The second shift shipping Dept lady needs a vacat...

The second shift shipping Dept lady needs a vacation, I've never seen such unprofessionalism outside of Connecticut or New Jersey before in my life I almost had to call the broker and refuse this load due to being ignored and they screaming shipping lady. I don't get paid to listen to people cry moan and scream. Also i could have done without the eye roll, when i spelled my company's name.
