Truckers!!!!

Will call is located at the very end of the building on the left next to Dock 2.

This is the ideal Reciever. I cant stress to you enough how nice these guys are to truckers. Unloaded in 38 minutes. In and out within an hour. They have day cab drivers as well and they are courteous as well. Thanks for being one of very few businesses that take into consideration politeness as well as fast unloading. This is very hard to find now days. I wish I could deliver to you every day of the week.

Customer service good . Helpful staff but loading they take 3-4 hours.Docks are very tight.

My friend has worked here for many years and she absolutely loves the Adleta family. I have had the pleasure of meeting some of her co-workers, great people.

I had to drive to Dallas for one of my clients to pick up product as my customer service is amazing LOL. So, I back up to the loading dock at Adleta, to pick up my material for my client as I m walking back to my van the president of the company John Sher comes out because he sees a Fort Smith Flooring Group van outside of his window. He comes out to introduce himself, he lets me know that he is a native of Fort Smith. We talk for a brief moment but his last words were thank you for your business, I really appreciate it . When the president of a company walks out to introduce himself and thanks me for doing business with him. This is one of the best business practices that I have ever learned and what I have done my whole life. This goes very far with me. What a great person to come out and do that. Good people, good customer service. Something that is lacking today.

Pretty much any type of flooring you could ask for. Any time I call they are more then helpful with specifications for materials and more. Great company to associate with.

Quick unloading kinda tight getting on the docks for live unloading though
