Attended KCON 2018, HUGE lines and very messy, couldn't even tell where the lines starts. There was even a K-9 unit visit beside our seats because the camera crew and the security crew did not communicate; the camera crew placed a black shoe box for standing without letting anyone else know, then left it there, which eventually escalated the situation.
Great staff, great attitudes. Even though we had to take the stairs after the hockey game.
Encountered an individual that was sitting in the customer service area. I needed to buy a same day ticket to Kings game at box office due to StubHub having issues.
That person continued doing what they were doing or pretending as if they were doing something without any acknowledgement, eye contact etc. After about 10 minutes another person came up to a different window and immediately acknowledged me. Asked how could he help and once I told him what I needed sent me to the correct window that wasn't clearly marked otherwise I would have gone there without being directed.
Great arena for any kind of events, lots of parking
It's a great venue to see Sports concerts or any event. Food and drinks are expensive but that's to be expected. Went for a Kings game great event for sports
How can you not like Staples. You got the Lakers there and the Kings. Plus even the clippers so fun times to be had. The whole area is designed for tourists and guests so there is a lot a food and drinks close by. Parking can and will be pricey.
We went here to watch a Basketball game and was not in the slightest disappointed!

Just not an LA fan. Nice that every seat is padded though - was here for the Eric Church concert.

Finally a meca in Los Angeles that is accessible by trains! The LA Live area is great to mingle, have drinks before catching a game or conventions at the LA Convention Center. The Staples Center is has the new look and feel. Too bad the Lakers & Clippers share the venue and it is called the Staples Center. Some of the luxury boxes are so high you are better off buying individuals tickets. The top deck you might as well bring a TV as you won't be seeing anything but dots. The American Express lounge is actually nice and if you get there early can get prime seats overlooking the arena and better than some luxury box.
Through out the year the memories I have had in this place will never fade. Its an amazing experience at the Staples Center cause everyone from the staff, performers, ticket buyers... everyone knows what a magical place this is and want to be there.
I watch the Clippers here and some of the best concerts :)
Must-go in LA, great place to watch Lakers games even though they are tanking. Food is little bit overpriced, but the experience is worth it.
The reverb was atrocious. They charge $5.50 for a bottle of water then poured it in a cup. That made it difficult to climb the stairs.
Went for the Shania twain concert. It was difficult finding our seats because three people told us to go 3 different ways (which were all wrong). If you're taking a ride share service to/from here I suggest you have them drop off/pick up down the block. Cops will stop your ride share car and give you a hard time (I saw it happen to an Uber driver). The concert itself was amazing.

I went here and I had one of the best experiences of my life LOL, I m not even gonna lie. What I love most about this place was honestly the stadium and the quality of the lights themselves. The person who I saw was amazing but the staple center itself was also great to because they said a lot of people and there were great sound system is there, and they even have people to help me go wherever I needed to go because this is where a bit complicated to find but that s OK! The person I saw was Hayley Kyoko and also panic at the disco. These are really amazing people and bands. What I love most about it was that the stage had so many cool tricks that were really really advanced. For example there was flames coming out of the stage that or planned LOL nothing was on fire, but also they had a pop-up scenes and locked doors inside the eye of the triangle in the stage. And also another thing Is that they had was streamers could pop out and there was a bunch of little pieces of gold everywhere it was really really cool and I want to go again sometime for the next one.
Lakers fans are amazing and if you buy the ticket site a corner from the tunel you can get an autograph from athletes

Went for a boxing match on Saturday, while it wasn't totally packed, it was definitely busy. We walked in without a problem, hardly any wait time at the gates. The lines to get beer we'rent bad either. Overall they hire helpful and decent employees, something that is becoming rare in LA.
Lively place. Security does an awesome quick job in getting you through the entrance.

