Attended with the expectation of seeing Port Adelaide vs Essendon.
Essendon didn't arrive until well after half time, which suggests a traffic management problem. Also seemed to be populated by Collingwood and Carlton fans cunningly disguised as Port Adelaide supporters.
Only a shared lack of dentistry and public decency gave them away.
Nuggets and chips at half time were good though.

Great venue for any oval based sport. Retains some of its original history while offering a modern stadium layout. Food and drink prices are steep but on par with other large venues. Be aware that cash is not accepted here, only cards.

Our family took a tour of this facility last week and WOW it was simply amazing! The kids loved looking at all the inner sanctums and our two gentlemen tour leaders were extremely knowledgeable and tactful in dealing with another member of the tour who was a bit of a know-it-all (who wasn't as bright as he thought it was!). Both men were extremely friendly and considerate and made this a tour which my children are still talking about!!!

Clean and easy access so long as you can climb a few stairs. Late afternoon sitting in the sun in the eastern side was very hot though and I was envious of those smiling faces in the western stand.

First time at Adelaide Oval was amazing. The grounds are amazing with very nice stands for an aussie stadium. Our seats in section 538 were quite high up, but with a good view of the cricket pitch and undercover. I suggest you get seats on level 3 for the best view and half undercover. I enjoyed watching the Test match at the Adelaide Oval and would visit again

Fantastic job on the modernising of a South Australian icon. World-class. If you are going, absolutely consider the train. Easy access from the station and allows you to enjoy the multiple bars.

It really is a fantastic world class stadium now. Great for sporting events and fantastic for concerts. Only real let down is the lack of parking and the restrictions in the area for events are ridiculous. 2 mile parking exclusion if something is on and public transport is not the best so be prepared to park away and have a big walk.

The only down fall to adelaide oval is the leg space there is absolutely no way you can get out if you are sitting in the middle of a row people start to get irate after the second pass.apart from that awsome arena

Only thing I had a problem with was there was not enough staff members too have all the doors open when you exit the venue, I suffer from anxiety when there's too many people and not enough exits. There was a crowd of over 43 thousand so I think that they should accomate staff ratios with spectators.

This would have to be the prettiest cricket ground in the world both inside and out. Wonderful job to develop this ground to world class standard and still retain its unique character. On my last visit I got all day street parking within five hundred metres of the entrance. Well done Adelaide
