Horrible! One person at front desk while line was out of control, he wasn't trying to hurry and spent about 20 min on one woman. Typed in information after she got the info from someone on her phone and then after she hung up, asked her for the information again causing her to have to call again, wasn't her fault at all. Kept working slow as you could tell he didn't have a care in the world that the line was getting ridiculous. Then totally tried to scam, and ask for SIX stamps for ONE regular size birthday that had a little singing box. Totally ridiculous and awful service.

This place sucks. My postal delivery woman, Sue, returned 3 packages in 1 week to sender claiming she couldn't read the delivery address. All 3 packages were online orders with printed shipping labels (not hand written chicken scratch). They were from 3 different online retailers. What are the chances all 3 sellers can't print a shipping label? Yea right.
Even though I have the tracking information, the post office claims they can't get my packages back after forwarding elsewhere.
Sue needs to get off her ass and start delivering my mail. Oh and the post office claims they can't refund shipping. So I get to pay out of my pocket to see if Sue will do her job on the 2nd try. Haslet post office blows.
UPDATE: Finally got to talk to Sue a week later (instead of the postmaster) who is our mail delivery person that returned all 3 of my packages as un-deliverable. According to her, the addresses were legible. But there was another Clark down the street who moved. She got them mixed up and just assumed my packages needed to be returned. Thanks for that. I'm out the cost I paid for the goods in 3 packages, plus shipping, and they won't reimburse any of it. This is all because Sue was in a hurry after being closed for Columbus Day and tried to cut corners instead of delivering my mail. Sue's apology really just doesn't cut it.
How is this even acceptable?!? Tampering with someone's mail is a federal offense!
I moved less than 1 mile. I forwarded my mail online. My mail didn't get forwarded. Carrier continued to put our mail in with the new residence mail. When i checked tho old mail box i found only Christmas cards addressed to me, some of which were opened. I am missing my water bill for sure. I have no way to know what other mail may have been discarded. I understand mistakes happen, but a new resident moves in and that doesn't raise any questions as to who lives there. BTW it's the same mail carrier. When I went to the post they said they would fix it. No apologies, no acknowledgement of responsibility.
Long lines, rude service from supposed employees and shipping rules made up on the fly. As everyone else has stated before - either use UPS/FedEx or find another post office. Exactly what you would expect from an organization where there are no consequences for poor performance.
Our carrier has left Netflix in our box. He leaves mail and doesn t take the cd. Flag is raised. I ve called in a couple of times and they sent him back. This has happened numerous times!
Too small, awful customer service, paid for priority mail and did not arrive for one week instead of guaranteed delivery 2-3 day. Employees can t hear doorbell and wait times when there is a line is ridiculous. Don t trust this place with my mail anymore. Too many mess ups here and not at any other location.
Carrier left notice in mailbox for 1 package but did not try to deliver to my door. Have tried to call for redelivery 3 days in a row. I cannot get anything but voicemail. Wait time over 1 hour on the phone VM!!! Service sucks!!
Polite but extremely inefficient. I've had multiple problems with them delivering to the wrong street (still a problem), leaving nasty notes about listing Haslet as my city address instead of Fort Worth only because this post office (that is actually in Haslet) happens to be the closest to my house, and lazy carriers marking packages as being picked up when in fact THEY HAVE NOT. Lazy people that suffer no consequences and know it.
Dont get my mail half the time. Packages opened and missing during the holidays. Things I mail there take twice as long to get there as other post offices. I Dont trust this mail station with my mail. I have told my family and friends not to send valuable stuff I might not get it. Use UPS or FED EX.

Tis' the season.... Your local Post Office is experiencing a HUGE increase in package volume, (no matter where you live)!
Here's a few things you can do to help us help you:
1. Make sure your house numbers are easy to see and read.
2. Take a good look at your mailbox. Are your house numbers easy to see on your box? Is it in good repair? If not, fix it.
3. Use your full, correct address including PO Box # when ordering items for delivery.
4. Expecting large items that won't fit in your mailbox? Let your mail person know where you want them placed.
5. Leave a light on for us. We're sometimes out after dark and appreciate the safety a light provides.
6. Be patient with us. We are happy to serve you, and always do our best. Our load is heavy and our days are long. A smiling face and kind word or two make our busy season a little brighter!
Thanks for letting us serve you each and every day!
The staff are amazing for all the mail they have to deal with. They really need a lot bigger post office to be able to handle the amount of mail they have for several thousand people.
Went here to drop off some mail during a break from work. Scott was manning the counter, and I was very impressed by him. He was efficient, knowledgeable, personable, and capable. He took care of everyone quickly and seemed very proficient in all things asked of him. I appreciated it.
I lived in Haslet eight years now, and been using this post office ever since I moved here. Everyone has been friendly and helpful. Other than extending the hours and installing a self-service machine, I d have no other suggestions for improvement. Great small town location!
Omgosh the world's nicest people. So sweet. It's a very small post office with only room for a few people, but the staff were so nice. Even had a lovely gentleman carry my packages into the post office for me.
This post office picked up a package they delivered to my customer before the customer was able to pick up the package from their mailbox. Without the red flag up, without proper labeling. The package is now lost. As a small business owner, I cannot believe how unprofessional this post office handled this situation. The man I spoke to on the phone was polite, but clearly in no rush to find out what to do to track my product, they lost.
