They did a great job, but damaged my amplifier (which I specifically identified as sensitive), red sun office handled this poorly and refused to help and find a solution; they simply refused compensate anything for the repair - they went from a 5-star provider to 1 star. Be careful if you have sensitive equipment, don t let them handle it.
This review came late but I wish to highly recommend them. Terrance came to quote and explain in detail about their services. They may look like Ah Bengs but not your ordinary ones. They are very experienced professionals, helpful and gave very good service. They are fast and efficient too. They made my move swift and easy. I really had fun working with them and watching them work. Their work are tough but they remained chirpy thruout. They are really a great bunch and I cannot emphasise enough how good their services are. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

We engaged Red Sun Movers for our house reno where they packed our stuffs and sent to the storage and back home. I must say I am very impressed with the guys on site on both occasions. They are professional in wrapping up all the items and efficient in moving the items out of the house and into the storage. Their punctuality is also very much appreciated since we engaged them in the morning. Arrangements for them to come in for quotation and delivery is also just a WhatsApp away.

Engaged Red Sun to help our move, all furnitures for 3 bedrooms apt and 100 boxes of items from Queenstown to Selegie in 2018. Terrance, the supervisor, was always fast to respond on his mobile. I was given boxes, bubble wraps, tapes, and labels as soon as I confirmed the job. They were on time and worked very fast. I didn't know that my new condo doesn't allow the 15ft lorry to drive into the basement carpark where the lift is. Terrance responded fast and managed to get smaller lorry to enter a few times instead. I was very relief. Also my condo stopped moving activities by 4:30pm so Terrance got extra staffs to help. Everything was done on time and there was not a single damage even though they had to carry some of the big furnitures down the stairs. I was very pleased w the services and well job done. I should have done the review then but only got to do google review recently. Thanks Terrance!
I got quotes from 4 different companies before deciding on Red Sun Movers. Their quote came in the lowest which left me unsure what level of service to expect. I went ahead and was very impressed by their professionalism, care and effort they put into the job. Good cooperation by the team and no damage whatsoever. I couldn't have been more pleased with how the move went and would recommend Red Sun movers to others.

Best bunch of crews i have come across. Crews were cheerful and funny throughout the whole process even though its very tiring as my move was from a 3 storey walk up apartment to a 4 storey walk up apartment. They are able to move an upright piano down and up via stairs with ease as well! Supervisors planned very well and told me in details how the process will be. I was surprised that all the crews were local Singaporeans which i seldom see in this type of hard-labour job, young and look very experienced in this field. Easy to communicate, trust worthy and would do their best to help you with your demands. Would surely recommend to all my friends!
No star!!! For bad attitude and rude. After an argument over service lapses, manager of REDSUN Mover cancel their services 2 days prior to my moving day. In addition, shouting over the phone with the client saying the do not need the business instead of calming the client. This is totally unprofessional, even the client may be wrong, one does not threaten and cancel one services due to a disagreement, this is breach of contract. A nightmare to the client, as I had to find a new mover. The company is seemed to be run by untrained staff in customer service. The argument over the phone, the manager was almost like a gangster shouting at the client and threatening to cancel service. It is apparent REDSUN Mover is not able to take feedback from a client. Use them at your own risk, pray there are no laspses as you not allow to confront on it.
Terrace helped me with the move and I must say, he did a great job. Very patient and his team got everything packed moved and settled into my new place in a quick time. I had many concerns during covid if he could do the job but he kept assuring me and came sharply on time. Good work.

Red Sun Movers helped us with our office move seamlessly. We were liaising with Reagan on our move date, logistics of the move, etc., and he made it so easy for us. On moving day, the movers know what to do and they came prepared with extra trolleys. The entire move from one location to the other took lesser time than we expected. We'd recommend them!
They did not only damage a wardrobe, but left broken parts on top of it in order to cover it up.
After reassembly, heavy mirror doors were only held by a single TINY screw. It was a matter of time until someone got seriously injured.
Definitely will reccomend! Suprised with all well versed in English which are locals! Although the price is higher than others , defitnitely worth it ! ;)

