No one in this company can't return customer's call or can't pick up the phone during business hours. What's the SLA I wonder? Matt or Mark can't provide that information either.

Nationwide is managed by slumlords who apparently do not know California tenant protections and laws. Dan, Griselda, and Robert are all liars who do not know how to communicate with tenants OR landlords. For a "property management company," they are highly disorganized and unprofessional with a high employee turnover rate. They took two weeks to get us a full set of keys after move in, the unit was not clean, they paid the owner late every month even though we pay 5 days early, and continually lied to the owner and to us throughout our tenancy. The owner eventually sold our home and Nationwide didn't bother to inform us until the last minute and then tried pushing us out before our legal end date. They have no decency, and I'd highly recommend owners not using their services and tenants not renting from them.

My experience with NPS Management has been nothing but positive. Back in 2019 I had a very rough start to the year that led to it be very difficult to rent an apartment. In July, before the unit was even available to view, I applied to a beautifully renovated 1 bedroom unit. As soon as it was available to view I got a call from Matt in the office and went in person to view with Dan. As I said it was hard for me to rent, but Matt worked with my to make it happen and I will be forever grateful. Both Dan and Matt were amazing and provided the best service to me as a renter and because of them I will definitely consider NPS in the future!

Griselda doesn't take her job seriously . She's so unprofessional and doesn't care about tenants needs and isn't willing to have good relationships with tenants . Trash.

We've been working with NPS for over a year now and have had a great relationship with their team. They are always responsive over email or phone, and have dedicated members to overseeing our leasing, maintenance, payables, and day-to-day. Dan, Tyler, Griselda, and Wayne have been great.
