Absolute dreamlike environment in the Lorenz dining room. A good menu with wine Accompaniment for two costs a short break, but is actually at least as impressive and soothing. I highly recommend this experience.

We were in the middle of February for the umpteenth time in the Adlon and were as always completely thrilled. Starting with the service over the breakfast buffet to the rooms everything was just right. One has the feeling that the wishes are read from the eyes. This hotel has that certain something and we were certainly not there for the last time.

Just make .... On the whole a successful stay. Ambitious service in a first class house. We will be back. Small weaknesses .... Breakfast was rich and top quality, but a little careless "stumbled" -that is even better with hotels lower categories. Otherwise, as I said ... TOP location, top service, top location and nice restaurants .... Recommendation Sra Bua (first class service-great food).

Have stayed at the Hotel Adlon many times. Except for my last stay on the 1.5.18 since I was charged 70 euros for a completely empty drunk mini bar although I did not drink, that I resented them. Service generally good, prices very high.

Typical Adlon, as always an experience!
But as a former Berliner, it makes me a little sad that the magnificent nature of the Adlons has diminished.
Even coffee in the lobby used to be an experience, now even apple strudel is like a local bakery.
I will certainly remain loyal to the Adlon, but the change makes one sad. Now I have to eat my apple strudel where else.

Very dissatisfied. Outside there was an ice cream stand where a ball cost 2.50. Worth the money. But the woman was unmotivated. And km of ice was a wasp, ask me how that thing got in without noticing. It only came to light when we ate half of the ice cream.
And no, it didn't fly in, it was really cold and as I said you saw it licking. She was probably dead and in the ice for a while.

Best hotel in Berlin at the Brandenburg Gate. Pure luxury. Breakfast is simply unbeatable. From white sausage with sweet mustard over plenty of sausage, cheese, egg dishes up to 5 kinds of caviar for breakfast all there. Room wonderful and very nice and big. Staff is very nice and helpful. Spa and wellness just luxury hotel. Once Adlon always Adlon.

A really great place to stay and dine. The Adlon offers the highest level of service and is truly worth the price. The staff is very professional. The business lunch in my opinion the best value for money. Highly recommended is a visit to the Walentowski Gallery. There you can get big, modern and beautiful art for justifiable prices.

If you are looking for something special, you will find it in the Adlon.

This hotel is bursting with history. The rooms and service are more than adequate to a 5 star hotel.
The breakfast is indescribable and worth a visit even without an overnight stay!

Totally destroyed in the Second World War, this 1907 hotel has been lovingly rebuilt in the external image of the original while inside it has so many early 20th century details, it is hard to believe it is not the modernised original. From the moment you step inside, it really does take your breath away (although staying at Christmas as we did gives it a magical edge). And, with the historic Brandenberg Gate just outside, it is unsurprising that it has been the hotel choice of celebrities for many years. The breakfast buffet alone has to be seen to be believed.

Gastronomically course top. From kitchen to service, great! Only the ventilation in the men's room on the first floor requires a review.

Always worth a visit. The rooms are tastefully decorated and very spacious (always depends on the category). The staff is always friendly and helpful. The breakfast is worth the money. If you like it quiet at breakfast should point out in advance, then you want a table in a separate room. Here you have the view directly on the Brandenburg Gate. Even if you are not a guest, you should take a quick look inside. Depending on the season, there is a great decoration.

I was with a friend for 4 days as a tourist in Berlin. We chose the Adlon as our accommodation this time. Despite the fact that we, as normal earners, were not typical guests and certainly not regular guests, we were treated very friendly and courteous by the staff. You can see the first-class training that every employee of the house has to offer des Adlon enjoys. The discreet but always present service was unique. Even the apparently still training women in the breakfast service were already of a high standard. Despite the rather high price structure, I can recommend every visitor to Berlin to stay in the Adlon.

The hotel is good. The location is great. A lot of buttons on the nightstand, while you turn off all the light, a lot of time will pass . The breakfasts are gorgeous.

Overall a good stay. The service as usual, the staff just special. That's why I drive to such hotels. I can not fault it here. Top! But 3 small things I noticed. The lobby bar, in the afternoon quickly a piece of cake, almost hopeless. I think it's tourists who look in and then sit down there. As a hotel guest I have to look elsewhere for a cafe. The furniture in the rooms, I have to agree, unfortunately, a bit worn. Here especially the backrests of the armchair. I know that differently from Kempinski. And then for breakfast, this time not directly booked. Croissant breakfast was included. I was normal in the restaurant breakfast. Of course I have to pay extra for that. But there was no offsetting of the already paid with the reservation breakfast. Too bad.

I was so overjoyed to have been to this hotel once, which has gone through such a history of ups and downs. The inside is simple and says so much. The entire staff is very helpful and friendly, if I could I would not give 5 but 10 stars. I hope that Hotel Adlon Kempinski will stay with us for a long time to come.

Worst hotel I ve ever stayed at. The toilet in our room smells so bad that it s hard to sleep, even after I asked them to fix it. The room we were suppose to get looked a lot nicer and had 2 sinks on pictures than the one we ve got.
The shower is a whole different story! No matter what temperature you set for yourself it starts pouring super hot or cold water every 5 seconds! I asked them to fix that but they couldn t fix it too!
The waiters at their restaurant also not that nice, I felt that they almost showing the attitude!
I m having here one more night and to be honest can t wait to get out of here!
The only thing that I was happy with it s a masseuse at their spa, which is actually accessible for people from outside of the hotel visitors. Her name is Sandra and she s amazing!

Wow shame on you! You dare to lie that you fixed the water problem?! You didn t do anything! The problem stayed the same when I got back after I asked you to fix it.
The toilet smell that you didn t detect was still there and by the way the toilet rooms in your lobby area downstairs stink as well.
The manager as you said tried to find a suitable solution for me didn t try to do anything! All he did is apologizing.

I ll definitely tell our travel advisor who recommended this hotel to us to not send anyone to your hotel.

Very nice bar. Gin Tonic presentation was very good. However we found the gin selection rather moderate for such a big hotel.

This is the most magnificent hotel I ever saw in my life. Views onto the Brandenburg Gate, luxury interior and elegant and sophisticated lobby with a restaurant. Even elevators are a must to see. Its incredible experience!

Too expensive, rooms not really luxury, rather worn out. Charm of the 90s ... More like a department store than a traditional hotel with a history. Too bad.
