There are no words to explain the poor level of service at this company... First you have to deal with a sales person that makes up prices as he goes and wants you to be locked in for as long as possible. Once i made sure the contract is only for 1 year i receive a statement from their accounting department and I see payments were set for a 2 year contract. The product is mediocre at best, but there aren't too many other options in Canada at the moment..

If you sign up, they lock you into a auto-renewal on an annual basis in 8pt font on the back page of their ACH form. If you give them notice 363 days that you want to terminate, they will still charge you for the entire year. Oh, by the way, that's over $2,500!
Financial advisors are held to a higher standard of integrity and business practice than this, so why not our vendors? Avoid this company at all costs. Bush league product (eMoney is far superior and not that much more) and untrustworthy salespeople and customer service reps.
This company is terrible. The sales people are dishonest, they lie to you. They told me that I could cancel my account at any time. Then they tell you that you are in a 3 year contract and you have to buy the account out. If they knew they had a good product they wouldn't lock you in for 3 years in a hidden contract. Plus the software is to use. Every time you want to edit a client profile you have to restart the whole profile. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I hope this helps and saves someone else the trouble I had to go through!!!!!!!
