We met with Jason regarding our experience and he apologized for our experience and is taking steps to improve the experience of residential customers effective immediately. We appreciated Jason listening to our concerns and making a commitment to make changes moving forward.
We would feel a lot more comfortable recommending Advanced going forward. Our bathroom turned out great and we are happy with the quality of their work.
What a long and stressful experience working with Advanced Interiors.
Most of which could have been avoided had they made even a small effort to communicate with us.
We stopped into the store during the last week of June to pick out tile, a vanity, countertop, and flooring for a basement bathroom we are finishing.
Vanity We chose our vanity on July 11th and Advanced was very helpfully in sending the drawings and quotes. BUT, nearly two weeks later, we were told the vanity had NOT actually been ordered AND it would take 3 weeks to be delivered. Very poor communication! The delivery men bounced the vanity down the stairs and broke one of the drawers which Advance did replace.
Countertop- We had the Countertop install scheduled for between 7am-8am so I took the morning off work. I called Advanced by 9am to inquire where the guy was. Between our contractor, myself, and my wife all calling and leaving messages, we finally were told an hour later he could be over by 11am. We had to reschedule. When the countertop was installed, my wife and kids had to leave the house and sit in the cold garage in their pajamas after smelling what they assumed were toxic chemicals not safe for our young children to breath. Very Poor Communication! The install was going to show up 4 hours late and no one felt we deserved simple phone call.
Flooring- This went very well. The installers were on time and did a great job.
I received great service and found a very helpful sales associate to find the vinyl flooring I needed. I was told it may take up to two weeks to get the product but it was in three days later. Very competitive prices. I will recommend them every chance I get.
We had a great experience with Advanced Interiors. The customer service provided by Cami was amazing, the price of the flooring was the fairest around, and the install went smoothly. We are loving our new floors and always refer people to Advanced when they compliment them.
I really appreciated the work that Advanced Interiors did. My house is older, and dispute not being square and having old wood under the island, your team was able to trouble shoot to produce a great outcome and beautiful result. Please thank all the people involved in my project. They deserve a raise for their hard work and persistence.

Update! VERY UNHAPPY.
I'm not sure if the salesperson was too rushed to care, or if the person measuring was clueless. When you specify to the ceiling multiple times, you expect to the ceiling. My cabinets aren't even close. Should have been 42", these people figured 30" was close enough. NOT cool. Had to be reordered because they dont listen, or dont care. Caused all kinds of problems and delays. If they listened it would have been great. Who wants to see the pipes? For real?
My old review said "Awesome help. Wonderful people. Everyone was smiling. Good selection, lots of options. They listen!" But clearly I spoke too soon. End product was not even close.
I was very happy with the service I received from Advanced Interiors! Them install was fast, and the service men were considerate to my home.
If you are looking for flooring, please go somewhere else! I would hate to have anyone waste their money like us. After a year of use, our wood laminate is pushing apart in spots and popping up at seams. I purchased the flooring in a new build, because we were led to believe it was durable. There is only one solution they told us we can use to clean the floor with. Odd, but we clean it regularly in accordance to what was given. I have never lived in a house with similar flooring with problems like this. The spots are quite noticeable with other areas continuing to be headed that way. After at least three attempts to contact their quality assurance manager with no phone call back, I only received a letter than it is not a manufactured defect so it must be my fault. Several neighbors have experienced likewise. Unfortunately I fear it will only continue to get worse and likely have to spend money in a few years to replace what I just purchased. Maybe their other interior projects are successful; I would not recommend flooring!
Advanced Interiors performed all flooring during our new condo build two years ago. Their workmanship was outstanding. We made some changes recently to our Master bedroom extending the wood floors into the MBR hallway and replace the carpet in that room as well. Their installers were very professional and courteous. We are very pleased with our decision having Advanced Interiors back for this project. We recommed AI to anyone looking for a high quality project installation. We give them five stars!
