I don t have direct business with Ademco. However I am very confident with this company mainly because of the great leaderships in Ademco. Spoke to Patrick on a few occasions and he show professionalism in his job and is passionate in what he does.

worked with them on a few complex projects, they are technically very strong and seems to always have a solution to a security problem. will recommend them.

We had a false alarm activation, a female service caller with a strong PH accent called to check on the situation sounded kinda rude.
In whatever situation, customer service should appear calm and professional, not sound as if we owe you a living.

I had the opportunity to work closely with security managers & technicians of Ademco (Far East) Pte Ltd in the design & installation of Intrusion Detection & CCTV Security Systems at several important projects in Singapore since the 1980s. I have experienced their highly professional and reliable security services in comparison to other local companies providing similar services.

For a security expert company, dealing in its so called one of the best if not the products here, the after sale customer service is pathetic. Calling all its 3 lines and sending emails(so far no reply) for assistance in deactivating, remove and relocating its device to another location require alot of patience. Its like dealing with a wall. In fact this company should not be given a star for failing to deliver its utmost service to the customer. I do wonder if its product is the same as its service.
