My younger son has recently diagnosed with mild level of Autism, we are just starting to see a psychologist in this place. We have both Medicare chronic health care plan and NDIS approved to support my son s treatment needs, as well as private health insurance covers. I just tried to find out what is the best payment method to manage this situation. Though the clinic manager named Michelle from here was unbelievably arrogant and aggressive, she couldn t even hold a conversation properly or professionally, rather than kept on her one way talk aggressively and handed off the phone. Myself is a health professional been working in this industry for over 20 years, this is the most arrogant person I ever met in this industry. Every since my son got diagnosed with autism, I have approached to a few different allied health professionals for his support needs, people from every where else was really friendly, supportive and professional, not this place, don t want to go back and definitely not recommended to everyone else.