Just an all around great place to spend a night out, when going to any game.
Went to see the Kings play. They had a laser show before the game begun. Cant really beat that for entertainment!
Facilities are great, lots of places to buy food and drink (albeit very expensive).
I cannot count how many wonderful memories I have at the staple center. Concerts, hockey games, and basketball games are all great reasons to head downtown to the staples center. The layout of the stadium is easy to travers and accesible to everyone. The food is good, but stadium priced food is quite expensive for what you're getting. If you're driving, carpool. Parking is expensive and hard to find. Plan ahead and get there early. If you're too early, explore LA live. You can always take the metro and other public transportation.
In all, find an event you're interested in if you're planning a trip to Los Angeles.

Came here for a concert-not a game. Great venue tho!!! The seating was a little weird, but i didn't care-I was more concerned about seeing Shania Twain!! everything is pricey and you really cant bring anything inside so be prepared to pay $$$ for beer, food, etc. It was worth it!!!

Traffic is awful, parking is expensive but the venue is great.
This arena is the home of the lakers,Kings, clippers,and sparks. It also is used for concerts and various shows. It is very close to being a year round place of entertainment.

Good time, great arena. Wonderful for hockey, not so much for basketball. The "cheap seats" are incredibly uncomfortable and small.
I used your store in queen creek az twice this week and was very disappointed I did a email paper work and the heavy set gentleman was rude I thought maybe had a bad day and left went back to day and the same person was there rude as ever and to fax a 14 page document to title co the fee was outrageous 27.58 to fax in state if I knew that I could have delivered it my self I am a very unhappy customer and will never shop at your store again or other staples and will tell everyone I know too
Fast entrance thru VIP left entrance. enjoyed the VVIP area. a bit out of the way ... down elevator then behind backstage. but nice selection of food! very unexpected.
They always have great security and traffic control. The house was packed "sold out" It was awesome!!! Marc Anthony killed it!
After 19 years since Staples Center has opened. It is STILL the state of the art venue where basketball games, hockey, arena football, concerts, political conventions, and even funeral services take place. No matter what type of event you attend at Staples. You will find the experience second to none. Lauren & Sky of the Los Angeles Clippers organization first hand walked me through this fabulous center. Every attendee treated first class.
It was amazing! So easy to get to convenient parking. All the seats are good seats even up top.
Its like Disneyland for sports & concerts.

I am a season ticket holder for hockey and its a great, raucous place to watch games. Superstars like Anze Kopitar, Jeff Carter, Drew Doughty, Jonny Quick, Alec Martinez and Dustin Brown provide neverending excitement. Great eateries, bars, restaurants and just a happy place to go to. Super place to take a date. And they even had Waldo riding the Zamboni.
I have never been to a staple center before this trip or I went to see Trevor Noah with friends. Getting in was quick although we did have a suite that my friend had gotten through the company which was awesome and probably why entrance was faster than a general admission ticket might have been. The place was clean The food was good The sound was great almost a little too loud Trevor Noah was hilarious as far as stadiums go I have zero qualms and only positive things to say
This was an awesome event missed 2018, but planning for 2019

Went to see a Lakes vs Clippers game and it was one of the most amazing experiences of my life. The area is in amazing condition and it is very easy to walk in it. All the ammenities inside are great for a bit or drink
We haven't had a good reason to cheer lately but this place is great.

Fantastic view with dining. You do have a slight obstruction caused by the basket but you really won't miss much since you can glance up at the jumbotron. The food was cooked well and diverse, and the seats in the booth were very comfortable.
We went for the league of legends 2016 world finals. All the staff were very friendly and the seats were amazing! There were well over a thousand people in the audience up to the giant 4th sorry, but because of the 4 huge displays everything was easy to see no matter where you sat.
The staff is helpful but can be a bit disorganized to make sure that the line-ups are set.
Couldn't watch a game while I was there.. Maybe next time
Was there with my Brother and my GF watching the LA KINGS lose but i had fun just spending time with blood!

Food is disgusting and expensive here. Not enough toilets for all the people. No vegan food.
I've had the nose bleeds (awful spots) and the luxury boxes (perfect seats). I have always enjoyed the hockey games and music event. The service in the boxes is just so-so. Pretty disappointed my last time.
We attend LA Kings games here all the time - even the seats in the upper section have great views!
