I left Advanced MD dissatisfied and highly discourage their service. Throughout my years working with them, my satisfaction steadily declined so I left their service - which is a significant hassle and expensive. I experienced their communication to be terrible and their customer service to be worse. They routinely over promise and under-deliver. Part of the inefficiency came from being passed to many different workers. I feel their mistakes cost my company thousands and thousands of dollars and they were not accountable or responsive to correction. While their system has some great features, newer systems are more intuitive and less cumbersome. If you are thinking about using them, I strongly encourage you engage an attorney to read the contract because leaving them is a nightmare. Further, I suggest getting in writing all verbal promises they make; for me, they made promises that never realized. I tried to engage in problem-solving and routinely hit brick walls. I'm happy to be leaving them and do not recommend any part of their service; their salespeople are effective, their long-term deliver is not.
