There are no words to explain the poor level of service at this company... First you have to deal with a sales person that makes up prices as he goes and wants you to be locked in for as long as possible. Once i made sure the contract is only for 1 year i receive a statement from their accounting department and I see payments were set for a 2 year contract. The product is mediocre at best, but there aren't too many other options in Canada at the moment..