I had to move a lot of things, big and small, a lot of confusion in my items to be moved. Lucky for me, they sent John, who patiently listened to my requests and organised every thing so well and patiently packed my stuff carefully and relocated my stuff to different destinations as per my orders. Thanks to the team Sabrina and Terence too, and two other movers apprentices, my move was done in three hours and I'm happy with their professionalism.
Today's move to four different locations while it was raining heavily was very smooth, quick and efficient! I love how they keep in constant contact with me during the move to ensure that the coordination among the 4 locations are smooth. The team lead Reagan was also very quick in his assessment of the move and quickly gave clear instructions to his team members who acted swiftly and everyone exhibited excellent team work. Sabrina was my point of contact for office moving arrangements. She was very responsive, patient and accommodating to all my requests. The movers came early and were very fast and efficient with the boxes. They were also very cooperative with the building restrictions and regulations in place. I used these movers to relocate apartments recently and I would not recommend this service. The movers were very slow, and often at times unaware of what they should be doing. The main reception did not seem to communicate with the movers so when I requested boxes and specific information about the move, this was not communicated with the movers on the day. Finally, you pay per item so I paid S$400 for them to only move pieces of furniture I had informed them about. When I asked them to help move bags and suitcases, they informed me that they can only move the things I told them about even though their van could carry these items. I therefore had to taxi back and forth with the remaining items, which seemed pointless considering I had paid for a removal service.
I would not recommend using these movers, instead do some research and find others that are more efficient, helpful and better value for money.
I have recently engaged Red Sun Movers Pte Ltd to do a move for me on 08/08/2020. Due to the auspicious timing given for moving, I have requested the moving team to start early. Having spoken to Sabrina, she has immediately assist and make the appropriate arrangement.
The operation team came before the stated time and the moving went on very smoothly without failure. The operation team are well coordinated, fast, well equipped, responsible and professional. The charges for them are reasonable.

I recomend redsun movers,liase with them via email way back, reply is damn fast, even on a saturday, their customer service is working, moved last Saturday, came to my old place at 9am sharp as agreed, collated all items to be moved, a total of 4 movers came, 1015am im out of here, waited at my HPR unit, i didnt even come down to wait for them at the guardroom, 1130am they are done moving!
Affordable rate, very good and hassle-free service from admin to movers! Sabrina was amazing to work with. After giving all the details, she provided me with a quote on the spot. Called her at a later date to confirm the move and she organised everything on the spot for me.
On the day of the move, the movers arrived half hour earlier and it took them less than half hour to move everything out of the house! My mom has a long bench that was blocking the path for the movers to move the items to the lift; without any complaints, they easily lifted the bench and put it aside to clear the pathway, no hassle. Very efficient! I would recommend anyone to use their services.

One thing I love about them is all the items were either wrapped nicely or packed nicely in their boxes. Everything were well protected and taken care of during the move.

My experience with them were fantastic! They have a team of professionals and handled all my item with upmost care. I was on site to observe them as i wasn't really at ease with my precious items being handled by stangers~
Best of all is that their price were affordable~ I'm extemely grateful to them and even introduced them to my friends and colleagues. 2 of them eventually engaged them and both had a good experience too.

Professional and honest movers. Proper protection was done for my piano and curve screen TV. Stored my items at their warehouse for 2 months. Returned in perfect condition. Highly recommended.
Personally, I m not impressed with their service. I engaged their services last year, it was quite ok. But this time I was utterly disappointed with them and will not recommend their service to anyone I know.
It was for the moving of two locations to one.
1. They scratched my wall during the move and when I told them about it they said they are very busy and ask me to go and buy the paint and claim from them. I would assume they want us to repaint the wall ourselves and rectify their fault for them. I don t think this is reasonable. Why would I pay $500 for moving services (for professional movers ) and then spend time contacting my old contractors checking what paint colour code I used previously for my house and then take leave to search for paint and paint the wall myself?
2. The next thing is that they called me to reschedule the time to collect the boxes and I accommodate their timing. Then they call again to change the timing and said that they are now arranging for a different team to collect the boxes. Once again, I accommodate their timing but I don t feel that they are thankful at all.
The impression they gave me was that they are all very busy people and should we engage their services, we will need to abide to their timing and schedule. I feel very unappreciative (even when I tried to accommodate to their timing) and the way they treat their customers was not pleasant at all.
I feel very disturbed and will do my homework more extensively in future if I need to move again.

Great experience with red sun movers! Been searching high & low for a good movers to help relocate my place.. Glad I came across them. As they were the top 10 movers in singapore and their price was really reasonable! From coming over for site survey to the day I move my place everything went smoothly without any hipcups! Im so impressed! Not only they are punctual, they are friendly and efficient! Very professional service! Would highly recommend them!
Horrible service right at the start. The sales girl insisted on getting some private details before they were willing to arrange for site visit. I told them that i will let them know the unit number once they confirmed. I have already provided them with the location of building but they are just so rigid on insisting this and that. Inflexible, rude and poor follow up. I had to chase them many times to get answers to my request for quotation. Not sure how authentic the good reviews here are. BOYCOTT!!!!
Great experience with them! The team is very efficient, complete the job way faster than i expected! They carry my furnitures up and down stairs with ease! Also, they were fun and funny! I was laughing the whole time! They made the who process an enjoyable one. I am very impressed by their professionalism and efficiency.
