Aerosports Trampoline Parks Brampton Reviews

They re-opened after being closed for renos, and we came today and renos not done. No dodgeball, no basketball, and the new ninja warrior is still under construction. There is a new slide at thus time and some token games. Not much going on. I recommend you wait till everything is open for kids to play. If you re-opened then I should be paying for all. Totally waste of money at this time. I will be contacting Jamie soon. This is not fair. At least put a sign at the door that all attractions are not available.

Looks to me all these reviews are paid for. Staff is friendly but they wont let you jump anywhere. So not sure if that's helps. Only one slide is good but they wont let my son slide who is 5. Lol.
Kid under 2 is free but you have to pay fully for yourself to go along with. I had to do it once, no more. Thank you.

I thought this place was pretty cool! It's not just trampolines! There is a really fun slide area into a ball pit and dodgeball. They also have a "warrior" obstacle course that's impossible, but fun. Great for kids and adults!

This was our first time at this particular place, it was clean and the staffs were amazing they were organized and ready to get the birthday party started. Our hostess was amazing she did not let me do anything she was such and enthusiastic individual always kept the kids entertained apart from the trampoline. I love it here

Went on a Wednesday morning, we basically had the place to ourselves which was fantastic. Natasha was overseeing the area and was really friendly. The staff as a whole was friendly and genuine. Can't wait to go back again!

Great place for kids to get some exercise in a fun way. My daughter thoroughly enjoyed it!

We recently hosted our boys bday birthday at the Aerosports Brampton location and we were so pleased with how we were looked after by our hostess. Kids had a wonderful time and look forward to booking more parties here.

The staff were awesome in helping us celebrating our little girls birthday party.
Food, snacks and drinks were all catered to us with a smile.
We will without a doubt be there to jump and celebrate her next birthdays to come.

I recently had a birthday party at Aerosports Brampton for my son. All the staff was very accommodating from the time I booked the party until it was over. Our party host was very attentive and enthusiastic. The kids were entertained and had a great time. It s completely stress-free for parents too! We will definitely be having more parties at Aerosports.

Overall good for kids. No baby diapers change room, some of staff members are little rude, need more training to educate and deal with customers.

Great place for kids and adults. Lots to do now that it's been renovated. Fairly clean. Kids birthday party packages I find are too over priced. But to each their own, for a day of exercise is great for the kids. We enjoyed ourselves.

Went for a birthday party and the kids had a blast. Lots of space for the trampolines. But also offered Ninja space, big slides and rock climbing. The party was handled we'll and allowed for lots of play time for the kids.

Multiple activities for everyone. Can become very busy over the weekend.

We had my daughter's 8th birthday party at Aerosports, the host was awesome from party room set up to keeping in touch with me regarding any questions/concerns, she played with the kids and kept them entertained and served the food and cleaned up - what more can you ask for. Everyone had a wonderful time. Thank you!

Great place for any age. It's not only fun but it's also a great cardio workout. Decent price for admission but like everywhere, they get you with the food and drinks!

We held our son's birthday party there and we literally did nothing! Tyra was our host and she is hostess supreme!!! Her energy and enthusiasm was amazing and consistent! I loved the little games they played with the kids, and the way she kept the kids engaged the entire time when she was interacting with them. She managed 15 kids by herself and served by herself and kept them well controlled!!! Awesome job Tyra...job well done!

Really spacious, kids could have birthday parties there

Really fun! I come here with my family often and the prices are very reasonable and cheaper compared to other trampoline parks such as sky zone. I recommend Aerosports Trampoline Park.

Always a fun time when I go. If you're in an older group, try to avoid weekends to avoid trampling little kids.

Super satisfied with the customer service from the start till the end during our weekend party! They didn't make us wait and the execution was perfect!

Had my twins birthday party here. My kids had the best time as did all the kids at the party! It was great on Friday night with the DJ experience, it was like their own dance party. The host was fantastic and outgoing! I didnt have to do anything just sit back and enjoy the party! Very organized. Thankyou!

