On a Warm day in Camden across from Philly Skyline, I saw a bunch of people at aquarium in Camden, NJ and everything was nice there at the aquarium.

A beautiful and interesting place to visit for family of all ages

Great for kids, but not so much for adults. The tickets are way overpriced ($32), it's usually always crowded, the shark tunnel is a joke, and there's not much to see.

So much fun so much sea life to see! You will need atleast a few hours here if not all day, prices are alittle steep.

It s an awesome place to take a tour with families and friends besides the admission tickets and food court. Fun place to go, great places to hang out.

Great place to go. If you're looking for something to do, spend the day watching the beautiful scenery of fish and underwater animals.

Best aquarium I ve ever visited! Super interesting and well kept. Ticket was not cheap but the experience totally worths the price.

Just not our scene, but wanted to give it a fair try. Incredibly crowded and pretty small. Hippo exhibit was closed, pushy people everywhere. We'll try something else next time.

Decent aquarium. Has plenty of kid friendly exhibits and features.
It gets a B-, and that's only because I'm comparing it to the Baltimore Aquarium, and Long Beach, CA aquarium which both seem a lot more detailed in the scope of sealife (although not necessarily as kid friendly).
The biggest issue is parking, it's a disaster, and ridiculously expensive, most of the lots are full, and you'll still end up walking a half mile or more after spending $11-15 for parking that far away. I'd advise there is a public Camden tram, and bus service to take you right to the front and avoid the parking headache.
Pluses, it right against the water/river, and nice background of the riverfront and bridge on a nice sunny day.
Negatives, bring your own food or be prepared to wait in VERY long lines for food at their food court. We were in line for almost as long as we were there for the attractions, and it's subpar food, at airport prices, and not nearly enough seating/tables for the crowds or families. It just not worth eating here.
Overall, if your local, go for it.
If you want a much better experience, and atmosphere, I'd take the 2hr drive to Baltimore Inner Harbor for the Baltimore Aquarium. There is so much more there to see and do, and the Inner Harbor itself is an attraction of shops and various restaurants within itself.

Need lower sinks and step for small kids to reach otherwise its amazing

Been going here since they opened with my girls. They offer a lot for kids and the exhibits are amazingly beautiful! I also love that change exhibits keeping you interested for more!!

It is good but not worth for the cost. $30 for adults ticket and the food inside is $6 for 8 very small donuts is absolutely not worth.

It may be good for kids , but not value for money .

Fun exhibits, friendly knowledgeable staff. Food court was very expensive as expected but they don't object to you bringing your own food. Hippo feeding time was worth the price of admission.

This is an incredible place to bring your family and spend a day. Great exhibits, well laid out, and whatever you do make sure to watch the feeding of the Hippos. It is an experience that you will never forget.

It was very good experience for me and my family especially for my grandson.Seeing all these sea animals, the sharks ,the turtles and others was a great experience.

Great place to take the kids. Year passes are inexpensive and there are so many interactive things that it can easily keep you busy from open to close. So many things to see and learn and the little kid play area upstairs will run off any extra energy your little monkeys may still have before you start the drive home for the day.

My first trip years ago was by far the best experience. The year after that seemed like there was less to see. But I love coming back here. The shark tunnel is the best part and last year you could walk across a rope bridge above it! My only complaint is that they allow people to touch some creatures at interactive booths which can harm and scare them.

Boy did I enjoy that shark bridge. Dispite this little kid holding up the line for 10 minutes because he was afraid to cross... might I add the lady at the end didnt even take my picture? But wait, it gets better. She then asked the guy behind me if he wanted one! The bias by the picture staff was donald trump tweet worthy.

Watching the hippos eat was awesome!

I went here last year and this was my first time back since COVID-19. It was the first time my family and I did something out of the house.

You have to make reservations for your group and when you arrive they take your temperature. Everything is spaced out and certain parts are entrances only and exits only to keep the flow of traffic on pace. There are 6 foot stickers everywhere on the ground, sanitizers to use, and everyone else visiting also respected each other s boundaries.

Diverse set of exhibits. I rated 4/5 not due to any defects here but due to the excellence of the Monterey bay aquarium.

Great my kids loved it. Farm too early at 5pm. You have to go there in the morning to enjoy

Great place for the family, new exhibits all the time.

Really nice place to come and visit. Perfect for all ages. 5-11 year olds will enjoy it the best along with parents!

A great place to spend your time at, if you are a curious soul. This place is amazing for children and adults alike.

I've been here many times and had a blast each time. I would highly recommend going on weekdays or early on the weekend to beat the crowds. Also, check groupon or other discount sites for cheaper entrance tickets.

you must take your kids. amazing to see all the see creatures.

We were surprised at how great this aquarium was. They have a good variety of sea creatures including hammerhead sharks and octopus. It was the first time my husband and I saw such an active octopus and we got great pictures. Very suitable for young children as well as anyone of any age.

Great exhibits, reasonable prices for food, great views, thoroughly enjoyed and looking forward to returning.

Decent aquarium my daughter had fun defiantly not as bad as some of the reviews made it out to be. I live in north NJ and usually go to The Maritime Aquarium in CT which is much smaller. Overall I would go back...

It was fine no problems other than I must have accidently gone on national bring your psycho child to the aquarium day. They were everywhere like big destructive cockroaches and absolutely ruined any fun or enjoyment that could be had. But it was not the aquariums fault. The staff and animals did fine and I enjoyed them, even though I don't think there was 12 seconds of silence the whole visit.

Had a great time at the aquarium. There is a lot to see and do. The little ones were in awe of the fish and the fact that they got to pet them. We went early and it worked out well as it was getting crowded in the afternoon when we were leaving.

Very nice Aquarium. Be prepared to be around alot of kids. Very small but really nice. Sharks and hippos were great!

Nice aquarium for the area, no shows like sea world but an excellent shark aquarium with a tunnel and rope walk-through. Penguins. Rays that you can touch.

Absolutely love the aquarium! Just wish it wasnt so overly packed!

When crowded it takes many hours to finish the park activities with kids. When not crowded it takes an hour with kids.

The exhibits are great and the staff friendly however there is no good crowd control and the flow of the place is congested.

Spectacular display of various marine life forms and fun for the whole family

It is a very awesome place to take your kids.. And it's very educational..

There are plenty of activities for kids including the touching the animals. The food options are decent too. However tickets are pricey and you still have to pay for parking. It can get very busy too.

Lots to see here. The turtles are great. Loved the hippos.

It's not the Georgia Aquarium but it's a pretty nice place to visit.

I love what they did with the penguin section and other renivations. Its much cleaner then before. If you buy your tickets through Groupon its worthwhile. I have a 3 year old & hate paying a lot of money for a child. My son just loves coming here.

It was an awesome yet educational experience. The staff was very helpful. Cant wait to take my grandson!

Even though it was raining hard, how much I wanted o go home, I did not wanted to disappoint my godbaby, even though the rain was cold and wet at the end it turned out to be nice, I will see yall next year

Great experience for families, and kids of all ages! Pricey, but they do allow outside food & drink. So much information to learn about! Only downside, is they let SOOOOOO many people in at the same time, it's so crowded at times. Other than that... great place!
