Very good place to live I do not say more to the good trainer few words

Addison Park is a diverse community.
Its new management has made great investments
For its residents to feel the comforts of home.
The manicured lawns and open atmosphere
Is inviting to its customers as well as its residents.
They use bright colors in their common
Areas that express professionalism and originality.
Their management is approachable.
The buildings are secure and the night watchman
Provide the added security for sound sleep at night.
They exterminate regularly, I am proud to say I do not
Have to contend with critters in my apartment outside the
The common spider here and there.
They have installed beautiful secure windows and doors,
It has made a great impression on my LG&E.
Although it is not without the added adventures of living in a shared
Community vs a private residence, I am proud to call Addison Park my home.
I m just waiting for them to add free Wi-Fi to their amenities:-)

the new manager does not solve any problem, he always looks angry, as a resident I am not satisfied with this deal, it is not pleasant to go to the office

I just love what I saw. I haven't moved in there yet, but can't wait either.

After my 1st years, I have to say I didn't make a better choice. I love my apartment, it's like a house, huge and with a lot of closets. Yatsay is very nice, and is always there for any concerns, offering the best advice.

I'm Zaida and live in this apartments for almost a year. I really enjoy living here, I like the neighborhood closed to highway and stores, gas station and specially I'm very thankful for the best costumer service I ever had, and that's thank u to Yatsai who help us specially Spanish people to deal with all the issues we could have.

Great group of management. Toi Crawford gave me a tour and was really nice and helpful! Great space, privacy, and safety.

I live in Addison Park apartments for few months and I love it,this is the place I will recommend to all my friends,it is a clean place,safe and close to Bardstown rd one of the main street in Louisville,the staff is very nice,always with smile in their face making guests life more comfortable and if you don't speak English don't worry about it,they have Yatsay there for you.

I recommend the place if you are looking for tranquility, it is super safe and the apartments are super comfortable. Addison Park may be your best choice!

I've been in addison park around 8 month and I don't have any complain about the facility. The apartments are very comfortable and spacious. I love the balcony. All areas are very clean. If you speak Spanish, don't worry, they have staff available that can help you, specialy the lady that work on the desk (Yatsay Oliva), by the way, all employees are very friendly and ready to give solution to any inconvenience. If you are ready to move out, just decided for Addison Park Apartments.

Been here a year now and moving out. Experienced multiple problems throughout our time here. This list is everything that happened to us and I'm sure happened to others as well
that Addison Park will hopefully take into consideration and work on for future residents. Heat broke, bath tub drain didn't close for bathes, air unit broke and when replaced still didn't cool down the small 1 bedroom unit we were in, no outlets in bathroom for blow dryer, fridge kept going out, no counter space, terrible parking, and laundry service did not clean the clothes properly. Lastly the trash system is horrible. 1 dumpster for the entire complex that you must drive to. Some positives were security every night, good price, nice balconys and good storage. Maintence could have been better. With all these problems we did call, but either things were done half ass or took forever. Overall, we were able to make the best of our time here. Hopefully the future of Addison Park will improve by taking into consideration what their residents are saying.

I lived in an apartment here for 2 years. It was Yatsay Torres who sold my roommate and I on this apartment facility, and she continued to be an advocate for us while we lived here. Our apartment had its share of issues throughout our time here, but it was because of Yatsay and her support that we decided to remain.

I have a very bad opinion of this place, bad attention the manager does not solve anything, the lousy maintenance , I do not recommend it apart from face it is a scam

Me and my family always have good time at Addison Park. The place is clean and secured. The Cuban girl at the office is a doll, always happy and helpful. Come and check it out by yourself.

I've been living at Addison Park Apartments for over a year now and I have to say, I absolutely love this place! The apartment itself is very nice and well proportioned, I live in a 2BD/2BA and the master is so spacious everyone who visits is impressed. The people at the front desk are always friendly and every time I've needed something fixed, the maintenance guys are here within 30 minutes! The place is dog friendly and I love how my Blondie has made so many friends already. Overall its a very nice and safe community.