Great time for children of all ages, ranging from toddler to adults. Birthday parties at this location is a blast as the hosts accommodate all needs and the hosts keep the energy at a high at all times. Great place

We recently had a birthday party for our 5 year old at Aerosports Brampton and we can honestly say that the party went amazingly. The hostess was engaging and the kids had an absolutely great time. They are still talking about the party!!

Daughter celebrated her birthday at Aerosports. The facility was very clean and orderly. Excellent supervision by the staff. Our hostess was very friendly, energetic and constantly interacted with the kids.

Just had our third birthday party at Aerosports - awesome experience again - kids were fully engaged and loved the trampolines - the Dodge ball area and the foam jumping pit- highly recommended for either a birthday party or a physical activity when the weather outside is bad

A very fun place for children to enjoy. Visited there for the first time and enjoyed really a lot there with my family. Spend a lot of time playing funny sports and warming up your body with fun jumping.

Tishaye was very helpful, teaching the children to rock climb. Great service

All the wonderful reviews here are justified. I have seen it personally. I am writing this from my own experience. We had a great day and lots of good memories. After working out, there s space to relax too! Awesome!!

My girls and I had a fantastic experience with the staff at Aerosport Trampoline Park in Brampton. I have to commend Keisha our party Hostess for the wonderful job she did and the attention that she gave to the kids in both the party room and on the trampolines.

I would highly recommend this place. It is well maintained and the staff is very attentive to the children.

It's great place and many to explore, but big issue is there is no gates for children exit and entrance which is quite dangerous, since you loose track of your active kid easily and anyone can come pick your child inside the center. They only monitor that your kid has aerosports socks or not. I have seen many parents screaming for their child name including me, since they can go easily out of center.

I had my daughter b-day party here and they made the day very special for her. very well organized and they all had a blast.

Amazing place and love it

The website looked great and the rules were posted, BUT within 5 minutes of arrival both of my kids (who are gymnasts) were in trouble for breaking rules that were not on the website. NO BACKFLIPS of any kind allowed. NO FLIPS Period in to the pit. ALL you are really allowed to do on the trampolines is jump up and down and seat drops.
I felt sorry for the staff (kids) on the floor enforcing the rules because they clearly had no idea about trampoline safety. I asked for my money back and we left within 10 minutes of arrival on the floor. (We didn't get anything back for the socks.)
We went to another trampoline park in Mississauga where the rules were reasonable for the venue and the supervisors had some training.

WE HAD A WONDERFUL TIME AT A "DIFFERENT" PLACE.
DON'T GO TO AEROSPORTS BECAUSE THERE ARE FAR BETTER PLACES IN THE AREA.

Friendly host and kids loved every minute they spent there. Being a weekday the place wasn't that busy. Parents relaxed and kids had fun. What else you can ask for.

Good place for kids to hang out and have some fun on trampoline. No outside food or drinks allowed. Location is good, but public transport is far. Atmosphere was good, nothing over the top.

They provide good service and the employees are friendly and cordial. Nice!!

I had my Daughters 11th Birthday at Areosports Brampton on March 29th, the kids had a blast as always, our hostess was attentive and fun, she played games with the kids and made my daughter feel special.

We will definitely be back, the kids ask to go all the time.

We had birthday party of our son there. it was lots of fun for everyone. Place was bit crowded but well managed. It's bit expensive but I would still recommend it because kids love it.

Like coming here, staff is friendly, the one thing they need to work on is not allowing the toddlers running back and front in the larger areas, how's to blame if my child is jumping and collides with a toddler that keeps running from end to end. Toddler have their zone to be in.

The staff were great, very welcoming and professional. Was not able to see the packages but I'm sure priced fairly. Allow me to repeat the staff are great and inside the park as well.
Unfortunately it's rated the way it is due to the parking, not something they can control but a price they have to pay ... Almost got side swiped twice and had to wait 20 mins to get through as they parked in front of the doors.

