The Adlon has a beautiful brunch with a very large dessert section. The service was very nice and attentive.
I can only recommend the brunch.

Unfortunately the food was not really warm..to the Chateaubriand .. 90.00 .leider received no beans (ordered) ...
No heat plate to the fries and mashed potatoes ... plates also not warm ..
..... Service otherwise ok .... the offered coffee had to be ordered extra in the smoker lounge .... too bad

Working in the Foreign Office, unfortunately we were disappointed with the Hotel Adloun.
Big name nothing behind it, location unique, clear. Service ok. But the food is underground. Tough and dry. Any other cheap hotel can do better, at a quarter of the price.

If you go to breakfast alone, you have to take time. The personnel is very friendly.

Excellent location. Views of the Brandenburg Gate. For those who enjoy luxury with old and elegant style. Very good breakfast To recommend without hesitation. Immerse yourself in the history, it is part of the experience of this classic Hotel of ancient Berlin.

The service for a house of this format was disappointing!

Overrated luxury hotel. Great location at the Brandenburg Gate, but the atmosphere of the Grand Hotel has been a bit worse during the renovation.

Prestigious location. Attended a Diplomatic Reception. Enjoyed the ambience but parking your Car can be a problem.

The Kempinski Hotel in East Berlin is in an upscale area and all the rooms have been fully renovated in 2014 with state guests. His restaurants are very excellent

A fantastic experience! Absolutely perfect service! The staff were so friendly and competent! It could not be better! Nice room, great pool area with whirlpool and sauna. And you just could not get enough of either sitting at the elephant fountain with live piano music or sitting at the top of the gallery enjoying the excellent breakfast. In front some nice shops to stroll. You are really a guest in the whole hotel and not only in his room. Belongs to the best hotels in the world for me!

What a disappointing hotel!

From the very beginning, it went wrong.
We were picked up from the airport and they forgot to bring the baby car seat! We were told to just our the baby in our laps and that would have to do.
Finally arrived at the hotel and convinced to upgrade to a bigger suit, so we did, and the room was shabby and tired, cables on the floor which were a safety hazard, no cot, high chair or kettle as requested and we were informed they wouldn t arrive until 6pm! The room was small and not worth the money!
My husband had organised a suprise bottle of bubbles for our anniversary and that hadn t happened either.
The rooms are so small, we have asked for furniture to be removed and we.

We spoke to the staff and we finally went back to the original room we had booked which had a door to separate the bedroom which is what we had originally wanted.
We can t even unpack for our 5 day break as only one small wardrobe for 2 adults and 1 toddler.
We even have more family arriving here tomorrow to celebrate the weekend!

We picked this hotel as we were informed it was the best in Berlin with attention to detail and lovely rooms.
It couldn t be further from the truth.
What a disappointing start to the long weekend.

I cant describe how amazing this hotel is, very luxurious, location just nearby attractions and landmarks, staff are helpful, breakfast is well organised and clean, i had lunch in the restaurant after my check out and the food menu is mouth watering, really delicious food and outstanding service, worth to visit again and again.

Beautiful hotel in front of Brandeburg Door. The lobby is so nice with a vitreau ceiling, the breakfast was the best I had in a hotel! And the location is great for holidays.

Was for a business trip for 4 days in the capital. The room and the service were excellent. The variety of drinks in the bar was not that big. Still, the drinks I tried were delicious. Especially my stay at the spa, after a hard day, was very relaxing. I can definitely recommend this hotel !!

The name says it all, pure luxury but also pleasant for normal people, thanks to the courteous, friendly staff. For the birthday, a table is specially decorated for breakfast and everything is served. Just awesome.

Beautiful house in the heart of Berlin. The quality is absolutely top in all areas. I feel very well here and like to come over for a coffee to enjoy the unique atmosphere.

Everything was consistent. The technically competent staff is very courteous and helpful. The room also invited to linger. The location can not be better. The restaurant is recommended. The ***** are absolutely justified. This was not our last visit.

Back here after four years. At reception I was told that I was here for the 24th time. Today with the whole family and, as always, it was a very relaxed, yet present experience. As always, everyone is super attentive and yet it is different. The "machine" Adlon is different than usual, but who shouldn't empathize with the MA? The situation is new and this can be seen in many details. The car is no longer being driven away, the spa is closed, the concierge is only temporarily available ... But it's still nice. Don't want to know how it looks in the other houses. I noticed very much that the audience is very different. Where are the semi-silky guys at the bar :-) Where the super important business guys who talk about private jets and have never sat in there and where are all the others that you can watch at the bar in the evening. Instead, older gentlemen and a calmer gait. But that also has something. The very personalized breakfast and the give aways at the exit are a very nice solution. I always thought buffets were overrated. I rather enjoy being able to stay seated, like in the four seasons in Hamburg. In summary, I liked it as always and it was a nice experience for everyone. Thanks to everyone and I hope it will vibrate again soon. best regards

Excellent Hotel!!

I stayed here back in March/April of 2016 and the Hotel is the best hotel I have stayed in.The rooms are great, clean and up to date and the location can't be beat. I love this hotel and everything about it. The service is great, the hotel is super luxury, the food is great and the views are great.

Overall disappointing and rundown experience.
Sauna/fitness area are in dangerous dilapidated conditions where pure cement leaks are omnipresent.
Imported plastic water bottles took the cake for being environmentally friendly :(

Absolutely astonishing staff and service. I have worked in the hospitality industry for 4 years and I have rarely seen something like that. this hotel is one of the best I've been to.

Book it very much for our guests. Really good hotel. A signboard for the Kempinski Group.

The piano player was great, the ambience is steeped in history, the cappu is expensive, 7.70 euros, and the staff as polite as they can be. High high, high high, high society

More is not possible! Friendliness and competence of the staff, the history of the house and the delicious food and drinks make your stay (every time) an experience and a wonderful event!

Went to bar. 2 .5 litre biers are 22 Euros. Ouch.Oppulent. Pricy. Next to US Embassy and view of Brandenburg Tor.

The cocktail bar in the Adlon Hotel Berlin is the finest in the world. If you are ever going to drink a cocktail it should be in The Adlon (Adlon Spezial) or Raffles (Gin Sling)
