Establishment filled with charm. Tastefully decorated rooms. Attentive staff

We are completely overwhelmed by our stay at yesterday's Advent brunch in the Hotel Adlon. The service and the kitchen are second to none. If there were 10 stars I would have given them too. Unique in Germany

Very nice hotel in a great location! The staff are very friendly and courteous, especially the trainees bribe by competence and helpfulness! For coffee delicious pastries were served, great!

Great breakfast, there is really everything you can imagine. Service 1 a, honest friendly and helpful. But you should really bring hunger. For someone who eats only 2 rolls with cold cuts, it will not pay.

Had high expectations for a day at the spa/pool and lunch at the restaurant (I actually review 5star hotels/palaces around the world for a living) but this was very disappointing. The staff is very nice and mean well so that would be a + but they are just not at the level of a 5* hotel. Everything was wrong about lunch (wrong dressing on salad after I specifically asked for just oil, got a big piece of mean after mentioning I'm vegan, waited 10 min for check after I said I'm late, a piece of salad felt on the floor and no one picked it up so it just stayed there the whole time, anyway food is really mediocre too...) In the end I can see the manager was very sorry about my experience so no one is to blame except HR maybe? Or the poor training..? Then the pool is quite loud because I think the clientele is not one of a luxury hotel. Or maybe luxury means something else in Germany? There was a baby the whole time also, crying.. However it is an overall bad experience despite the fact I actually wanted a relaxing day.
Last but not least, the body treatment and overall was extremely expensive and not as good as what you usually get in a luxury hotel. Kempinski is an old brand and they should renew their management, HR, and marketing. Some hotels do so well, if Kempinksi Adlon stay at this level, their image won't stay luxurious for long.. Although they obviously don't care about their image... If anyone at management level reads this, maybe you should meditate on this.

The name speaks for itself. The "location" great, the staff: "great"

Re built near the site of the famous old Arden Hotel which burnt down in 1945 after drunken Russian soldiers started a fire in the cellar.

The atmosphere is unique. The service is as you would expect from a 5 * hotel. The old Adlon, which unfortunately burnt down in 1945, was a myth. Unfortunately, I do not have a time machine, so I can not say if I managed to transfer the history of the old hotel to the new one. The ballroom of the hotel is very impressive, it is like a journey into another time

What should one say? Simply everything absolutely perfect!

A company that is happy to serve, the staff are friendly and the hotel is very clean. I would recommend it for those who want to make a good stay experience if the prices are a little high performance compared to other hotels. We wanted a drink below. It pointed out that we will pick someone and bring to a table. Qir waited 10 minutes without ANY attention or contact. Really very pejorative. Have then been drinking elsewhere what in the end. from a house where I would have expected very disappointing otherwise.

Very nice hotel. Everything is OTT, including the prices. Totally pretentious. Far better value for money in Berlin.

Right across the gate as you enter Unter den Linden stands Hotel Adlon, a historical hotel that hosted plenty of dignitaries from the Kaiser to Hitler and even Michael Jackson. It was at this balcony of the Adlon where the infamous baby-dangling incident occured. The original hotel was actually levelled during World War II and a new hotel inspired by the original was constructed after Berlin s reunification. It still exudes luxury however and is easily one of the most expensive hotels in Berlin.

I was in it once !!!! Very nice in the prices too !!!! You should have a bit in your wallet! In 2019 she will rebuild 15 years after !!!

What can I say? When you arrive here, it's service program! From check-in to check-out, nothing to complain about! The entire team was very well trained in service, great!
The room was very large with everything from towels to bathrobes and slippers even a hair tie in the bathroom, I needed one and lo and behold, you can find it! The beds were made very nicely, I slept in there like a baby, my husband said: I checked if you were still breathing, you haven't slept that deep and sound yet!
I have to give praise and a huge thank you to the housekeeper Sara! We came from shops and hurried to shower, get ready, etc., so we left the room really devastated behind us! We came back around 1am and the room was tidy and everything was tidy, I was really embarrassed, but at this point I have to say I was so impressed for the first time, we didn't expect that! Thank you again
The breakfast was sufficient and everything your heart desires was available!

A very upscale hotel. It was a bit longer than I was there but the visit was excellent. I felt like a king. Thanks for that!

Big castle huge place some rooms far away like anthers block

The rooms were very nicely decorated and the staff friendly and courteous.
The food was delicious too.

Beautiful hotel. Reminiscent of a historic period, the room was very comfortable. The breakfast had a long and interesting variety of dishes. It s strange that you have to pay for parking, I was a bit surprised considering how much they charge for a room but other than that we had a pleasant stay here.

I do not have any photos, but the coffee Adlon Spezial, which is delicious. Otherwise of course very crowded, but the nice waiters in the foyer make up for it! It is also shielded from 16h.
Know more luxurious hotels, but that's what makes it family at Adlon!

The Adlon for the Royal Afternoon Tea - an experience of a special kind. The mixture of the highest exclusiveness with the best tea and exquisite pastries was only disturbed by the waiters' last squad, because all good people were probably used in the federal press ball preparation. This helplessness in trifles (constant confusion in the teas and no way to get a herbal tea) was almost burlesque surreal;) Happy again with the trained staff :))

Super stay. Friendly staff. The fifth star is for the fact that despite all the service, the Berlin snout is not neglected by the employees.

Have a nice stay. Highly recommended is the luxury double room. Very good service. The staff is attentive and very friendly.

Although we did not stay here, we visited its restaurant. The staff treat you like royalty and the building is luxurious. The hotel has a fascinating history from WWII to where Michael Jackson dangled his baby from the balcony.

Excellent hotel. very nice and clean rooms, very friendly and helpful staff.
But very disappointed about the breakfast situation. We had to wait in a long cue of people just to get a table. They really should prioritize guests staying at the hotel or accept reservations.
Otherwise the breakfast is nice and luxurious but they dont offer fresh orangejuice which is disappointing.
This is not appropriate for a hotel at this standard.

The name is absolutely program!
The rooms are great, the staff incredibly nice and accommodating. You always have the feeling that you are the most important guest in the house.
Front desk wonderful, concierge super helpful, housekeeping invisible but always present, location priceless, breakfast incredibly good. The myth of the old Adlon is always present. You feel transported to another time.
My absolute favorite.
