Great facility and atmosphere. The staff was friendly, organized and a pleasure to deal with. Kids enjoyed it very much and it's a great place to have a party birthday party.

Booked my son's 5th birthday at aerosports. From the moment I booked the event till the end of the party everything went smoothly. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Our party host, Abby, was amazing and did a great job helping to make the party extra special for my son. All the kids (and adults) all had an amazing time!! I would definitely recommend this place for any party or event.

The trampoline area is good but as a 2 to 3 hour experience it lacks other entertainment options like a dedicated arcade room and an expanded canteen

Kids had a great time at my sons birthday party, however I believe we needed two hosts. Our host was great but everything took long to get done, such as checking registration, giving out socks, serving food and cake.

I booked a party for my toddler son and the experience was awesome. We had about 20 guests in total and everyone had a blast.
The host was engaging, helpful as well as enthusiastic. I really enjoyed that Aerosports caters to all ages and I had no clean up. The staff was supportive as well. Really fun place.

Nice place to have fun. I went there few days back and I thought it is for kids but adults are also allowed and I had so much fun there.

We enjoyed our time at the aerosports trampoline Brampton location. All the staff was very respectful. The kids had a blast with all the jumping, climbing, food and cake! It got a lil delayed going to the party room but our party host Kayla made up for it!

Went here for a large Birthday party, booked the dodgeball court + referee and gave deposit. Arrived and the court was double booked. No courts available. Manager not friendly. Bad customer service and unorganized. Went to skyzone instead.

Clean and fun place ... my son always has a blast this place is really good because in one price the kids can climb use the slides and use the jungle gym

I work in the corporate sector and our team would is stressed all week as we need to achieve our targets. Our only way of revitalizing is Aerosports. We do open jumping and participate in exercise classes. We spend quality time there. That gives us energy for the next five days in the workplace. Go and Feel the magic!!!

I love coming here. The atmosphere is fun and the staff are very friendly. I'm glad they have seating area's for parents to watch their kids more closely, as I have friends with younger kids who don't want to jump some times and want to just watch, so at least they're close. The facility is clean and I love bringing my friends here to jump. Great place! So glad there's one in Brampton.

Had a great time in June 24, 2018 for my daughter s birthday party. Our hostess Cieanna was amazing!! Kids loved all the new features especially the slides!!

My son's party was in the afternoon at 3pm. The host was very friendly and organized and we even got assistance from a second person which was great. The kids loved it.

Great place to take the little ones. Lots of different activities to keep the occupied and they'll be wiped by the end of it. Shouldn't need much more than one hour of bouncing

My son celebrated his 12th birthday at Aerosports Brampton. Staff are so friendly and nice. They had a lot of fun at Aerosports especially in the Dodgeball and Foam Pit. They would love to go back to this place again

Kids had fun. Activities for kids ranging from 2-14. Bit expensive as compared to US as their prices are by hour and not per visit

Very good experience little pricey , but at the end the Kids happiness is what it worth.

We recently had my son's birthday party there and now daughter. It was a great location. Clean and accessible to all. Fantastic staff and always helpful. Would definitely recommend for any event or even drop-in play. We had daughters too and it was great!

Great place for family fun. They have added few more activities which is a great addition for kids. Nice & clean facility. Hope they have more food options.

Professional, friendly staff, great fun for kids and adults

I am a regular visitor of Aerosports. I play dodgeball and do some mild exercises for fitness. I have jump passes which allow me to save money. Socks and gear are available there. Sometime I just hang out in the lounge provided. I don't feel bad buying snacks cause I know the calories will disappear. Free wifi is an added advantage!

Our experience at Aerosports Trampoline Parks was great. Everything was well organized and coordinated. The party organizer (hostess) provided all the information and help necessary to make my family and our guests feel comfortable. Children jumped freely for some time and also they played a game altogether organized by the hostess. That was a great idea since it created a sense of unity that was taken into the party room. The best part for my daughter (the party girl) was when all her guests -children and parents- shared their opinion about my daughter and wished her well. It was a very touchy moment. Everything went smooth and I had to worry about nothing, I only had to enjoy. Perhaps what I would do differently next time is to book one more hour after the cake; the party girl and her guests did not want to leave! Thank you Aerosports Trampoline!!!

I have a 3yr boy and 6yr girl. Both who have birthdays this fall and winter. Both want to go to a trampoline park. So I took them there to try it before booking. Neither said they wanted there. There isn t enough young kid stuff. The slides sucked, as the kids had to keep using their feet to get them down. The pictures also show a ball pit at the end of the slide and those are not there. We also went after school and had to keep asking for people to follow us so that we could not use a section unless they had a supervisor. Over all not a great experience. I am sure this place is better for a 10+ year old kid.

Awesome experience. We did a work friends/children Christmas party at Aerosports - so the kids had fun, the adults migled and it was all well organized, we were really well taken care of! Thanks Aerosports!

Worst service ever... drove here all the way from Georgetown half and hour because they had a $10 promo... get there and they say it the promo isn t on because it s a School Strike Day..... they only list PA Days, Stat Holidays as exceptions on their website.... so now we ve driven half and hour and they are saying it s $100 for our family to jump.... even thought they acknowledged it isn t in their website.
Go to the Oakville one...way better and cleaner.

Service amazing. one thing manager should keep eye on food serving staff at cafeteria, especially on new staff, they have hands inside shirt and serving too.