I've been a resident here for the past two years and have nothing but good things to say. The staff here is very friendly and accommodating. Alongside that the apartment itself is wonderful for the price. Very modern and up to date. The complex leading into your room is bright, clean and welcoming. The laundry room in the complex is super handy, and parking is plentiful around the complexes. During the winter you will never be cold, and if you have any problems at all one of the staff members here are more than happy to get it fixed. The location is prime for those who want to be close to the highlands for a low price, along with that you have the expressway right near-by and you can get just about anywhere in no time. Shopping is close, everything from food to clothing you can get in a five mile radius.

With all that being said I'll be signing my less for another year soon. If you have any questions about the complex don't be afraid to give them a call or pop into the main office.

Excellent place to live very cozy very nice in an area where everything is close. Mileidy the girl who speaks Spanish is very good treatment. Unlike the other lady who is not very nice, you call her and she tells you that Mileidy is not even when she knows that she is.

Me and my two roommates have been loving our apartment. We are renewing our lease after a year of occupancy in a very smooth process due to Toi Crawford.

I been living at these apartments for the past 7 months, first of all the receptionist Yasay is very attentive and very helpful with any concerns I have had. The maintenance group is very fast in attending my needs/ request and I am very happy with the security of the apartment ! It's very worthy, very attentive. This is one of the few apartments that I would definitely recommend to anyone!

I have lived here over a year and I enjoy it. It is quiet and they have a park that my kids love. The office staff is nice and quick to fix any problem.

Peaceful and clean are two strong words to describe this community. It s quite, litter free and neighbor friendly. I visit my friends often who live here. My friends rent a 3 bed, 2 bath and it s absolutely adorable, comfortable and perfect for their family, a couple with a 10 month of daughter while pregnant with their second daughter! They sleep in the master bedroom and each daughters will have a room of their own. The kitchen is a decent size with standard appliances. I like how the dining and living room are in an open to each other. Nice size hallway closest for extra storage.

Apartment amenities include (not all units have all) the following: A/C, carpet, ceiling fans, dishwasher & disposal, patio/balcony, large closests, W/D hook ups, window coverings, complete eat kitchen, wood flooring and updated counter tops. Monthly pest control.

Community amenities include the following: a laundry facility, a business center, a courtyard and a playground while obtaining bilingual staff on site. Also, in my opinion, decent parking availability.

Pet friendly to both cats and dogs as long as they are approved first. Limited to 2 per apartment. $250 pet fee + $30/mo, per pet (up to $60/mo.) Not allowed: any aggressive breeds including, but not limited to the following: Dobermans, Pit Bulls, Chows, Akitas, German Shepherds, Rottweilers or any non-domestic dogs or any mix of the breeds. The leasing office has a list of additional breeds not allowed.

Overall, it seems like an excellent place to live. For my case, there s only three downfalls that would cause me to explore other places to consider loving. One, restrictions on pet breeds. Two, rent being on the expensive side. Three, room to improve on maintenance.

Pet breed restrictions I love how my cat would be allowed in my home but (if my significant other wanted to move in with me, our) dog Zeus wouldn t be allowed to live in our home even though he s a amazingly obedient and the biggest sweetheart ever.

Rent for example, my friends apartment (picture 1) is a 3 bed, 2 bath 1300sq.ft. for $939-$1,089/mo. If I was to rent here, I would be the only occupant so a 1 bed, 1 bath (picture 2) would be ideal 600sq.ft. for $650/mo. However, I would need to rent a 2 bed, 1 bath (picture 3: style A) 900sq.ft for $704-$764/mo or a 2 bed, 2 bath (picture 4: style B) 1,100sq.ft. for $739-$829/mo because I want an outside area. Therefore, of the 2 bedrooms, I would prefer style B (2 bath). This would value my privacy while still providing for day and/or over night guest a place to shower, etc., eliminating lines waiting for the restroom. The possible price difference more a per month with choosing style B over style would range from (lowest rent payment) $35 to (highest rent payment) $65. So as for the price for upgrading from style A to B (for the second bathroom) is pretty reasonable. I could afford style B; however, paying $739-$829/mo for solely rent is a bit high on the scale for any sole income. That s $185-$208 each week for rent alone since the only utility included is trash removal.

