Perfect location. Very high quality and spacious rooms. Great very high quality breakfast buffet including champagne. Service excellent! Sauna quite small.

Wide choice of breakfast. Rooms very large and the bathroom with bath and shower and separate toilet was very good. Sometimes quite busy at breakfast, so we had to wait a while for the coffee.

Excellent service and great food. Stayed there for two nights with my wife. Highly recommended

Arguably one of the best hotels in Germany. Right next to the Brandenburg Gate in what used to be East Germany. Well-appointed with a great staff to assure a pleasant stay. Fabulous breakfast included in the room fee.

Have spent nice Christmas holidays in the suite. Perfect location to explore everything on foot, even if we were already everywhere Berlin is always worth a spontaneous visit.

We had a very nice stay, the location is good right on the subway in the direction of Ku-damm.
At breakfast it was unfortunately very full every morning and had to wait but the selection was very large. Room was clean and spacious. Hotel itself very nicely done. The highlight was the elevator in the old design.

Had dinner in this hotel. Good food but very expensive.

Incredibly great ambience and delicious cake (cake of the year 2017). The coffee was also excellent.

This place is simply history and belongs in every city guide. The whole staff of the hotel is very friendly.

We have been here for the fourth time and it is really worth it to have a look. The staff is exceptionally courteous and nice. The breakfast buffet just a dream. Also the integrated restaurant Sra Bua led by Tim Raue alone would be worth a visit.

The top address in Berlin. Am always happy to stay there, even if it last failed while trying to keep the room 1 hour longer. Too bad. Do I have to go back to the Hilton or Hyatt soon?

Nothing like a British afternoon tea, that you'd expect in a hotel with such a reputation. The staff was careless and clearly not eager to help.

Nice rooms, very good service. But also very large, very crowded and compared with Paris or London houses not in the front seats. And I am also afraid in Berlin, the competition is considerable. But you are well accommodated here. SRA Bua is worth a visit, dining too, of course, but it's hard to get a table.

Good location and beauty entrance , , the rooms service is not good they didn t put shampoo and soap daily . Also the bed not comfortable.

Hotel of superclass luxury. Everything is perfect here. We arrived with two children in the evening. From the service to parking, with porter chauffeur large bathtub, shower, room service, spa up to the best shopping in the center of Berlin leaves nothing to be desired. The hotel is world class and highly recommended.

I was there because i Did the decoration for New years eve. So i wasn't there for long but my First Impression was very good. Its a beautiful Hotel AT the Brandenburger Tor. It is clean (Main Lobby) and the Personal are professionelles. I would recommend booking a room there

Great location, beautiful building and nice ambiance. The staff are super friendly and as expected from Kempinski hotel they go the extra mile.
Felt well looked after, cared for and looking forward to my next visit.
Great food too at the restaurants and very creative all round.
Hope to check out the spa and the pool tonight.

The rooms with a view of the Brandenburg Gate are fantastic.
Clean !, service from the first arrival to the end, ambience and breakfast are perfect.
Every extra request will be implemented immediately!
It will probably never happen again that needs to be said: Everything is really perfect here !!

I was only there for an event. The hotel is very exclusive.

Enjoyed the heated bathroom floor and towel rack. The staff made us feel like royalty. Beautiful room.

Were only for cappuccino drink there, but also felt as a non-hotel guest very welcome.

Great hotel, very good every service that you pay dearly.

I've been here a few times now and it's my favorite of all the hotels I know in Germany. Even though it's so centrally located in a popular location, it's very quiet and orderly inside. Even when there is a lot going on, you always remain friendly and helpful. The rooms are very spacious and the breakfast is really awesome! I like the wooden parquet and the classy black that dominates the rooms. Despite everything, it doesn't seem too heavy or dark, but rather gives a feeling of support and calm.

I think I only had it once, that a room was older and therefore looked in need of renovation. But at the time I had the feeling that the rooms were being modernized, so that was okay. The other times the rooms were clean, nice and had everything you could want.

The hotel is simply first class. I will definitely come back there again.

We were there for afternoon tea, the Adlon wanted a reservation, we thought it would be full, but we were the only ones. The sandwiches and tea were exceptionally good. The service really knew about Ronnefeld teas, otherwise it was very friendly and courteous ... a nice afternoon!

We were about 1 hour to coffee and cake there. The ambiance is blazing, a bit cheesy maybe. My impression was that both the American and Russian guests were very excited about it, we were not quite so. But that does not deduct a point, is just personal taste.
What was outstanding was the service: very attentive, friendly, fast: as professional as you would rarely find. Coffee and especially the cakes were terrific, but also the price, but if you go into the Adlon, you know that too ...

Most beautiful lobby that I know. Staff sensational attention, drinks awesome. Room very nicely decorated and stylishly furnished. Breakfast expensive but unbeaten.

A professional-looking hotel, with no sense of professionalism in the service. We, a group of 9 people were not allowed to attend the lunch. We would be denied a seat.

I was in the restaurant at lunchtime today and my high expectation was confirmed. Courteous service, fast, attentive and not intrusive. Changing the side dishes wasn't a problem.

The food was definitely justified in terms of price: super quality, meat to the point, vegetables firm to the bite. Only the drink prices are a bit too high in my opinion.

The Adlon really has a special ambience with a view of the Brandenburg Gate! The staff is very friendly, attentive and absolutely helpful! My favorite among the hostels in Berlin!
