This place is lit! It offers note things than you could imagine. From fresh fruits and vegetables, to prepared food and daily apparels, you can almost always find them here. Not just that, the prices are reasonably good too!

Vibrant fresh food market with lots of choice & many stalls offering free tastings of unusual cheeses, fruits, salami, etc. Great cafes in and around the market area, close to Gouger Street restaurants.

The adaide central market is full of wonderful food. It still has the old market vibe with fresh produce but also now has eateries. A great place to stockup for a meal with high quality goods.
A foodie must.

Good market with a large selection of fruits, vegetables, meat, dairy items, and general groceries. The market is fairly large in size and is unique in design. In addition, the fruits are fresh and of satisfactory quality. There is also a food court and a Coles supermarket.

Central Markets houses stalls that provide amazing local produce ranging from food, flowers and more! It is a great place to sit down, with a bustling atmosphere that manages to not come across as overwhelming or hectic. In summary, Central Markets is a great place to go.

No place like this in all Adelaide. Everything is fresh, plenty of options and prices. On Saturdays around 1:30 discounts start so it can become very crowded and crazy, but you will get excellent deals.

I love the market. Drive in about once every six weeks to get the odds and sods I can't find in Mt Barker, including mass quantities of popcorn and pinto beans from the grain shop (or whatever their name is now), cheese, speciality cured meats, and of course my beef pho for lunch from the food court. Always find something else to buy that I wasn't planning on.

Went to the central market. So disappointing. Have not been there for a while seems to be less stalls and didn't have the atmosphere that it once had. Found food to be expensive.Overall a very disappointing visit.

You can find anything you want here, just look up the directory before starting out. Dozens of fresh food stalls, smallgoods, butchers, groceries, books, cakes, clothing, pretty much anything you can think of. Makes a great place to get meals in the city or to catch up with friends and family. It can be quite busy so be prepared to wait for your favourite place to go, or plan ahead and get in early before the rush begins. You'll get more food and better quality here than if you shop at any supermarket! Highly recommended

Food!