I hosted my son's 5th birthday last week (February 2017) and it was amazing. The party hostess was so nice and the kids had such a great time. I would have liked to have the party room a little longer but overall amazing experience. Love this place!!!

Good time added some new slides and areas. So glad to see they are updating.

Kids had a blast. Dont forget your special socks or you will have to purchase them.

Be very careful if you have more than one child that you're going with, they have jumping spots to the corners of the building and I lost my son for a couple minutes... I had my eye on him the whole time, it was nerve racking! Even the staff went and looked and didn't see him at first but he was around an invisible part... ugh.

Was a great experience to have my daughters 7th Birthday at Areosports. Our host entertained the kids and assisted with any needs they had . We would def book them again .

We've held my daughter's birthday parties at Aerosports Brampton and it was fantastic! Our party hosts were very friendly, helpful. All the kids had a blast. Everything went smooth and I had to worry about nothing, I only had to Tuesday was a lot less busy than a weekend party - another big plus! We would have a birthday party here again.

My 8yr old had the best birthday party here ever...so much fun for kids and adults too!!

I have been to Aerosports a few times and we always have a blast. My kids enjoy all the activities that are available. I decided to have my daughters birthday party there and the service we received was exceptional. The young lady who was hosting the party claimed she was new, but I would never have known if she didn't tell me. She was courteous, kind to the children and made it so easy for me. I will definitely be going back for my sons birthday party.

My experience at Aerosports was amazing, especially on a Friday night, with the music and the disco lights, We felt the whole park was for us only. All my guest loves it very much. thanks.

Celebrated my daughter's 6th birthday here, fun was had by all! Well organized and will continue our visits! Aerosports was accommodating to all our needs, the staff were very polite and helpful with everything for our special day!

A waste of money and bugs in the washroom was not appealing. Gift cards are a waste. Don't bother going here, kids were bored within a half hour.

Fantastic venue with a much larger variety of attractions compared to last time I was here 2 years ago. And our bday party supervisor Tyra was just incredible. Very engaging, patient and energetic!

This is a great place for kids and do t worry the parents can chill on the sofas the have there

We had are son s 4th birthday here this weekend and it was a great experience. The staff was great and very helpful. Cake was good and all the kids had a blast. They even gave us a trampoline room so are party could play a game of dodgeball with just are party. I would definitely recommend having a kids party here or just go for a jump....

Reasonable prices than the competitors. Friendly staff. There is even a area for adults and teens.

Too busy, need to fill out all new waivers abs the computers they have to do that has big line up's. Will try again another day, today was a bust.

WORST trampoline park. The "supervisor" was absolutely awful and the staff were rude and uprofessional.

I took my two children here ages 3 and 6, my 6 year old was at just at the height limit for the toddler section and was jumping with her brother because he was too frightened to go alone. They told my daughter she couldn't jump there because she was at the height limit, meanwhile other adults were aloud to JUMP in the toddler section with their kids. It was okay for large adults to jump in the toddler section but not a 6 year old that had just reached the height limit.

Complete hypocrites, never going back to this location. I would much rather drive 45 minutes to the Oakville location even though the Brampton location is only a five minute drive. The Oakville location is absolutely incredible, much larger and cleaner facility, more activities and very friendly staff. The Brampton staff would benefit from taking some lessons from the Oakville location.

My son celebrated his 6th Birthday at Aerosports in Brampton with family & friends. Our host Ashley was amazing with the kids. She made sure everything was on time & informed me of everything that was planned out for the party. It was so easy to book a party here, because everything was done for you. Easy party planning! My son & his guests had a blast! 2nd time we have booked with Aerosports for a birthday & every time was so worth it!!!!

My son had an amazing time. Everything was well taken care of and it was great value for what we paid . The cake was awesome and was quite large .we will definitely have another birthday party at Aerosports Brampton.
