Not a bad place to bring your children but it's expensive. We would attend more often if the prices were better. My daughter loved the turtles and the sharks but we can only afford to go every few years.

I love this aquarium. There is one employee that is super racist that bugs me and an incorrect sign about poison dart frogs. Kids love touching sting rays, doing the shark bridge, hippos, and make sure when you see penguins to use your flashlight... They follow light

We had an awesome time exploring the different exhibits with my husband who had never been there. We also had a situation that was handled with heart touching courtesy by Nicole. She went above and beyond! Thank you so much! We will be sure to contact your manager Brian and ket him know of the fantastic job you are doing!

Great aquarium! Came here many times with my now 5 and 2.5 year olds. The mermaid event during our last visit was quite interesting. I especially was impressed with the underwater mermaids, who were actually in the same tank with large sharks. There were several touch tanks, where you could pet a sting ray or a baby shark - kids always enjoy this! We even got to feed the sting rays which was a great experience. The shark tunnel, shark bridge, hippos - all very interesting! I would definitely recommend a visit.

Llovely view of the city from the Aquarium. The inside was wide and had a fun place for kids to play which was great for my 3 year old son. We even got to walk over the shark tank. It was a lot of fun and I would visit again!

I've been here a few times with my kids and each time it gets better, maybe I have more fun than they do but it's definitely a nice place for a family outing! I would recommend going early before with gets too crowded!

Personally i rather take the 2 hour drive to the Baltimore aquarium. It is a lot bigger and has a lot of activities to do around it. But if you dont have the time and have never been to a aquarium it should wow you. Parking is close and its in a safer part of town. The battleship new jersey is a great tour and together could take up most of your day. Its next to the aquarium.

A great weekend get away for the family. It had five sections in total and the attractions include the shark tunnel, the sting ray section, the frogs and other reptiles and a 3D theater. There is a huge food court and a gift shop as well. We went on a rainy day and still had a lot of fun. Definitely a great place for a family visit.

My 4 year old and I have memberships here and it's completely worth the drive and money. This facility is clean, a nice size, the staff are knowledgeable and there's plenty to see and touch.
During the summer is a bit hectic due to summer camps having trips here basically every day during the week. During this time you're liable to be trampled by an unsupervised summer camper, so hold onto your little ones.

We have a year's pass that we got on Groupon. Great deal and have visited twice already. The membership was well worth the money since it also gives you 1/2 price parking ($5 instead of $10), 10% off gift shop and food. Tried to time visits not to coincide with summer camps. The Outdoor penguin exhibit was not open on our first visit but was when we just went back. Grands ages 9 and 10 1/2 love the aquariam, especially the touch exhibits, the hippos and the shark tunnel and bridge. They are already planning their next trip back.

Really nice aquarium with some great exhibits for all ages. Kids absolutely love this place especially the touch exhibits. Adults will enjoy the educational aspects of this aquarium. My only complaint would be that the crowds are usually really huge. Also, the prices of everything from admission to food and drink is really expensive. That's the only reason I didn't give 5 stars. Otherwise a great time.

Wow, what a peaceful setting. This awesome aquarium takes you away to a place whereas you almost feel like you're in the shark tank (but you're safe, of course). The SHARK BRIDGE is incredible)! Reasonable membership prices too!

Highly recommended.

Highly recommended.
The aquarium is well laid out and provides enough space to linger at the exhibits, even when a crowd is present. The staff is friendly and the interactivity of the exhibits is awesome! Touch a manta ray, feed a penguin, walk through the shark tunnel, have a great time!

Biggest aquarium on the east coast (or so they say) a must visit if you are interested in marine life. Only disclaimer is make sure to find out everything that goes on any food you order, they don't display that very well.

This place is totally amazing they have a lot of exhibits and hands on exhibits as well where you can touch sharks and all types of aquatic life the have a shark tunnel, and the largest shark bridge in the U.S.A. that puts you inches above the sharks in the shark tank they have hippos, penguins, jelly fish, sea turtles, sting rays, you name it they have it there great for a day out to amaze the kiddos or yourself as well so much to do there and look at make sure you go early because it is a huge place and you don't want to miss a thing you need a whole day to explore all that they offer and the best part is they are very inexpensive for all they offer you get what you pay for and then some I totally recommend this place to everyone from babies to grandparents there is something that will amaze everyone so I have to say 5 stars but definitely wash your hands a lot and sanitize because I brought my 4 kids and my wife there we went cold free and cought a cold from touching everything that everyone else has touched so I do recommend that you wash hands regularly or sanitize enjoy...

This was probably the best aquarium that I have ever seen. There is a huge selection of marine animals... Everything from jelly fish to hammerhead sharks and even a couple of hippopotami for good measure. This aquarium is spread out over multiple levels and quite expansive. There's even a rope bridge out over top of one of the shark tanks for those feeling brave.

I really loved the sea turtles and shark exhibit. There is a tunnel and they swim right over ur head. They have two very large hippos and are great to see. You can also touch sting rays and baby sharks along with other aquatic life..I really enjoy and appreciate bring that close to them.

Cons: food is way over priced. Gift shop is double over priced

My wife and I visited today with our nearly 4year old son. We were very disappointed. Some of the reasons: $90 for admission, $10 for parking - WAY OVERPRICED, the exhibits were ok at best, the facility is run down, and many of the activities and areas for children to play on/with were in disrepair or closed, it was RIDICULOUSLY crowded, there are vending machines and those games where you drop the grapple down and try to get a toy literally every 25 feet, navigating the facility really is a bit confusing (the signage is poor), and we went through it about an hour. Some of the positives: the staff was friendly enough, the bathrooms were VERY clean, and it wasn't difficult to get to. We won't be going back though.

So many cool aquatic attractions and the animals seemed so much livelier than any other aquarium I have been too. They were out and definitely not shy, funny moments and it s cool to see our neighbors in the water who we don t get to hang out with. You can Walk above a shark tank!
