We met with Jason regarding our experience and he apologized for our experience and is taking steps to improve the experience of residential customers effective immediately. We appreciated Jason listening to our concerns and making a commitment to make changes moving forward.

We would feel a lot more comfortable recommending Advanced going forward. Our bathroom turned out great and we are happy with the quality of their work.

What a long and stressful experience working with Advanced Interiors.

Most of which could have been avoided had they made even a small effort to communicate with us.

We stopped into the store during the last week of June to pick out tile, a vanity, countertop, and flooring for a basement bathroom we are finishing.

Vanity We chose our vanity on July 11th and Advanced was very helpfully in sending the drawings and quotes. BUT, nearly two weeks later, we were told the vanity had NOT actually been ordered AND it would take 3 weeks to be delivered. Very poor communication! The delivery men bounced the vanity down the stairs and broke one of the drawers which Advance did replace.

Countertop- We had the Countertop install scheduled for between 7am-8am so I took the morning off work. I called Advanced by 9am to inquire where the guy was. Between our contractor, myself, and my wife all calling and leaving messages, we finally were told an hour later he could be over by 11am. We had to reschedule. When the countertop was installed, my wife and kids had to leave the house and sit in the cold garage in their pajamas after smelling what they assumed were toxic chemicals not safe for our young children to breath. Very Poor Communication! The install was going to show up 4 hours late and no one felt we deserved simple phone call.

Flooring- This went very well. The installers were on time and did a great job.
