First visit. Service was slow for our table of five. Ordered fettuccine with carbonara sauce. Sauce was watery and lacking the flavor I'd expect. Somene of my guests liked their meals better than I did.

Desserts were very good. Guests liked the Coffee.

I don't think I'll go there again the experience for me was dissappointing.

Very good food. But over priced. Shrimp luciana. Good. But not worth twenty two dollars for six shrimp. Calamari. Good but served with mediocre cocktail sauce. Chicken vesuvio. Good. But small portion. Perhaps it would be better if eating in.

Quality of food had diminished since new owners have taken over. Lasagna used to be the best ever. Now, very disappointing. This place might be opened for 38 years, but it's not the same old Italian couple that owned it and made it great. Perfect example of "If it ain't broke, don't fix it!"

Had my Mother's funeral luncheon here today and the entire experience, from making the arrangements with the owner Mike to the wait staff's attentiveness, to the quality of the meal was absolutely fantastic.

I would most certainly recommend Fellini to one and all and since google reviews are the new way to "shout from the mountaintops", consider me shouting!

Ordered quite a bit of different stuff , and none of it was great .The grilled calamari was WAY over peppered , the chicken Parms marinara sauce was awful , the vodka sauce was mediocre , and then chicken limon was badly breaded and soggy with a tasteless lemon sauce on top . Overall not a great place to eat if your looking for real authentic Italian .

The renovations to the interior space is impressive but the praise ends there.
The service was very slow- we waited 45 minutes to have the waiter take our drink order. The drinks came 20 minutes later. Similar comments could be made about the food.
After 3 hours, we had to ask for our check twice- the final time we went to the manager. Even after that, we still had to wait 10 more minutes.
The food was just okay. We will not be back. There are too many better options.

I love Italian food. This restaurant is a sad attempt at Italian food. I ordered the Fettuccine Alfredo...a classic dish. The sauce was extremely watery/thin. Honestly worse than a sauce from a jar. The garlic broccoli was hard to chew and tasted horrible. The only enjoyable part of the meal was the small bit of bread that came with the entree. Maybe the quality of the food goes down if you order takeout, but I would not go back. I would not recommend to a friend or to anyone.

I have been driving by this place for decades and now regret not having come in before. Food is absolutely fantastic. I had the shrimp and scallops angel hair pasta and it was delicious! Lava cake for dessert was superb! $5 martinis on a Friday night! I highly recommend this place to everyone who loves Italian food.

We have been going to Fellini's for 30 years. One of my first dates with my husband was at Fellini's. We celebrate significant occasions there including birthday's, New Years, and just enjoying good Italian food at a reasonable price.

This place is a hidden gem!

My girlfriend and I went for the first time, and everything was fantastic. The staff, the food, the service, and the ambiance all equaled a great date night for a young couple like my girlfriend and I.

All the food not only had great presentation and huge portions, but also had great flavor! Everything seemed to be seasoned just right. Not too much oil or balsamic on the Bruschetta, and not too much garlic in the pasta. We went on 1/2 off select bottle of wine night, which was a coincidence and a huge plus as well.

She had the Chicken Florentino, which was recommended by the server, and it came with two, good sized, delicious, juicy chicken breasts. I had the Chicken Scallopini, and the combination of fresh mushrooms, onions, and again, juicy chicken, all in a wine sauce over a bed of Angel Hair pasta really made it a tasty dish.

We will for sure be going back, probably even within a week or two. They have music the first Saturday of every month, and we re excited to check it out.

