Friendly and polite staff
Excellent location

It is just next to the Brandenburg Gate, on the former East German side ... If German personnel are not more common than elsewhere, they love their job, but perhaps through greater servility and that could turn out to be serious: no one ever seems responsible for anything.

Since no wishes remain open, I'm looking forward to the next time. Thanks to the entire Team.weiter so

Amazing. Impeccable service, Kind and attentive staff, Fantastic rooms, the breakfast is to die for! The amount of service is incredible! Would definitely recommend staying here!!!

The number one hotel visited by us in the last 50 years

Very good quality raspberries, delivered to the room by request. Up to 3kg were available to our surprise.
The decor is fine, exactly the same as you get in other upscale hotels. No speakers in the room, and they couldnt be provided by request. So overall the quality of service was not satisfactory

Giving the legend that is Hotel Adlon any less than full stats would be a crime: their staff are better than anywhere else.

My visit yesterday with a friend from Hamburg for afternoon tea was just embarrassing. Masses of people streamed through the lobby, the damp coats were lying around, no candles / flowers, tea in an elderly pot, tiered stand with sandwiches and sweets was okay, but at least about 90 for 2 people.
I expect a bit of style and elegance as well as a certain relaxed calm and not the atmosphere of a station waiting room.
Berlin has some very nice hotels where you can enjoy your tea time in a dignified and well-groomed manner, the Adlon is definitely not one of them.

Sophisticated traditional hotel with excellent cuisine and very courteous service. Location couldn't be more central to explore Berlin for tourism!

Amazing lobby bar with live music, great food and best ever stuff!

We (6 people) have just been there, have been waiting for our order for 1 hour and have just received an "och" in response to our complaint. Bad, unfriendly service and not worth the money!

The Berlin currywurst comes here with gold dust. Yes, completely unnecessary. But something else. Envy, resentment, gluttony and decadence for EUR 16.95. ;-) As you like it.

Very bad brunch. Not recommendable. Only apprentices. The tables were not cleared. Special requests were not received (decaf coffee). And the selection was very clear.

Lovely hotel just opposite the Brandenburg Gate in central Berlin.

Excellent choise for us the Executive lounge in your hotel!! Also the big room and the big bathroom!! The area of spa was great!!!

The cafe was busy and we were able to stay in an armchair set next door until we were escorted by the service to a free table. The service was friendly and the atmosphere pleasant

Very friendly hotel staff, on entering very polite and helpful at the door. That's what you expect. We enjoyed the coffee and kitchen specialties today. The Black Forest cherry cake was exquisite. The cappuccino too. The prices are according to the visual impression on the upper limit of what is paid in Germany, but also that is expected. All in all, we were very pleased and can recommend the Adlon without hesitation.

An elegant, luxurious hotel. Full of old, classic elegance. Great location. Large rooms full of useful and completely unnecessary amenities. Polite service. Parking in the underground. The hotel is huge. You can beat kilometers with its corridors. The restaurant is equally elegant, although dishes can be discussed. But as the older Romans say: tastes are not discussed.

Despite our unsuitable appearance, (outfits) consummate service. Thank you dear team.

We visited the restaurant and the food was excellent. It was relatively easy to find. Our Eber driver had a hard time finding the hotel for some reason. Despite this it was an overall great experience.

The first house on the square. Also for customers who do not have unnecessary money left and the hotel for anniversary "treat" the staff is very very friendly. Cleanliness 10 out of 10.

A truly first class hotel with the service to match. Impeccable and gorgeous lobby. Very pleasant rooms. Terrific concierge. All in a can't be beat location.

We had a great time at the Adlon. Unfortunately my boyfriend was sick the day we were supposed to go, so I asked to reschedule the room to another date expecting a fee. However, the woman on the phone was incredibly nice and did it free of charge. The hotel itself is gorgeous, the staff is attentive and remembered straight away the occasion I booked the hotel for and congratulated us on our anniversary upon entrance.

The room was very nice, with champagne and a cake waiting for us in the room. My only complaint about the room is the king size bed that is really just two double beds pushed together.

Breakfast the next morning was great, however not all items available were listed on the menu so it ended up being a bit of a guessing game to what the selection was.

We came along with our little cavalier King Charles and she had a wonderful time as well. The staff made her feel welcome with kind words and pets. She loved the room and we even brought her to breakfast with us. Very pet friendly.

I would come back to the Adlon, 100%. I can see why this hotel is rated 5 stars. Don t make the mistake of choosing another hotel! Pick the Adlon!

Great name, nothing behind it. Location unique, clear. Service ok. But the food in the Quarre was underground. Christmas goose tough and withered. Every country inn can do better, at a quarter of the price.

The Hotel Adlon is one of the better hotels in Berlin. It is centrally located and the staff is friendly. However, today's Adlon (part of the Kempinski group) certainly can not be compared with the legendary Adlon, but it lacks the house today according to shine.

Amazing hotel
As expected from an hotel that is an icon in Berlin.
The location is amazing.
The room is very nice, we had the superior deluxe with a view to unter den linden.
The breakfast the best we had anywhere.
Then only thing we can complain is the fact we had to call every evening to housekeeping because something was missing... Shower gel, coffe, sugar etc.
Other than that.... Exceptional

It is one of the oldest hotels in Burleigh that deserve a visit. And come for a meal Or have afternoon tea Staff when receiving and good service The atmosphere in the hotel looks old, but it maintains its cleanliness. Unfortunately there are no candles on the table during the day. Causing the lack of light on a dark day, it rains all day
The food I ordered was delicious. The arrangement of the dishes is beautiful. Food prices according to the style of a five-star hotel.

I was at an event at Hotel Adlon! It was a very nice and interesting evening. The hotel has a very friendly and attentive staff and an exceptional atmosphere. Very impressive!

The expectations were very high for me and were met to the extent that they were.
The junior suite is fantastic and on the 6th floor you have a good view of the city. Everything is very tasteful and unobtrusive of high quality.
The above-average service is also calculated in exactly the same way.
It would be nice if the televisions supported not only Apple's niche standard, but also the standard Miracast format. For the lack, I would deduct a half star if I could.

Edit re. Miracast ... after some back and forth it works now after the option was added. The staff tried very hard to solve the problem. Thanks again.
