Awesome venue, lots of food options, and home if the best team in the NBA, the Los Angeles Lakers. The great Los Angeles Kings of the NHL play here too, as well as the mighty Los Angeles Sparks of the WNBA. The venue hosts concerts and similar events and it s a world-famous venue. There s a place called Hyde Lounge that is a wonderful place to hang out if you have the financial fortitude. I ve heard rumors that there s a tunnel connecting locker rooms in case the guys that used to play for the junior varsity NBA team want to attack their opponents after a game. But you wouldn t have access to it being a common citizen.

Place was LIT for Kobe's retiring game. Had a super dope time sitting court side. Really dope seats and view of a legend making his final mark on the NBA! Great food, drinks, and atmosphere. If you're in LA, catch a Clippers or Lakers game, you won't regret it.
Staff was in general friendly. The menus at the concession stands did not state what were on the items, so when you got up to the line finally to get a bratwurst to find out it comes with grilled onions instead of sauerkraut. That the concession stand right next to you that has a line of 60 people has sauerkraut. They should list the ingredients rather than the calories. I'm more worried about what is coming on my hotdog that I've waited 30 minutes in line for it rather than how many calories it has. I sat in the Premier 5 seats also and I was wearing a Dallas Stars Jersey because I was for the away team, I never once was asked if I needed any food or a beverage from the server in my section.
Showtime Lakers are back in business. Great facilities, I got a cab there wise decision of i may say so myself. The players are cool too I would love to come back... a bit expensive, but for sure epic.
Excellent venue for sports games. I went to the LA Sparks home opener, Friday May 31st- it was really fun and my seats were great and the VIP Lexus Lounge was nice before the game. Thank you Sparks!!
Most concert venues close off the stage view, making the balcony seats on the sides impossible to see anything. Whether it was a smart set up by the musicians team or the venue design itself, I m not sure, but my side view seats have me a fantastic view of the concert. Everything was very clean, and security was well organized in a way that made it quick but also left me feeling safe.
Always friendly staff, quick and easy to get in. Saw Lorde on the floor, seats in the 100s section were just as good, 200s would have been tolerable, and the 300 (top most) is not worth the money for how far away from the action you are.
Very crowded. There were various food carts along the walkways that impeded proper egress from one location to another. Proper traffic flow was necessary. Otherwise, it was a great experience.
What a fantastic venue. Saw the LA Kings play. Staff was very friendly, the food was wonderful for a arena this size. Would love to see another event here.
Saw Elton John and it was a great show! We were in a suite and the service was great given the fact that our food was delivered later than the time promised , however the customer service provided by the staff and manager was amazing! The manager was very apologetic for the tardiness of the food delivery and took care of us quite well.
I attended the Big Bang concert - great concert, but the venue services and parking lot left a lot to be desired.
The streets were altered so GPS would not work and the detours made you go several blocks out of your way to gain access to the parking structure. The handicap parking was several levels below ground - don't know what they were thinking here!!! The escalators were not all working and that is a deal breaker given the handicap parking was below those levels. The total mob made it difficult for a disabled person to get into the arena and this would have been even more difficult in a wheel chair - the signage needs to be improved. No one knew which door to go to for disabled access (no waiting in line) and once inside a great staffer found a folding chair for me to use until the venue was ready.
The food vendors could not handle the crowds, the credit card system was way to slow and then they only wanted to accept cash. Once you bought a beverage they insisted on putting it in a cup and keeping the resealable plastic bottle it came in - total waste of time and resources.
The staff around the handicap section were attentive and helpful; however the non-disabled sharing the section with me were a bit disrespectful and their wild partying made me move to the end of the row for my safety. After the concert the ladies apologized for the guys bad behavior.
Upon leaving I was given conflicting directions to the best - quickest way to the parking lot - I got the long cut. - need better signage in the venue as to where you are in relation to the exit/parking lots/and street/subway.
I was exhausted once I got to my car, but the great concert made up for the hassles.
