I had to drive to Dallas for one of my clients to pick up product as my customer service is amazing LOL. So, I back up to the loading dock at Adleta, to pick up my material for my client as I m walking back to my van the president of the company John Sher comes out because he sees a Fort Smith Flooring Group van outside of his window. He comes out to introduce himself, he lets me know that he is a native of Fort Smith. We talk for a brief moment but his last words were thank you for your business, I really appreciate it . When the president of a company walks out to introduce himself and thanks me for doing business with him. This is one of the best business practices that I have ever learned and what I have done my whole life. This goes very far with me. What a great person to come out and do that. Good people, good customer service. Something that is lacking today.

This is great customer service! I have always had a good eye for good people and good companies this is definitely at the top of the list
