Very nice hotel with history. Some could be renewed but this hotel has flair. Can only recommend it. Room with a view of the Brandenburg Gate.

There are many really good hotels with very high standards.
The Adlon is indeed a very special hotel. It lives not only by its history or the wonderful decor, the Adlon lives primarily by the exceptional service and the special, very pleasant, not applied professionalism of its employees! Very rarely have I been able to experience so naturally service-oriented employees - from the bellboys, the reception staff to the consierge and the staff in the restaurant.
The stay was a real pleasure, we will be back!

The staff is professional and very friendly, the rooms are very clean and you can feel very comfortable especially in the bathroom. If the opportunity presents itself I will come back for sure.

For coffee there are very excellent cookies. Friendly service. Historic ambience.

Beautiful hotel which lives up to its reputation. The location, the great service with nice people, the room and the whole flair, just amazing. If you want to find something, it would be the inadequate sockets in the room and the rather lukewarm water in the bathroom. Again any time.

Golden wedding in the Adlon. Deluxe room for 325 the night. The gift of our children.
As landed in the 3rd level in the parking garage, 10th place.
No hint where the entrance is! The reception unlocked the parking ticket. No indication that it is chargeable. Bad or no information. No postcards from the Adlon Hotel. No documents in the room with information on opening hours etc .. On the second evening we look in the house TV, no evidence. There are in the room only catalogs with advertising to buy expensive items.
However, we found on TV the button for the interim bill, the parking fees showed the amount of 76 . An absolute impudence.
The breakfast on Monday morning was inappropriate. The tomato and fruit selection left much to be desired, melons and strawberries were watery. We left it on the plate. In addition to the sign caviar we found roe of cheap keta salmon. At the omelet stand there was a roast pork for self-service. All for the price of 42 . We can not recommend the Adlon Hotel.

Here the guest is still a guest. Too often during this time you don't feel valued as a customer, not in this house.
The staff is consistently friendly and courteous, but not pushy. It just makes sense to use trained specialists.
You immediately feel comfortable in this hotel and feel that you are not at a 0815 place.
One can argue about whether one has to pay 18 for an ice cream sundae or 10 for a beer. However, as long as the service is right ... If you are looking for the famous Berlin snout, you will probably be disappointed here.
The room was very comfortably furnished, the bed very comfortable, I found the duvets particularly pleasant. Everything was clean. According to classes, everything was available for daily needs. The forgotten toothbrush was brought to the room immediately.
Breakfast was outstanding. Due to Corona there was no buffet, but everything the heart could desire was brought to the table.
No wish remained unfulfilled.
Of course, as a Berliner, I rarely go on vacation in my own city, I was allowed to spend a night here through an action.
I can only recommend every visitor to spend the night here. In addition to the excellent quality of the hotel, the perfect location at the Brandenburg Gate is of course an unbeatable argument.

A very nice hotel with tradition. All staff are extremely friendly and helpful. This is top service and comparable to no, known to me hotel. Great breakfast. The cleanliness in the room is unfortunately not on this level. We'll come back anyway.

Go see the lobby .
Go for the main entente and leave from the other side where the holocaust memorial is. You can have cafe there but it s 10 euro .

The staff are very friendly. The location at the Brandenburg Gate impressed and with the first steps in the lobby one forgets the bustle in front of the door. There are delicious cocktails.

Excellent event, and the Adlon has contributed with its prestige, atmosphere and service. The buffet, food and drinks were very good. Delivery and collection of materials for the event was easy. You have to say, that the hotel looks a bit worn on some corners. It is of course not a modern new building, but some equipment is renewed or renovated.

A touch of luxury blows through this institution, but my room was in need of a little renovation.

Once again a dream vacation. The Adlon is unique in many ways. Simply great!

Great atmosphere with style and history right on the Brandenburg Gate. Friendly and service-minded staff at the bar. Large selection of rum, gin, wine, etc. Pricing according to the ambiance. All in all a great experience.

A nice place to eat and to spend time, wonderful fresh bouquets that are regularly changed. I don't know about the rooms. Unfortunately the massage at the SPA was a bad experience (extremely low quality of the massage, very high price and just beautiful rooms - nothing more) and a waste of time and money.

The best hotel in Germany. Here you still feel obliged to the good reputation. If an error actually occurs, it will be fully compensated. The house is almost perfect. The human factor is charming and forgivable. Not to mention the brilliant location, the Adlon is the perfect starting point for Berlin. It is an international haven of civilization. A spring in the middle of a desert. Perfect service, great facilities, nice spa. The world will always be fine here.

If you are looking for a touch of luxury in Berlin, come here. Very quiet and cosy lobby in the iconic Adlon Hotel. Prices are quite expensive compared to other options in Berlin, but the atmosphere with piano player, etc is worth the visit.

We were there for our 60th birthday and absolutely surprised by the friendliness (you often find it in well-known restaurants that they are totally unfriendly because they simply don't need it). The table was decorated, the staff congratulated and took great care of the children. They were allowed to mix a fruit cocktail at the bar and were given a small toy.
Sandwich, scones, and teas were also outstanding.

Also guests who do not belong to the upper ten thousand will be treated like the same ones. The food in the restaurant were very unusual and very delicious. The breakfast is indescribably good and the rooms the pure luxury. A big compliment for the staff, always friendly and competent.

Last week I stayed at the Adlon for the fourth night with my daughter. The expectations were high and were fully met with the exception of a few small things.
Very nice room with a balcony facing the inner courtyard, very quiet. Unfortunately it wasn't really clean. For example, the cloth on which the water glasses stood had a thick coffee stain. But this was fixed the next day.
The hotel was fully booked and the staff at their limit, which we noticed one morning at breakfast. We were forgotten at the table, but no problem, you just have to report. The first time with a service staff, the second time with the barista.
All in all a beautiful house, an opulent breakfast, good restaurants and very friendly and helpful staff

A cup of tea was twelve euros and worth every cent.

The Hotel Adlon has a long and eventful history. Today's new building was only built after reunification. A very nice building, modern and yet conservative. This is where the rich and celebrities stay. And those who can afford it. The Hotel Adlon is in close proximity to the Brandenburg Gate.
