Great place to see a hockey game. Seems like there is not a bad seat in the house.

It was not obvious there was a security team until they were needed. They professionally removed an obnoxious and rude person without incident. Even when the obnoxious person insulted and cursed at the security team they quietly and professionally removed him.

The concert sounds were very good.
But trying to get to your seat is a night mare. The distance from the seat to the seat back in front is literally 5".
Very dangerous especially if you are a big or a little unsteady.

Everything was great except for the staff. I was shocked to find out that the bar manager Eddy was so rude to customers. There is a way of saying things and he obviously was not trained. Instead of nicely telling people it was the last call, he was extremely nasty to customers and began to tell them to go away . My group spent well over $400 just on drinks that night, the least they could do is treat us nicely. Shocking. We also encountered a lot of ratchet staff that don t know how to talk to people.

Shows at the prudential center are a lot of fun. Lots of gigs going on there- nice and new structures. They have been building up the area surrounding it so you can find food within a few blocks. Traffic does get heavy, so take the train if possible

The buildings layout is nice, the surrounding area no so much. But once you actually arrive to the center it's nice and don't feel in danger. Been to a couple of events here including concerts, Devil's games, WWE, etc. It's a great seat regardless of where you are. The parking is definitely not ideal because there are no lots connected to the building. The closer you park the more expensive the fee, the further the cheaper. You can get there from either the train because it's near the station because driving can be a nightmare sometimes. Overall, I love going to this venue. I would give it a 5 if they offered parking.

I had a concert there on March 21st it got cancelled due to the snow and rescheduled for April 2nd I drove two and a half hours to get to New Jersey on April 2nd two then find out my tickets were refunded by my seller. I was not notified about this so me and my daughter who has special needs were so upset. Not only did I pay $400 for these tickets I paid $40 for parking and tolls. Prudential Center did nothing to accommodate me because of this mix up the staff was rude insensitive and cruel. I will never go there again, If this is how they treat people with special needs.

It was wonderful. The problem is that there r very not respectful people that after the show started goes to the sits... I think after certain time, people should wait until the break to sit in their places, cause there r people that goes in the right time that because of the lates ones, cant see the show properly cause they start to walk on front of them.... its terrible. Plus, there are the one that stand up to look at their ticket in the middle of the presentation blocking everyone's view.... I think it should have more staff taking care and preventing this kind of things to happen!

Awesome venues for different types of events whether it is a concern, game, or even graduation. There are lot of close by public transportation in which makes Prudential Center easy to locate. Penn station is just a few blocks away.

The staff at prudential is very nice, and the process to get in and get seated runs very smoothly and organized.

Nice place, but $5 for water. That is price gouging! Remember, you cant bring water into the Rock so you have to buy it! Going with the water costing $1 with wages tacked on, then this would be 500% mark up. If a private individual did this during a time of scarce supply, it would be classified as price gouging.

Went for concerts here couple of times and pretty impressed with the security. Plenty of parking spots around the area and cheap as well if you are willing to park at 5min walking distance .No need to pre book parking spot.
It has big arena and good viewing spot all around.

Amazing venue, I have seen concerts and sport events here. Acoustics are great and there really isn't a bad seat in the house for concerts. Basketball and hockey games are also wonderful there with great seating. Food and drink is also great at this venue

Rude security female and male. I have my nikon camera that had no problems taking in and these African American lady and a big white Hispanic guy came to me very roughly to take my sim card or the camera not letting me enjoy the concert. The old white guy said my camera was fine to have. He told them that they did a good job reporting the camera. However, they need to make sure how you go up to someone and instead of showing all that aggression check on first well and then harass customers. The Hispanic pretended to be white and he refused to admit he spoke Spanish. No more concerts for me. Besides the location looked good when you buy it and it was terribly bad. Better to watch them at home and relaxed.

We went to Prudential Center to see Disney on Ice. The Disney show was fantastic. However, the venue experience was awful. No organized parking available. The nearest parking cost $40 for the evening performance. Absolutely no parking on streets outside is available. Inside you will find rude employees , long lines and very aggressive sales people (cotton candy cost is 15$). In addition, it takes very long time to get out of the center after the show. They do not control people trafic very well. While some exits had long lines others were completely empty. I tried crossing to another side to take another available exit in order to bypass the traffic but was blocked by a worker who was very rude to me. I will not come back to Prudential Center for future events.

Taking an Uber to Prudential Center is a must. It s always less expensive to pay for transportation than to park. But beware. When the event is over, the assigned spots for ride share pickups mean nothing because the police block off the streets that access them. The talk given by Michelle Obama was ok. Maybe if I read her book I would ve been intrigued. I was expecting some profound insight and it just never came.

Terrific place to watch a hockey game. NJD have spent money upgrading center scoreboard and video displays. Looks great. All amenities and services are convenient, well run. Tons of food choices. Staff is friendly and helpful. All in all I love it.

Saw Paul McCartney concert there. Great place. Easy to get in, easy to get out. Good food, great drinks! I did not drive, we Uber'ed, so I cannot comment on the driving and parking around the area. But, clearly Uber is the way to go!
