I have been calling and trying to reach them for months. My bill is incorrect, which I have confirmed with Medicare, but I cannot get through to anyone to discuss the bill to make the corrections! Terrible, terrible service!!!
They are complete scum bags. They billed for two procedures when only one was performed. After paying for one and contesting the other they sent both to collections. I agree with the other reviewers, they are liars and should be put out of business.
I have two separate vendors that use Phydata for billing. I am on day 7 of calling them for each of my vendors and I have never received any kind of response at all from any of my messages and no emails. If they are worrying about paying the bills during this financial crisis when. so many other places are struggling, they obviously aren't worried about their income and debt service or they might actually try to collect the bills people are trying to pay. The most unprofessional experience I've ever had.
Be careful with this billing company, I had one MRI done and received two separate bills. One from Middle Tennessee Imaging, and one from Advanced Diagnostic Imaging, thinking they were the same thing. VERY deceiving!!!
I have already sent a check for my account 6 weeks ago.
My check did not come back to me and I was sent yet another bill.
I checked online and still said that I owed? Where is my money?
Had 2 MRI's done via the one choice VA program. VA was supposed to be billed for these tests. They never billed them but instead billed me to the tune of over $3500. They never billed my insurance company either. Meanwhile I call them to complain and talked to Theresa. DO NOT believe anything Theresa tells you because she lies and lies and lies. Basically tells you want you want to hear to get rid of you and then 6 months later you receive the same unsolved bill. This place is dishonest. I am making complaints against them to the VA as well as local tv stations. They could care less about you as a patient and will not do as they state. Here it is almost a year since they billed me and I still have an outstanding balance with them for over $1800.....and nothing has been solved but I have been lied to again and again
After the CT scan, charged me two separate bills for services and reading. Wont recommend
WARNING: There is a fraudulent business that has copied Advanced Diagnostic Imaging's information to solicit payment. It is mimicking this business but wants you to send payments through an unsecured website/completely different address
Called to pay my son's bill. NEVER had such rude people on the other end of the line. They were short and acted like they had better things to do.
Debt collector calls to say i owe 400 never been to this place in my life, lady argues with me only to call back and say it was their mistake..
This organization uses Phydata as their billing agent. I have no idea if they are the same company. Emily and Angela are amongst the rudest condescending individuals I've had to deal with. They cashed payment sent promptly upon billing (have the copy of cashed check), sent the account to collections (without any notice) paid a second time. Verified initial payment, and I cannot get them to listen that they owe us repayment and an apology. Next contact to ADI, and then legal. Trying to provide them with evidence of their error, but Angela cannot get past her smug rude comments to listen.
I don't know how good or bad these "people" are, but when an x-ray, CT or MRI is done there is a charge for the technician doing the scan, and a separate charge for a radiologist to read the scan. It is not the fault of this company that they cannot send one bill for both services! I give five stars just to counteract the one-star ratings based solely on getting two bills for two different services. As with any company, they could be inefficient and/or dishonest - but if two different people are involved and they use this company for billing, you will get two separate bills, one for services and one for reading.
This is unfortunately the 3rd time I have had the same issue with this company where they send me a bill, I pay it, then they send it to collections anyway. These people seriously need to get it together. Someone from the Federal Fair Debt Collections dept needs to investigate this company.
