Every single person on the transport team were wonderful, kind and professional. However, my mother was 30 minutes late for her pacemaker check appointment. The tech told the driver it would take less than 15 minutes to run the test and to please wait. I begged him not to leave! When I was told that decision was up to dispatch, I became concerned. He left! 10 minutes later I called dispatch and was rudely informed it would be a 30 to 40 minute wait! Two phone calls later and a lot of emotional screaming on my part, I was told that the original driver had a family emergency and they were sending a different crew. Finally, after an hour and a half wait, they came. My mother is 98 years old, multiple cardiac issues, unable to walk after surviving from Covid 19 pneumonia in April. She was abandoned by a heartless, inefficient dispatch team in a cold doctors office foyer for over an hour and a half. We live only 10 minutes from the doctors office ... what should have been accomplished in 45 minutes took over 3 hours. I m new to this ambulance transport thing BUT I do not recommend them!

Great people, excellent equipment, best price and not typical medical scumbags. Paid for 1 attendant and wheelchair, got 2 attendants, with gurney. They were more gentle with my mother than anyone at the nursing home. A smaller company wanted 5 times as much base cost, and twice as much per mile.

I called Aero because I needed help bringing my mom home after surgery on her leg to fix a fracture. They called to confirm the pick up time for 4:30, they showed up after 5:30. Never received a call to inform us of the delay. When they arrived home with her, the EMT's were going to sit her on a chair to bring her up the stairs. She told them that she was unable to bend her leg (her leg was still under anesthesia and had a very heavy cast) to which they replied "you had surgery on your leg, not your need". Inappropriate and insensitive. They decided to bring her up the 5 steps using a soft stretcher which worked well. One of the EMTs said to his partner, "let's get moving, I don't want to turn this into an entire operation". I found it rude for him to say that, specially since it was said in front of a woman that was in pain after surgery and vulnerable, and laying on a stretcher. They were not caring at all. People that work in this field need to be caring and understanding, something that the two gentlemen that brought my mom home were lacking!! The staff that answered the phone and scheduled the service were not the nicest either. Do not use this service. Your loved ones should feel respected and cared at all time, specially if you are paying for the service!!!

They were incredibly caring and inventive and professional. They came with enough staff to carry my mother from second floor to first to the ambulance. She felt safe the whole time, going to her drs. Appointment and home again.

They can't drive they just almost killed my husband and I by blocking the intersection art cedar lane in Teaneck and my husband and I are both EMT's. They need to teach these people safety

These guys are great, they were very helpful with bringing my grandfather home. Will definately use Aero again!

Overall terrible service..... From booking your ride over the phone to a lengthy wait to be picked back up from your appointment. I do not feel comfortable leaving my loved one in their hands. Seek your ride elsewhere.......

So I do transport with patients and every time I call for a pick up they say 30 mins or there's a driver already on the way. That's all a lie cause I've waited over one and half hr one time I waited over two hrs. Every phone call I made the dispatcher would give a different story!!!!! No one deserves services like this especially elderly patients

First and last time using their services. My dad is still waiting for almost two hours after they were called to pick him up.
When you call they always say they will be there in five, 10 minutes and I ve called over three times.
I wonder if I wasn t here waiting with him how long it would have taken.
What a shame, manager said two different names upon picking up. Clearly he wasn t the manager .

On February 10, 2017 Aero wasnt able to schedule me for service. I feel discriminated against. I was told they were short of staff. But a friend of mine call from Tenack, NJ requesting service for the same date and time was told that they were able to accommodate her. I wasn't able to reach management of cause. An Investigation must continue based on discrimination.

Best ambulance (ambulette) service. On time, kind, courteous, excellent... needed to move my Mom in a wheelcharir from rehab to hospital. Andre was amazing. Did a great job and took us in to admissions...Will call on them again and again.

This company billed Medicare under my name and number for alleged ambulance service to me while I was on a cruise on October 21, 2014. I live in the South and I have not been in New Jersey for more then 20 years. My husband was born in New Jersey, but he died three years ago. Can anyone think "Medicare Fraud"?
How did they come up with my name and number?

The drivers were polite the wait time for the return trip was over an hour The dispatcher was rude and didn't have a clue

This company is probably THE BEST ambulance service in the NY/NJ area. The owner is honest, meticulous and knows his business. The EMT's and Coach drivers are honest, competent and treat you like family. This company is OUTSTANDING!
