Expensive and false advertising "healthy" things. But an okay place to buy nuts

A huge selection of EVERYTHING! Love this shop. Very friendly staff.

My fave natural foods store. Staff is friendly and helpful. Started shopping here when my first child was born, and I was looking to incorporate more organic foods. He's almost 10 now, and all three of my kids have always loved grocery shopping here with me. I feel lucky to have such a great store close to home!

Great place, a little pricey, but worth it. Good selection, and friendly staff. The only thing is that I found that the staff was not very helpful. I asked one woman about the milk that they sell and she just stared at me with a blank face and read what was on the bottle. Otherwise, I'm happy with my purchases and will likely return.

Great place. Best buckwheat kasha we have ever had in the bulk bins. Great selection of bulk, grocery and dairy. Worth a trip as best natural food store in Ottawa. More expensive than the chain stores like Loblaws.

I Love love love this place. I can find all my favorite skin care products here. and they also have a section for organic food in this store. most store that sell organic food sometime doesn't have a lot of option, this one does! The only down side is that the store is so far from where I live but it's worth it for me to do the trip. I really hope they will open another store downtown area.

I love it here, I love every single employee who is knowledge (they all are) I love the location especially if you bike here there's hidden bike paths, and I love the size of this store

LOVE this place :) Tons of vegan products, including yummy junk-food :) My only issue is the produce. Always super grody.... friendly service too!

They have a good selection of food, many vegan and vegetarian options that are hard to find elsewhere. But that is all I would buy there as their prices on everything are very high. I recommend only going there for food you can t find elsewhere.

I love the organic and vegan foods here however most items are significantly more expensive than same items found in loblaws. vegan ice cream (coconut bliss) is $11.50 at rainbow while same ice cream is $8.99 at loblaws. Unacceptable. If the prices are reasonable, I can shop for everything from them.

I'll give this place 5 stars because I shop there all the time, but I will say that it is toooo expensive, for almost everything. Stuff you can't find anywhere else. I find myself traveling downtown to whole foods because they're much cheaper for some things. Still, I'm in there several times a week and love it

I used to absolutely love this store. I just drove across the city to support them, but was so dumb founded by the prices I literally walked out. Products I am used to paying 6 dollars for were 8.99, what the hell happened. To rich for my blood. With Farm boy next door they should be trying harder to compete. Ridiculous.

Fantastic selection of organic and health-oriented foods and supplements. The staff is wonderfullly friendly and helpful. One bonus is their chili powder. It's a deeper brick red than anywhere else - not cut with paprika (although awesome, is not chili). I love the flavour.

Great selection of specialty, organic, naturopathic goods and supplemens. Of course, prices are at a bit of a premium. Wish they wouldn't have so many scented products on display though... some of us with allergies have difficulty navigating the store without feeling miserable afterwards.

Similar to paul saint paul's review, I come here for the vegan options but I can't give 5 stars - it is WAYYYYY TOO EXPENSIVE!!!!

Lots of grocery choices for gluten free & vegan diets

Only been once, briefly. No real complaints other than my expections were probably a little too high based on from what I heard.

My go to for fresh organic vegetables. Rarely out of stock and the prices are great. The staff are fantastic and very friendly. I have never had an issue with this store and find everything is always done well, neat and tidy. While prices can be a bit high on many products, that is to be expected from a specialty item store where people on complicated diets like Veganism can easily find helpful items.

Great store with tons of products that help do good for the planet. Love the selection for laundry detergents.
