Highly accessible, knowledgeable bike builders who exceeded my expectations. Gavin has an excellent design sensibility and was generous with his time in answering all of my questions.

Before finding this shop, I had attempted for weeks to source a complete bike suited for long treks and off road. In the midst of a pandemic, my local shops were all out, and the 'net was devoid of options at my frame size.

The custom build route seemed dicey based on scarcity of components and the limited time left in the summer season. However, when I found Adrenaline's site, I noted their menu of custom builds closely matched the setup I had in mind for my desired frame, and so I gave them a call. I did not expect that I would be riding my new bicycle such a short time later.

My local shops, while great, would not have come close to this level of service, especially for such a reasonable price. Shipping from coast to coast was painless, and the bike arrived in mint condition. Extra credit is well deserved for making this happen seamlessly in the midst of a pandemic and an economic crash.

Would recommend to a friend and/or purchase again.

Extremely knowledgeable, and helpful. Took my bike in for a tire/tube repair, and they were able to walk me through the process and make recommendations for future rides. Great experience.

Ordered a bike online and they came through happy overall. The owner was very nice and passionate and spoke to me personally. When I'm in California i will totally stop in and say hi.

Had a very hard time with this bike shop. It took them three weeks to return my bike after they told me it would take four days. I called them every couple of days after the first week and half to check up on progress, and each time they told me it would be done the next day. After about a week of them telling me it would be done "tomorrow" I called them out on it, and they were rude to me in response and returned my bike without all of the work done. However, most people seem to like the place, and the work they did get done on my bike was done well. It was probably just a hiccup.

Just called the shop on the phone to ask if they had and ODI snap caps. The man who answered was super nice and very helpful. He went out of his way to check for me and I really appreciate his time. I would def give this shop my business!

Great shop! These are the guys to talk to if you want insight and opinions on brands, trends, parts, great rides, basically ANYTHING BIKE. It is NOT your neighborhood Schwinn dealer; mid-level and up, but they are always fair and experts are worth every dollar IMHO. GO there, I'm just saying...

Can't say enough good things about my experience with Adrenaline Bike Shop! Friendly, extremely knowledgable, good pricing, quick correspondence, excellent craftsmanship. Had a great time collaborating with them on my two recent custom build projects. A serious bike shop for serious cyclists, without being snobbish. I'll never buy a bike from another shop, and I should mention that I live 3,000 miles away!

It's been over 200 miles of sprinting, climbing and just plain speed since I got fitted for my 2017 Moots RSL with Chris King post and Enve wheels at Adrenaline Bikes. Best Christmas present ever! Zach and now Raphael are the best!

Very friendly and helpful. I will do future business with Zachary anytime. They provided me great info on emtb and the problems I have with my front suspension breaker mounts.

I ordered a bike from Adrenaline Bikes even though I live across the country in North Carolina. They have been fantastic to deal with, great communication on the phone and email, and quick service. Strongly recommend.

Absolutely great experience. Talented mechanics. Really good prices. Drove down from SF because they were willing to customize a Biancchi exactly to my specs. I'll be driving down annually to get them do what I can't do service-wise (chain/brakes/etc.). Really great people. Totally trust them. And, btw, love the bike.

I worked with Zack over the phone to special order a part for my Ortlieb panniers. Great service and a fantastic shop.

The Gentlemen at Adrenaline are true cycling professionalS. My wife and I went to the shop twice to look at and once to pick up and get fitted for a new bike for my my Wife. I did have a brand and model in mind but ended up on a different bike in the brands offering. She ended up choosing a Bianchi Infinitio CV with an Ultegra build. The guys took lots of time to show us different models and help fit the bike. She s really happy with the bike and fit and now ripping around. This a no nonsense shop owned and and run by professionals. It s a small shop but packed to gills with bikes and parts.

I ordered a kestrel bike from their website and got a phone call few hours later explaining that bike is not available in my size. Their website let me place the order. I even got a confirmation email with my order details. Also they collected my credit card information, which I am unable to delete from their website.

Why did they take my order, if they don't have this bike in-stock? To be clear the very same bike in my size IS STILL LISTED AS AVAILABLE on their website, but at slightly higher price. What kind of scam is this? Cheaters!

Bike came with some scratches was missing a valve stem cover and was not even close to dialed in like I was promised. Saved a couple bucks but should have bought it local.

Just ordered in bike through these guys and the service is exceptional! Did a test ride around the area, employee scoped me out and made sure the fit was good. Ma and pa type of joint with dedicated and knowledgeable folks who work there, highly recommend!

I have been to this bike shop 4 times in the last two months. Hands down the best bike shop and the Anaheim Garden Grove Orange County area. I'm actually quite Blown Away. They deserve 5 out of 5 100%. I have recently dived into the cycling culture in need of advice and replacement parts for my bike.
Completely great attitude and support towards a cycling culture and newbies to the trade. I approach them with great naive but hungry to learn attitude every time I've come to the shop in need of support and replacement parts. I never get rushef and they provide great care to my wallet and bike.
I trust them with my wallet and that is a scary thing to do . Which shows how trustworthy, honest and real world advice they have.

EST bike store with honest good people and the best service

I bought a bombtrack for gravel riding, it took some time for shipping as it came from Europe. There was some damage to the derailure when it arrived. Zach and the owner were very professional and shipped out a replacement derailleur as soon as they were able. I live out of state and quite a ways away and was worried, but both Bombtrack and Adrenaline Bikes followed through with their promises. I highly recommend this shop and Bombtrack bikes as well.

They made special arrangements to change the oil in my Rohloff Speedhub while I waited, since I need my bike almost every day. It turned out to be an especially busy day for them, but they still took an extra half hour to tune the shifting so it works almost like new (the hub is 12 years old). They also took time to answer all my questions, and make sure I had enough information to change the oil myself the next time. I don't think they charged me for all the time either. Great service!

Needed a $5 dollar "off" size part for my kid's bike. The representative took the time to dig through a box of spare parts looking for a possible match. Even though the part would have been a minimum sale for their shop, I was very impressed that he spent the time trying to help, and then gave me recommendations on where to look next.

I wouldn't go there if you paid me or gave me a brand new bike. I took a one-of-a-kind bike in for service. My back rim was replaced without my knowledge. It was supposed to be a basic service. Parts were replaced without authorization. A broken quick release skewer was a problem that I was called for. I wanted to get a price quote before the work was started. I got a call that my bike was fixed and to come in and pick it up. New rim with the same hub , different quick release. Go figure! I was charged a lot of money. I asked for the classic Shimano XT parts back , "Oh we threw those away. We didn't think that you wanted them!" Mavic rim also. Cheap replacement was installed. No phone call to authorize work was made by the shop. Info not made clear to me. Doesn't deserve even one star. From a Hardcore early mountain biker.