Maintenance they show up in a timely manner; however, the doors opening up to each stair level needs updating they are falling off the hinges.

Looking past the 3 points I listed that would steer me to look into other living communities, this one is still on the top of my list.

The security of there is very bad shape with people, a few days ago almost overwhelmed one of my children because he is in the car at high speed and I went to give the complaints to the new manager and I still do not know anything about it and when I was talking to him he did not look at me almost to the face as if he ignored me

LaQueita made my move in very easy and took great care of everything to ensure I was completely satisfied. Also, the other staff I have met so far have been amazing. I'm very excited to start living here. My apartment is awesome!

Living at Addison Park has been a great experience. The property is so clean and beautiful, my apartment is updated and I love it. I have never had a maintenance issue and the people at the office are very nice in special the Cuban girl called Yatsay.

Moved into this apartment complex in January of this year and I'm already moving out at the end of August. Let me just start by saying that its completely not worth the money, it's that bad. For one, whoever repainted my apartment did the worst job, random paint spots in places that they weren't suppose to be. My air went out and wasn't fixed for a good 3 months, I couldn't even sleep in my apartment because it was so hot. Which brings me to the staff, I had to go into the office at least 3 times and complain because they just wouldn't get my air fixed, IT WAS AWFUL. The parking sucks. The dumpster placement sucks. There's an extra door you have to unlock just to enter the building, that broke at least twice a month may I add and it was just useless and a hassle. There was always a funky smell on my floor too, which I don't know what that was caused by. But like I said, completely not worth the money!! Even my neighbors have had issues with their apartment, if that tells you anything.

Addison Park has a lot of great things to recommend it. I have lived there almost two years and don't have much to complain about, which tends to be unusual. First and foremost, the price is incredibly affordable, especially for the location and the fact that most utilities are covered (minus electric and cable). The complex is close to Watterson, I-65, and I-64, so it is easy to get almost anywhere in Louisville. It is right off Bardstown Road, which has a ton of shops, bars, restaurants, and other things to do. Wal-Mart and Target are a quarter mile away, and a Costco is opening up close to that area as well. As for the apartments themselves, I barely heard anything out of my neighbors thanks to soundproof walls. The apartments are secured by an outer door that is locked to any non-resident, and there is extra security at night. Anytime I had to request maintenance, they were there within hours or early the next day (and they are all super friendly!).

The only reason I didn't give this complex five stars is because there isn't a lot of counter space in the kitchen, and there is even less space when you consider that there is no dishwasher and you have to find a place for all your dishes to dry. The kitchen is big enough such that I was able to buy a rack on which to put my microwave, utensils, etc. so as to make more room. Also, the apartment has forced air and old heating units, which can be cumbersome in extreme temperatures.

If you have questions, I would ask for Yatsay in the front office. She is extremely helpful and super nice!

Addison Park is very caring! Toi Crawford always responds to my emails within the next day. She remembers who you are and strikes a conversation. The management in general is very friendly and they remember your face and ask how you are! They are very great apartments! I feel safe and secure. The apartments are very spacious, clean and up to date!

Wonderful apartments and their staff is very efficient. I personally recommend Yatsay, she is very professional and kind.

I park more than 100 feet from my building cause the parking is a joke. Further on weekends or holidays. Ac is a window unit, heat is the coil kind that runs along the walls (decades outdated). Trash can overflowing every week. Not the best area but the tenants themselves are decent

Addison Park apartments is one of the best in Louisville. Their apartments are very spacious, a lot of closets, a huge master room, two full bathrooms, balcony. The whole decoration and exterior areas are very nice. Staff of lease office and all employees are very friendly and always available to fix any problem 24/7. Highly recommend this complex if u r looking for a good place to move out!

