was there to help us through out, even during the food serving and cake cutting. We had both adults and kids attend and everyone really enjoyed themselves. Had my daughters birthday party here on April 5th. The kids had a great time and the staff took care of everything for us. Room was decorated, food was ready, and lots to drink. Our party host was very kind and interested with the kids. They really enjoyed the pizza chant. Would certainly recommend a child's birthday here
It's place not for toddler too dangerous. In Saturday a lot of people , no space for parking.
Awesome place to take the kids. It can get expensive for kids and adults. The waiver forum is a bit of a hassle to fill out.

We had my daughter's 12th birthday party at Aerosports this past weekend. It was great. Our hostess Angie was fantastic and did everything to make it a great experience from start to finish. The kids had fun and I really liked the part where they play games and activities during the party room time. It really made it fun for the kids. The segwey riding was fun for all. A great experience all in all and I would definitely have a party there again or recommend it to someone as well. You will love it!

We held our Son's 6th birthday party there in the beginning of June and couldn't have been more pleased on how it turned out, and the value we received for our money. Our party host greeted us by name when we arrived, showed us our party room, and took care of everything as our sons guests arrived for the party.
She engaged with all of the children throughout the party with different activities and games in the park, and the kids all had an excellent time.
My wife and I wouldn't hesitate to book a party here again, and would highly recommend our family and friends to do the same.

They have a special area for toddlers, wall climbing, trampoline basketball, a cantine, and party area for parties. Cant imagine how packed this place can be during peak time. Definitely recommend. Check online and Groupon for deals!
We had our daughters 9th birthday at the Brampton location and she had an amazing time!! All the kids had such a good time and are planning to have their parties there as well!! Place is huge. Loved the Coke freestyle machine. Party of 8 for 13 year old party. Private dodgeball and hoverboard on a week night. Party host did everything and kept the boys entertained the whole time. Purchase deal from Groupon. Great value. Cupcakes were from high quality bakery. Cons. Later hours needed. Drinks cups need to be available at the beginning of party. Not enough knee pads and wrist guards for hoverboards. More time in the party room.
We've held two birthday parties at Aerosports Brampton and both were fantastic! Our party hosts were very friendly, helpful and engaging. All the kids had a blast and I loved having someone else look after all the details - food, drinks, cake, plates, cutlery etc. All I had to supply was the birthday girl. It doesn't get much easier than that!!!

Fun and exciting for kids and adults. Be wary of going during peak periods as it can get very crowded. Some security would be nice.
Place is a fun place in general for everyone, however some staff does need training/retraining on how to work with children. For some reason why my child was in eligible to access an area with a sponge pit and etc but another child, same age and same height was eligible. This made his time there very unhappy because he couldn't understand why he got rejected. Neither could I. Possibly placing signs for eligibility would help?. It didn't feel right and it wasn't right.

My daughter had a great time celebrating her 10th birthday at aero sports trampoline park, all of the children and adults had so much fun! Our party host was amazing and very interactive with all of the party guests. I would definitely host another party with aero sports or just visit the trampoline park with my children.

Shandoff, the supervisor was really nice and very accommodating, also cynthia one of the staff was very helpful and friendly, they made sure everyone was having fun, shandoff went out of his way just to make sure my daughter gets to try their wall climbing area, eventhough they are short of staff for that day, will be coming back regularly..

Nice, well maintained, safe & sound place place. I had very good experience whenever i go there. One the best indoor playing facility in Brampton.
It was great for my son and his party. I would have given it 4.5 if possible. As for things to improve. We lost the birthday room far too early into the party time, I think we were told we lost the room at 7pm when the party went till 8pm. As well if you are going to have us leave the room you need to have a marker for the kids to identify their glasses with their names. I saw one party of 30 kids who had no idea which glass for their drink was theirs(all the cups were put on a cart). Last thing that was a problem was not allowing adults to have a glass for water, I understand you wanted to make sure adults weren't using it for soft drinks, but instead keep an eye to make sure it isn't being abused instead of saying adults can't have water. Although there were these few critiques, overall we were very happy and would do it again in a second for any of our kids. Thanks to all of the staff who made it a great night.

Parking is challenging on the weekend. Includes trampolines, slides and dodgeball. Has a foam pit but there was a height restriction where my 3.5yr old wasn't tall enough. Food station with pizza available which was helpful.
Went for a birthday party. It's ok but I feel like it's not as safe having tons of kids running around and jumping (some obviously not paying attention to what they are doing.) I worried for my toddler a bit. The staff supervising were not really doing much but I get it (how can you run after kids and tell them not to do something when they don't understand.)
