Fifth star crushed by tourists
Typical Kempinski house that suffers from its outstanding, central location (more), as the lobby and bar are regularly flooded by tourists. Concierge and reception first class. Buffet breakfast the house adequate, the service with a large spread. Ambience, rooms and spa at a high level with plenty of patina.

Great hotel, great location. Spacious rooms. Good service. I recommend.

The service and staff is the nicest and most courteous thing I have ever experienced. Whether at reception or at breakfast, the staff are extremely friendly.

The breakfast is the best one in Germany, compared with Bayer Post in Munich or the Hyatt in Cologne.

This hotel is stunning.. very leuxeriou and eligent .. nice furniture.. amazing breakfast .. rooms are super .. location is the best .all in one .bus station at the door . shopping area across the street.. Starbucks in front of the door. Metro station few steps from the hotel . every thing you need in one location.

Fabulous hotel with an extraordinary atmosphere, superb services, great rooms with nice furniture. I loved the bathroom which is very nice. We would recommend this very well located hotel to anyone looking for romantism and luxurious hotels.

You expect a lot at the price, but you won't be disappointed either, at least I've never been and it's the first address for me when I'm in Berlin.

You sit very well and exclusively in the lounge foyer. Unfortunately there was no fresh Schorle, but fine Amuse Gueules.

Great hotel. Super competent and friendly staff. All requests were met very quickly.

During my third visit to the Adlon, I had to realize that some rooms need a little refreshment because they are shabby. If you no longer have the WOW effect when entering the room, but more an oh yes, then it is no longer really Adlon.
The staff was class again, although obviously not yet properly played in one or the other place. At breakfast I had to deal with a total of four people. This is of course prone to errors.
Conclusion: a nice little break, but I could have been in comparable other hotels and for a much cheaper course.

An environment to feel good. Employees are eager. Life music and good desserts included. Definitely worth a visit.

Best hotel breakfast ever! Not impressed with the rooms, but ohhh, that breakfast!!

We got an executive room for a reasonable price below 300 with a balcony. The service is as expected for a hotel of this category, really great. Try the Currywurst, it is the best in Berlin and was sprinkled with a bit of gold ;-) to enhance the experience. The taste was phenomenal.

You have to check your credit cards 100 times after you stay at the Kempinski Adlon!
They will charge for services you did not take or asked for and they will not even share the invoice with you or ask you for your consent to pay.
They will just charge your credit card after you leave

There is little to say about this hotel, the name speaks the only one, positioned a few meters from the Brandenburg Gate and with the metro station in front of it makes the adlon hotel unique, an excellent service right from the check in, where we are offered an upgrade from a normal room to a completely free suite, plus every detail of the room is explained to us in a maniacal way, a room with a whirlpool bath and a sauna, there is no need to list all the hotel services because they are endless, excellent sauna and bathroom turkish and beautiful pool, to return and in fact we return willingly.

Booked for one night. Staff had been very pushy. The pool and sauna area much too small and not justified for this price segment. The rooms nice and big but totally outdated. Llima spun with us and it was never really responded to. It is sad that you charge 7.5 in the room for a 0.5l of water?

What can I say that Hotel Adlon meets what the name promises!

The service is consistently first class and the ambience is really unique.

Can only rate the lobby. You feel like you are in the golden 20s (of the last century). Solid, soft music from the piano player, the uniforms of the service staff do the rest. Sitting on the sofa with a view of the elephant fountain and an Adlon coffee in hand, you feel in excellent hands. To recommend!

We were in the lobby for coffee and champagne. Very nice ambience. Accompanying live music on the piano. Very friendly staff. For the level bearable prices. We would love to come back. The Brandenburg Gate is in the immediate vicinity. Taxis are usually available in front of the hotel. Fantastic currywurst - with a view of the Brandenburg Gate on the outside terrace.

Even after so many years, quality doesn't decrease in any way!

A piece of Berlin history. Fantastic hotel located opposite the Brandenburg Gate. Spectacular.

Nice location! I was there for a convention and unfortunately can not comment on the rooms. The ambience in the house is very nice and the staff very accommodating.

The staff was super nice and qualified, regardless of what you asked about the restaurant, they knew. Food was top quality only the kebab it didn't quite fit in

We are very pleased with our stay at the Adlon Hotel: very large, comfortable double bed, good, spacious room facilities and excellent breakfast buffet.

The curry sausage with gold dust is an absolute must!

A noble hotel of the upper class a first class hotel, not far from the Brandenburg Gate.
Service you feel like a king among kings.
The team trained down to the last centimeter, whoever does not feel comfortable here or cannot feel good is not to help.
Of course, the price is high, but not without reason.
Rightly one of the best if not the best hotel in Berlin at heart.
Gladly again.