I've been a tenant at Addison Park for almost 2yrs now and it is a very comfortable place to live. The apartments are clean and well kept. The location is perfect right next to the highway, shopping, etc. I've never had a maintenance issue that wasn't resolved promptly, and the staff is always helpful and courteous. The master bedroom is absolutely amazing with his&hers closets, a full bath, and you can fit any size bed with plenty of room for other furniture - it's that big. With all of the amenities and at a competitive price compared to other places in the neighborhood Addison Park is a great option if renting.

I have lived at Addison Park for two years and would personally recommend to anyone looking for a new residence. The staff have been super friendly and helpful from the start. The maintenance staff respond quickly to any issue and keep the complex very clean and orderly. The complex is closely monitored by security around the clock so residents always feel safe. Also, the rent prices are very competitive and lower than any other apartment that I looked into renting. Overall, I would recommend Addison Park to anyone looking for quality affordable housing.

Modest apartments for a modest price. Smart layout in the two bedroom units. Large master bedroom has two closets and its own bathroom. Quite the steal.

The apartments are well maintained and services usually come same day or the next. Price is reasonable and the 3 bedrooms are enormous!

I love living in here. They are huge and comfy. I feel safety because there is always a patrol control around. Thanks to Yatsay, who is always so sweet and promptly to help, I can get all the information I need in Spanish. I highly recommend them.

I've lived there for over 10 years myself its had its ups and down but i must say I've seen a lot of progression not only in the appearance but the management and maintenance in the way things are done around there it's a great and safe place to raise your family and start a family plus the prices are are affordable the men and women strive to attend all your needs problems and issues with quickness if you don't believe me come check it out for yourself!!

Living at Addison Park Apartments has been great so far into my five months being here. The staff are great and the maintenance guys are good at their job. Yatsay is super cool, go and take a look!!!

Moved into a newly renovated apt which looked good and was very spacious. However we had no phone jack and waited 5 months to get internet service and were never given one. There is only 1 dumpster which is sooo far away. There is never any place to park. The insulation sucks the apt stayed freezing all winter from the cold air coming through the windows. The office manager Tabatha sucks. She avoided me and never returned my calls. Didnt take care of no business. They also stopped the community life team which kept kids out of trouble and pushed there residents away. Theres always a bunch of bad kids running around and playing with dangerous items. Parents that live in this complex care nothing about their kids they let them run around like zoo animals! They raised the rent up sky high after a year and have security guards who stalk u at night. The maintenance staff sucks u have to call 3 times before they send someone out. Also was 5 days late on my rent and they sent a notice saying we were gna get evicted. Not worth the money at all. Much better apts in louisville. Plus the area sucks theres druggies and prostitutes and ppl waiting for u to ask for money at night.

My boyfriend and I were looking all around town for some decent apartments until we came across Addison Park Apartments! The staff is so friendly! Very helpful. They just went under new management and they are doing a great job at making the community a better place and calling it home. :) They are also pet friendly, we have a 50 pound dog and they said he is more than welcome. This is a place where you can call home for awhile.

My building (2161) has a terrible layout. There are no parking spots due to overcrowding so when I get off work at only 10 or 11, everything is full and I have to park in front of another building entirely and walk. The front door is on a hill and a walk away from the lot. It locks for security purposes, but it makes carrying groceries or especially furniture a pain. The doors are always being held open by a rock so people can carry things in and out.

There's no counter space in the kitchen and no drawers. My silverware is in my cabinet and I've had to buy other furniture to store the rest of my glasses and dishes. There's also no outlet in the bathroom so I dry my hair in my bedroom. There is no central air, only a unit in the living room. So only the living room gets cool in the summer and bedroom cooks at night.
My carpet seems to simply be stapled or nailed down. I've had to take a hammer and bend them down because they kept hurting my feet. The carpet in the closet was already loose.

