This is the second time I have tried this company and again I have had NO calls or help since the week I registered with them. I was told they would have to make some calls to find a medical office job for me. I have called back twice now as I had not heard a word and it has been almost 2 mo since registering and not so much as a call from the person who interviewed me. I have had to make all the calls to inquire myself. I am totally disappointed yet again as I gave them a second chance and not so much as any calls back after the first week. VERY unprofessional.

I really appreciate the follow up Debra has provided as well as her professionalism.

Worked with them for over three months to find someone to fill a temp to permanent position at my office. They wasted my time sending me people who were not interested in my job, and who did not have the qualifications I was looking for. Individuals were not properly vetted for childcare, transportation, professionalism, etc. For example, one individual missed an entire week of work in the first month of employment. If you're looking for someone to fill a position that requires anything beyond the most basic customer service, I wouldn't suggest using this agency.

I had a terrible experience with BPSKC. Bobbi was the headhunter I was assigned to, and she never reached out to me personally with updates - I always reached out to her for updates. The updates were far apart, and once I moved to KC from out of state she never reached out to me. Luckily I was much better at finding a job than she, and found something above what they were recommending. I would not look towards this business with any help finding a job in the KC area.