Visited on a Friday for the first time in about 6 years. The place had a very nice remodel. They added a bar and a gaming area. The bar was busy and gaming area was dead. Rely nice water feature near the front. We ordered drinks which seemed to take some time to arrive. I had the Fellini Bellini which was strong and had a great taste. My husband had an Italian beer. He said that it was good. The food arrived and my husband placed his order for a second beer. The food was decent, nothing to rely rave about. We had the chicken with lemon and stuffed manicotti. I found the the manicotti interesting as it was stuffed with ricotta cheese, spinach and a couple of pieces of chicken. We also ordered a side of meatballs which are fairly large, about 3" in diameter. The sauce was tomato based not too acidic which was perfect. The chicken and meatballs were not hot enough as the manicotti was super hot. After we finished our meal the second beer finally arrived. My husband commented to the server that it would have been nice to recive it with the meal rather than after. She apologised and commented that it was very busy at the bar. Even when she brought the check she apologized for the slow service. I did notice that there was an older guy that appeared to be the owner that walked around talking to regular customers. He even sat down at the table that was next to us with a younger guy that I can assume is family. Without being rude I feel that the owner should help out. At least run drinks from the bar. My husband said that we will not return but I will like to give them another try to see if last Friday was just an off day for them.

Great New Years Eve dinner! We often go to Fellini for their amazing pizza but we have chosen this restaurant for our New Years Eve dinner for the last several years and it never disappoints! Our server tonight was fabulous ( I'm sorry I didn't ask for her name ) and service was impeccable. The fried calamari was prepared to perfection ( and I'm pretty picky about my calamari) and our entrees were great! I had the Veal Fellini and my husband had the Pork Chops with an apricot brandy glaze. There was live entertainment and the singer was great ...the only suggestion I would make would be to turn down the volume just a bit so that having a conversation would be easier.
Thanks again, Mike and staff for a great dining experience!

Great talking with the people who work there. Serious old school layout and bar. Would wager you could get a Manhattan at the bar and just be one of the regulars. The lasagna was best the second day as leftovers.....maybe flavors had to merge a bit more. Seems like this could be a place for very reliable comfort food. Prices seemed slightly higher than expected but maybe the ambiance of old school offset a bit.

I worked at Fellini's yrs ago for Dom and Jeanie. The chefs were the best from Italy. When Dom and Jeanie sold the restaurant and retired a few yrs ago my first visit with new owners was good. My next visit after it was remodeled not so good. I was told that the original chefs were no longer working there. The menu changed a lot too and even see some can of the pasta was changed.

My mother bit into the is crispy bread and cracked a tooth (not blaming it on the restaurant, but I used to love the fresh baked bread Dom and Jeanie served and it no longer was served and was replaced with the crispy bread

The interior was modern and updated, but oddly miss the old look like the Italian store front restaurants in the city of chicago

Unless they have hired the original chefs back I will never eat there nor my family and friends again.

Same pizza chef for over 25 years! I've eaten a Fellinis pizza almost every Sunday for 15 years, it's THAT delicious. Under new management but still the same authentic food, I would recommend this place to anyone who has a love affair with pizza

Good Italian food with hearty portions. I wouldn't suggest the seafood but their eggplant parmigiana is amazing. Local place with a nice atmosphere now that it has been redone. Their white pizza is one of the best white pizzas I've had.

By far the worst place you could eat! Very overpriced and horrible food. The chicken wasn't cooked enough. I ordered for delivery and when I asked him the total, he added it up in his head and charged me $26 for pasta with chicken! I told him it was too much, and he said" ok, how about $22??" very unprofessional and I would never eat there again.

My family has been eating at Fellini's for over 5 years. One of my family members loves the ribs, I love the fried calamari and another family member loves the lasagna. They also have daily specials which are tasty and the portions generous. One family member always has to take a doggie bag home.
They make a nice thin crust pizza with the right balance of sauce and cheese.

My fiance and I have been here a couple times so we decided to get takeout from them during Corona-time. We were very impressed with their speed and service. They had our food ready to pick up in 20 minutes, brought it out to our car, and even offered to put it in the back seat for us if we wanted. The guy carrying our food was wearing a mask and gloves and running around, we could tell they were trying to be as safe as possible and as quick as possible. Our food was hot and tasty as usual, we were very happy with our decision.

We enjoy eating out. Yesterday we came to this magnificent place which friends told us about. We passed a lovely experience there with first-rate cooking and an efficient crew and a talented cook. We added this restaurant in our list and we will certainly come back very soon. We warmly recommend.
