It was a beautiful experience, my bride and I made a trip on a boat sailing around Kvarner.

Cijela komunikacija prije samog jedrenja je bila odlicna, i Sanja i Fabio su se kroz nekoliko razgovora potrudili da dobijem program koji mi je najpotrebniji. Samo jedrenje je bilo fantasti no iako nije bilo puno vjetra, za to je najzasluzniji Fabio. Fabio je vrhunski instruktor, i posvetio je puno paznje i vremena da probamo sve sto nas/me je zanimalo. Mislim da sam puno naucio i to u dobrom dru tvu! Definitivno se vidimo opet!

The entire communication was amazing, and Sanja and Fabio did their best to ensure that I get the most valuable/needed course for me through several calls. The sailing itself was fantastic, despite a light wind, thanks to Grande Fabio! Fabio is trully awesome instructor, dedicated a lot of attention and time to try everything he planed and what we were interested in. I definitely learnt a lot with some cool people! Much more than a sailing academy. Their are a lot of points I critically evaluate at any company I am dealing with, may it be a hotel, a travel agency, a tool shop whatsoever: 1. Is the product worth its money? 2. Is the staff communicating well? 3. If it s a complex product like travels which include accomodation, food, other how is the whole thing organized? How the company treats problems, disruption of plans, unforeseen developments, stress? Are they friendly? Does the staff keeps its friendlyness constantly? And so on The Adriatic Sailing Academy is one of the rare examples where I have no critique at all. I learned a lot about sailing. Fabio is a great guy and teacher sailing since he was a little boy. He knows a hell lot about the sea, boats, dangers etc. The Matijevic family was not just the first tourist agency in Rijeka after the war in Croatia in 1991, they are also active in preserving the cultural heritage of the seafaring at the Croatian costs while owning and expensively preserving an tradional wooden sailing ship. Chapeau! I hope my Skipper s training at the Adriatic Sailing Academy was just the beginning of a long a fruitfull partner- and friendship!

Fabio and crew were helpful through the whole process, from booking to training. Fabio was a patient and experienced sailor, who helped us with our ASA104 training to gain qualifications for our IPC. Thanks again Fabio and Sanja for your knowledge and hospitality!