There was not enough staff around and some staff were complaining that it was too busy to watch every kid in the park makes me feel unsafe

I organised my son's birthday at Aerosports Trampoline, Brampton location and it was fantastic. We were lucky to have experience the renovation touch and that was amazing !!!!!! The added facilities that came with the renovation got the kids glued to them. We couldn't get the kids neither out of the new slides nor out of the Ninja course. The slides looked sparkling clean and so colourful. All the pictures we took came out very bright as though they were taken by pros... ..We are definitely visiting again!!!

My had my daughters birthday party at aerosports and it was amazing. All the kids has fun. The host was very interactive with the kids. They arranged a Dodgeball game for the kids and even played games in the party rooms. Overall the party was a ball. I would recommend aerosports to anyone big or small to visit.

Too many rules as kids cannot even freely run around.

I would only rate this place 2 start due to restrictions.

Took my kids here for the first time today. It was quite busy getting in because they have a cap on how many people can be inside at once. But I was told this delay is very uncommon. We only had to wait 20 minutes in the end. It was very nice and spacious inside with lots of things to do. We had a blast! Great place and great staff. My son got a free popcorn as well. Definitely will be coming back. :)

Their system sucks! They will let you line up and then tell you to sign a waiver over and over again coz they can t find your file/waiver in the system or the name of the parent is the only thing showing up in the system and they won t let the kids jump. It s frustrating! The kids are getting impatient, and lost their enthusiasm coz their cousins already went ahead. My daughter asked me, they are not letting me play? . I explained to my daughter what was happening but the delay already affected her psychologically and emotionally. This business needs to improve their software system and customer service!

It was the first time and the last time that I went there! This place is filthy dirty, I should of had walked out the minute I walked in there but I said to my self let me give it a try. When you walk in you get hit with the nasty bad odour smell that makes you want to gag, the floor is dirty from people walking in their dirty shoes. There is no staff to control this situation or maybe they just don't care! The jumping area is just as dirty as the entrance! I had my 2yr old with me so I mostly stayed in the toddler area BUT I didn't stay there too long because I was to annoyed that the toddler area was more of a hang out for bigger kids and adults. No one was controlling the crowd the toddler are was not a toddler area at all, there was so many older kids and adults playing rough and not paying any attention to the smaller kids that were there. My daughter was pushed and bumped in to so many times that I couldn't take it anymore and after being there for not longer then 20min I decided to leave. Also, the sponge blocks area is nasty dirty! I wouldn't be surprised if a child would come home with lice. I don't know if anyone ever cleans that area. This was the most horrible and brutal experience that I ever had, I will NEVER go back there again and I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone!!!!!!!

It's great if you don't mind jumping on a trampoline and don't do anything but that. Kids jump across your trampoline a lot and the staff will tell you that you can't do any tricks. Overall good for kids. On weekdays it's quieter and better for adults.

I had my sons birthday party here. It was great! Kids really enjoyed themselves and our host handled everything. Clean and bright. Will be coming back!

We had a great birthday experience for our daughter's 7th birthday. The party host was great with the children with a lot of enthusiasm. We did order cheese, pepperoni and hawaiian pizzas, but only received pepperoni pizzas. It was a little of an inconvenience as some of our guests were vegetarians.
Overall, it was a lot of fun for the kids!

Had a great time coming here. Went to the Brampton one left after 30 mins of being there to come here 10x better staff is great a lot more stuff to do here. Thanks guy's we will be back from your friends from Toronto

Excellent place for family fun jumping on trampolines

We were satisfied with our birthday party at Aerosports. The children had fun and the value for dollar made booking the party valuable.

I rented out the whole facility for my daughters 3rd birthday. The event was perfect. Hands down the best part was the staff. I had dealt with their event manager Patricia by email and phone. She was amazing. Made all my requests a reality. I may have his name wrong but I believe Rick was the manager on the day of the event and he was approachable, friendly, and professional. What a great team and setup they have. I couldn't have been happier with the party.

Celebrated my daughter's bday there and had a great experience. My daughter and guest had a blast. The hosts was so good and made it so much fun for the kids. Very friendly, helpful and kind. Thank you for making it a good experience and good memories for my girl.

Toddler zone is my favorite. All day I keep my baby at home and she was bored. My dad suggested this place and it was extraordinary. There is some learning too! It's Good to see kids running and jumping around!!

Overall terrible. The staff did not enforce the rules so kids were running everywhere on the trampolines while other kids were jumping. It's an accident waiting to happen. I would not recommend this place to others and will definitely not be coming back. I've never had this problem at sky one Mississauga location. I hope y'all get shut down. The place is dutty too.

One ladie was so rude with my son, calling buddy. We ask the staff apparently she was a supervisor not giveing good training for they stuff. I was not happy at all. The word buddy is not respet and insult my son

Had my son's 6th birthday party here. Adults and children alike had an awesome time. Our party host was awesome and took great care of us. Would recommend and will go back soon. TIP: Early parties = less crowd in the general areas. MUST TRY - the climbing wall.

We just celebrated our sons 5th birthday at Aerosports Brampton and we had an amazing experience. The hosts were fun, the facility was clean and the service was great. They were able to accommodate our large party of 70 people and they made our party so easy and effortless. Thank you Aerosports for making my sons birthday so special :)

Great experince. My son had a bday party to go to and the party hosts were very inviting and amazing. I definitely will have my son's bday party there as well.
