Small aeroport but very charming, the toilet is free and clean, there is also a free Wi-Fi during 6 hours, the personals are friendly, to be honest I liked this aeroport.
I reached it from padova by bus, it costs me 8,5 euro, but my friend who took a bus at the night, spends about 23 euro with Goopti bus.
Everything very clearly arranged, toilets o.K.
Duty free offers astronomically excessive.
Gastronomy, as expected, relatively expensive.
Smoking lounge in the customs area and not even discriminatory!
Should other airports think about it.

The controls are quite strict and take a bit longer than other airports, which I think is good. I arrived a few minutes too late, the counter was already 10 minutes to, was still able to check in and was the last to go in, I found that really customer-friendly :) otherwise would have to book another plane.

Very disappointed about this airport. Lots of delays and cancellation without any explanation. Asking workers, and they don't know answers. Spent a lot of time trying to find my flight, changing gates, zero.
Well I must say, it was a nice and very relaxing flight too, the staff were very helpful and always ready. It was really appreciated

I have read a bit of other people's reviews. Practically "the airport" has no fault at all ... It is not their fault for the delays, for the lack of seats (very few), lack of information to the public, has no responsibility in the transfer to and from the aircraft, for the delay in the delivery of the baggage, due to the loss of the luggage or part of its contents, for the parking lot from the astronomical prices.
But this "airport", what is responsible? Only the collection of airport taxes?

Airport workers are rude, angry, not all but disabled people openly despised. Because of such impudence, they refused to take me aboard the plane, said that the vegetable was flying unaccompanied, although for 9 years I have been flying alone (I m a wheelchair user), if possible, choose an airport in Treviso.

As airports go, this is OK. The one major complaint is about food prices. We know airport shops are selling to the captives, but there should be a limit on how much a cheese sandwich should cost. 6 euros is way past that limit. Thank God at least espresso price is regulated, otherwise it would be 4 euros.

Airplane port well cleaned and easily accessible by anyone, be careful not to go through the parking bars outside, if you enter you have 7 minutes to exit otherwise the toll is triggered.

The airport is definitely too small for so many people who pass through the corridors. At least a few times I had to squeeze through the crowds standing in line to check in to get to my gate because the corridors are too narrow and the space at the gates is too small. Accompanying this chaos in the form of shops, which was supposed to resemble some modern design merging with the corridors, that a man was lost in the field. The quintessence of the order of this facility can be added car parking on a two-lane roundabout, which turns into one lane ... The organization of this airport is very bad.
One of my favourite airports in the Alps-Adriatic Region. Good network offered by booth, LCC's like easyJet, Volotea, Vueling and network carrier as Alitalia, Austrian, Emirates, BA, Air France, Lufthansa and much more. Easy to reach and good service, from F&B to retail. WiFi is available and there is also a nice business lounge.
Check-in area is a bit crwowded from time to time, but it works.

The slowest airport in Europe for baggage reclaim sometimes you wait even an hour, I think there is a big organizational problem that needs to be solved.

Marco Polo Airport knows how to manage arrivals in times of pandemic. All extremely well organized without hitches and with precise rules. I really like how Save is handling everything. You arrive and depart on different floors and everything takes place outdoors without the possibility of entering and waiting inside. Congratulations indeed to those who are keeping everything under control.
Shameful to wait 20 minutes on the phone to talk to an operator for information on departures without anyone answering and then another 20 minutes for information on arrivals .... never no answer !!!!! I almost try the lost luggage office .... maybe they find their colleagues lost !!!!! Absurd just
This is the least helpful airport i have been. My partner accidentally left my one of our bags in the arrivals. We went to the information to help retrieve my and they just said they can't help and passed us to lost baggage section because we need to file a lost item form. We went to the said kiosk and saw the employee talking with the phone, probably still related to her job. We waited for 20 mins.. and when she was free, she said the kiosk is about to close and she can't help me and passed me back to the information kiosk. Finally, after being passed around 4 times, the information guy called another staff to get the bag where we left it. Luckily, the bag is still there. The airport staff were mostly rude, even the bus driver to the city centre was rude and cursig in Italian. When we arrived, it was not even busy, so I don't know why they were acting poorly.
The airport is small several destinations, less information services.
Didn't go flot and didn't look so fast in the security area so slowly that we almost missed the flight. Had to run to the gate at the end.

Icing on the cake: I tried to find a direct email where to put my complaint but after an hour I gave up and tried to fill out a special form which then ended with "unable to send" ... Really disheartening.

Best Italian stopover. Unfortunately the renovations are conditioning the external services. Baggage delivery in the evening is sometimes endless for the last flights of the day.
Love to the airport as it looks like it was newly renovated and added on to. It is a smaller airport and seems very easy to check in and get through security.
Took a water taxi to the airport and from the water port to the main terminal is about a 10-minute walk but very easy.
Also I was amazed that this airport had the most cleanest and modern bathrooms I've ever seen in any airport in the world.
Airport. A huge number of people, but this is understandable tourist attraction. In stores prices are higher than in the city.
Got through security and gate was not announced until an hour and a half before the flight. The line to get through the passport check to get to gates 13-34 was an hour long with 1 way passage through. No one was helpful, attendants were rude. Would not recommend flying out of this airport if you want to actually make your flight
International airport. Excellent connections. There are many parks available. Very nice functional.
Easy to get to and park, great food everywhere and fast service, of course a bit overpriced, but tastes yummy. Easy to navigate and feels quite compact, cool smoking room available. Maybe the only thing missing are USB ports at the charging points.
Good service att check-in and Security. Free Wifi Solution too complicated (other airports have way more easier system. I wrote My email and it Said i have an Account. When I selected "forgott password" i am informed there is No Account. Also, the bistro upstairs Briccocafee is a terrible and overrated place !
Security very slow an inefficient, leading to complete abandonment of social distancing in the queue.
The staff were very unhelpful and quite rude when your asking them for directions especially if you cannot speak their languages! To be honest the staff should be multi lingual as they works in the Airport and they should smile and great their tourist!
Top clean are the toilet, top arrival by water taxi, everything well signposted, 24 hours free Wi-Fi available ...
The worst.... their ATMs don t work and if you exchange money there they charge extremely too much money... it s the biggest rip off ever

This is the worst airport experience I ve ever had. We stood in line for over an hour just to go through passport control and then you get to the gates and there is one shop and one sandwich counter. That s it. Also, there was zero organization and people kept skipping the line and just crowding up because there was no one directing traffic. Unbelievable
