For freshers best company to start the career... But it's a contract base company.. 6 months job only.. Normal basic english is needed...Training will be awesome.... Got to learn many things about U.S taxation... Appreciate Nanda Kumar K.V the COO of company.. There will be nice incentives if you work hard here.. Staff is also friendly..Overall it's a best company.. Loved you AO family.. ;)
Very bad interviewee I have seen till date. I visited to them like nearly 1/2 year back and the guy who interviewed didn't even know for which role category he is hiring for. I called HR after the interview and he said that guy might have got CONFUSED with permanent and contract of 6 months and those being different positions. How these kind of people are in managerial positions?
Here I remember what influencers say "If there is the vacancy for the same position every month UNDERSTAND that's the bad environment"
Don't fall for their low rates. They are a company who will provide zero support after taking your money.
I was filing with them for 6 years. Last year also I filed with them and then again I had to file an amendment. After taking payment these people disappeared and I had to follow up for 4 months to get my amendment filed.
There is no escalation contact for these crooks. Even if you try to contact anyone, first you need to wait 15-20 mins to get your call answered. Even if someone picks your call they will give all sort of assurances and excuses except the resolution to your problem. I also worte a email to their owner Sumit Panjabi witout any response to my problem.
I lost a lot of refund amount I was entitled to from the state Government last year and due to incorrect return filing from AOTAX EXPERT(so-called) team I ended up losing my money. That was my last day in USA and the response to state department had to be post-marked the next day in order to get refund. These crooks didnt bother to look into my case and I kept calling throughout the day(along with packing my stuff for travel) without any resolution. Ultimately I ended up losing my hard-earned money!!
While filing your return these people say that we'll provide complete support for your case, but when it comes to actual support, they disappear!! No matter how many times you email/call them, you'll end up receiving assurance emails without any resolution
I would recommend to look for a genuine tax filer rather than these unprofessional thugs who will disappear with your money.
I also noticed they doesn't have any setup in US. Rather they are masking all calls to appear coming from USA number. Means even if they run away with your money, you cant chase these frauds
I am filing tax returns with AO tax from past 4 years. They take existing customers as granted. I had to move back to India on mid 2019. However I did not want to change the tax firm, hence filed with AO Tax. Indeed I approached them again and again to file my return, they ignored my messages. Later on Indeed I told them that my current address is in India, they filed with my old US address. I mentioned clearly that I want to receive the refund directly to my bank account, they filed in a way to arrive cheque at my old US address.
I tried to enquire later, where is my refund? They never bothered to respond to me. They redirected me to IRS website and ignored all my emails. When we have option to file and enquire through IRS, why do we need to pay extra for tax filing with such tax firms?? they are very ignorant if you try to followup. Be careful.

Very poor service and they dont even help nor they are refunding..I paid a lot for the services and now they dont even respond. No one to escalate no one would be bothered once you make the payment! Feeling like i lost my money.. Recommend that you guys done waste your time and money on this company. Disgrace that in the name of India/Indian company they are misleading
Edited 7/22/2020 - Wanted keep you all updated about the same problem still existing with with this unprofessional company, after writing this top review i was contacted by a manager - Warris. As earlier mentioned it only been like i have been following up my case myself after paying them!. The Manager actually kept on calling me all the time and did not even bother to check my availability(interaction attached) he offered to help me with my filing and said he has assigned the best of his Manager to handle my case and he has been explained, however next instance that i get a call from other Manager, he asks me what i needed help with and he was only asked to call me!! He was never explained anything about my case and they he hangs up saying he will contact Warris, later Warris calls me again and apologizes for all the confusion and offer to help me again. I was asked to provide further documentation to their Hyderabad office. However fails to give me the office contact details, only after i followed up I got the Hyderabad details! Between Warris tries to request multiple times call/msg to have all my reviews in google/fb to be deleted(attached msgs). there is going to be much more efforts than you pay to these guys to actually get your filing done - NOT WORTH YOUR TIME am still struggling, will ensure that i will write the whole story till the end. Later i did mail them and sent Warris a msg that the docs have been mailed - NO REPLY for one week, I again i followed up with another msg - NO reply! All of a sudden at 11 today i get msgs and calls from Warris saying he will follow up and we are living in a strange world! - AM SURE WE ARE but I still dont think, mails/msg services are down or were down during this COVID situation and over that they expect me to delete the reviews - FOR ANYONE WHO LOOKS FOR SERVICES FORM AOTAX - PLEASE CHECK ALL THE REVIEW(NOT ONLY MINE), CHECK FB/YELP AND GOOGLE AND THINK A MILLION TIMES BEFORE GOING AHEAD, I am going to find closure with them - a determined now even if i have to go legal and spend more money on this.

It's a great place to work and has very friendly people to work with. I had taken up the challenge and Statement of work for Advantage One Tax Consulting Services as a Communication Skills and a soft skills Coach.
The management is great and have immense knowledge. Though there were a few challenges we came across, we managed to fix them and train all the new hires in due course of time and up skill them in their Operations.
They can still invest much more in Learning and Development and infrastructure similar and ethical training aspects like other Multi-National Giants like Ge and Genpact.
Overall, a great and remarkable experience in my career to been given an opportunity to work with Advantage One Tax Consulting Services.
Warning! Don't go with AOTax. I have been filling with them for more than 4 years. I had bad experience with them. however they come up with convincing reasons. Once you filled tax, they don't care about you. No response whatsoever. It would be frustrating if you have any questions after Tax filing. DO NOT RECOMMENDED!
Fake company, fake hrs and managers, especially "praveen" Don't believe his words. No ethics no policies no proper infrastructure better join in some good company. After contract of 3-4 months they will throw u ppl out
