The worst customer service ever! Support does not...

The worst customer service ever! Support does not even respond! When I call I get passed from "team" to "team" - what a joke! The only reason they have "teams" is so that no actual person takes responsibility! They blame it on the other "team". I have had an issue for over a month that holds up my claims from being able to be sent out - they tell me a "team" is working on it. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

A Cloud-based, HIPPA compliant platform - Cost is $799/ month but they offered discount. 12-month agreement, then month-2-month. Not appropriate for small/solo concierge practice! Demo introduction by Coleman Stout, Jake Martin & Matt Tibbs who are no where to be found once the 1-year contract is signed. Prior to committing, Benjamin Hansen, district manager, couldn t stop blowing up my phone, then ghosted. Was told they had Neurology templates but when I eventually gained access, they appeared to be written by a non-physician or someone without note writing competence. My staff & I spent months figuring out how to complete proper templates & finally gave up. Assigned a success coach available until you are in implementation phase . They were 2 trainers who did their best to train on a non-user friendly system. Separate practice manager interface from EMR.
As for getting someone to answer the phone from their help desk Jesus return will come sooner!

Never use this company!!! I have been calling this company for 2 months because they lost all of the customer invoices our company has processed over the years due to a bug in their system and they have not helped our company one bit. I have called every week and I get nothing but a reply of, "we know there is an issue with a bug in our system and we do not know when this will be fixed". This issue could cost us hundreds of thousands of dollars and they seem to not care one bit. Luckily for them there is not a bug for charging our business accounts as they are still charging us thousands per month for their services even though we cant access our files. I cant place stop payments in fear of them deleting our information due to non-payment. There are so many other options out there and I would recommend using any of them.

I left Advanced MD dissatisfied and highly discourage their service. Throughout my years working with them, my satisfaction steadily declined so I left their service - which is a significant hassle and expensive. I experienced their communication to be terrible and their customer service to be worse. They routinely over promise and under-deliver. Part of the inefficiency came from being passed to many different workers. I feel their mistakes cost my company thousands and thousands of dollars and they were not accountable or responsive to correction. While their system has some great features, newer systems are more intuitive and less cumbersome. If you are thinking about using them, I strongly encourage you engage an attorney to read the contract because leaving them is a nightmare. Further, I suggest getting in writing all verbal promises they make; for me, they made promises that never realized. I tried to engage in problem-solving and routinely hit brick walls. I'm happy to be leaving them and do not recommend any part of their service; their salespeople are effective, their long-term deliver is not.

AdvancedMD has been great to work with. They have shown they have a successful platform that helps medical practices of all kinds and it shows with the growth of their company. They continue to innovate and improve their products and services so that they keep up with demand. I have been really impressed with everyone I have come into contact with from AdvancedMD and definitely recommend them!

Why are your employees taking pay cuts during this...

Why are your employees taking pay cuts during this pandemic despite having to work harder? If a budget reduction is necessary it should come out of the salaries of those individuals who are not burdened with extra responsibility and hours.
