Super great place with great prudent, competent and nice staff. Really delicious food, you can only recommend. Price justifies the quality and the house.

What a place! We came here for a tea and coffee break. Such a classy hotel, this is one teatime we won't forget easily. What you get is superb, unlike any other place. Fanciest teatime I ever experienced. Would recommend if you are in the area and you're looking for something special and unique
Great hotel. Elegant Lobby with live music. Quiet rooms and comfortable beds. Swimming pool, where you can read a book or a newspaper in peace. And breakfasts? Mmmmm ... you have to survive this.

After waking up, looking out of the window, and being able to almost reach the Brandenburger Tor was a nice experience. The staff was extremely friendly. The food was delicious, the room service excellent and the small swimming pool very clean and nice.

I've stayed at Adlon twice. I've found very few hotels that are as good quality in terms of room size, cleanliness, beautiful decor and price. I will stay there anytime I travel to San Jose.

Decline in values, no comparison to before. Vessels like those in the bistro / bar on the next corner, also no longer with a cloth napkin and questionable taste. The kebab on the menu knocks out the bottom of the barrel. That corresponds to a 5 star hotel today?

The Christmas brunch was a poem. Ball round and happy to leave the Adlon. The service was super friendly and attentive. Not only that there was a gigantic buffet - again and again treats were brought to the table.

One of the best hotels in Berlin, The Adlon is located on top of the Brandenburg Tor and offers it's guests, including myself, beautiful views of the street ( Unter den Linden), The Tor, and more. When I stayed at the Adlon, I was upgraded' because of my birthday, to a 5th floor room, with a view DIRECTLY to the Brandenburg tor. That was the best view I've ever had in a hotel. The service is SUPERB, as they listen to you and help you with everything, and the breakfast also great. My only problem was the expensive price of the hotel as the expensive price of the drinks and food in it. But you can always go eat in a restaurant outside.
The lobby bar in the lobby is unfortunately the shine off. The seating is totally worn and grubby, and on the service you have to wait a relatively long time. The cocktail prices are also a bit overpriced for a 5 star hotel. There are more elegant things in Berlin.

We were in the Lorenz Adlon dining room. Hendrik Otto and his team rightly bear the stars. Enjoyment with all your senses and a view of the Brandenburg Gate. It was GRANDIOS!
Unique experience, easy parking under the hotel, excellent breakfast buffet, right in the city, nice compact swimming pool.

Grand hotel smack in the city center. The location makes it one of the best in Berlin, albeit expensive.
Leading staff is rude and rude to the staff. Therefore, the moral of the staff suffers significantly. It may not be important for the client, but in my opinion this says a lot about the management of the restaurant section.
The Adlon is an institution in Berlin / Germany. We were there for the first time and were really looking forward to everything. We were not disappointed. Why only 4 stars: At one point or another, you just expect more - from the best hotel in Berlin - that is certainly difficult to meet with the level-claim of the guests. The breakfast was definitely sensational - albeit very expensive - if you still want to book a guest. 49 ...
I was at the Adlon on business for a multi-day event. Unfortunately I had to experience that the hotel staff is rude, ignorant and almost cheeky. I or colleagues twice transported heavy boxes from the conference room to the front entrance. Although there were male employees around us (without employment), none of them offered help. Instead, we were watched with a smile as we dragged the boxes. When we decided to use one of the baggage carts, we were not even shown the way to the ramp on the way out, which leads up a flight of stairs. After we had to load the taxis with the friendly help of the drivers, we were ruffled as to whether the car belonged in the entrance area and that we should still put it away. In addition, all the toilets in the lobby area smelled strongly of urine. This did not change over the days, so there is a suspicion that they are not even cleaned every day. I have been a private guest at the Adlon several times, this will definitely not be repeated.
Highly recommended for the weekend trip ... here you are still "guest" around "First Class service"!