My neighbors are loud. Either people downstairs arguing or yelling at each other. I can hear every word of their arguments downstairs. My next door neighbor in particular has a ludicrous soundsystem that blasts music into my bedroom which is on the other side of my living room. As a musician with a drum set, I never thought I would have to make noise complaints. These soundsystems are bullshit on my days off. Bardstown Road is always full of sirens. The Steak N' Shake I face is usually getting a shipment or dealing with obnoxious customers at a late hour.

The staff have always been friendly and helpful and it's a safe place to live, but after having so many inconveniences and awful neighbors, I'll be happy when I move to my new place.

I had an apartment with 2 rooms, all well distributed, also Yatsai who works in the offices always attended me in everything I need quickly and very friendly

I love the two bedroom two bathroom apartment, big master bedroom with its own bathroom. The location is great. The office staff is nice specially Yatsay Torres, she speaks spanish, she is always available and with excellent attitude.

Addison is amazing, beautiful and quiet. Yatsay helped us to get the apartment, she was very nice and always smiling. It's a good place to live.

Avoid all properties managed by Monarch Investment Group; they are only worried about increasing income. In my experience that has meant cheap repairs/renovations. With this, maintenance has been short staffed for at least six months. There is absolutely zero customer service & little accountability of onsite management. Please research this management company & consider living elsewhere.

Well i have been here 3 years now I guess it is time for a review!! This complex is not like it use to be but still good :) The whole process of leasing had been so smooth and easy considering this was my first apartment. The staf.. some of them are really great and super kind and always smile or start up a conversation, some just have a attitude but whatever... i feel welcomed regardless... The master bedroom has its own bathroom and is super huge!!! But be careful the closet doors will start to fall after a while.. it has fallen twice both times with me getting hit in the head so be careful! *will take 1 or 2 days to get fixed as well since they are so bisy* W/D hookups as well as a laundromat on property, but the laundry is pretty ecpensoce for what your paying for living cost.. and they really don't get your clothes clean... so find a cheaper laundromat...There are small things that sometimes get in the way like the grills could be a little better, there is only one dumpster so i feel for the others that live on the other side, and the parking is a little weied, and the laundromat within the complex really needs some work especially price wise and working condition. But seeing everything for yourself is better than a review!

I love Addison Park Apartments! i have been here for more than one year and have no complaints. Staff are very friendly, especially Yatsay who always greet everybody with a smile and ready to help me with anything that i need. The apartments are very comfortable and spacious.

Moved out on October 31st and have yet to hear word about our security deposit. Everytime that I've tried calling them their response has been "The manager is in training".

I have lived here for 3 yrs and have really loved it. The buildings and grounds are well maintained. Whenever I've had any maintenance issues they have been fixed in a timely manner. The office staff is very friendly and professional.

The entire time I lived at AP I never had a single problem with any of the services they provided. Even before we moved in my dishwasher would not close and I told Yatsay at the main office, and it was fixed before my brought all my stuff in. The AC and heater never stopped working through the summers and winters I lived here. Overall it was a good experience and I would highly recommend living here.

I lived in one of the 2161 Goldsmith units for one year would definitely not recommend this complex to anyone. The space was very nice and comfortable, however the management is terrible. In the course of one year:

1) Maintenance would not respond to any requests unless the management was contacted directly. I sent multiple simple requests that went unanswered for nearly a month.

2) I spent 4 months of the winter with no control over my thermostat. Once again, I had to contact management multiple times and the problem was never fixed. The heat had to be turned on and off manually from outside the unit and was either 90 degrees or 57 degrees depending on the day. That is not an exaggeration, I sent photos of the thermometer to the maintenance. The response was to give me a small (useless) space heater and day we re working on it .

3) My car was towed without my permission or knowing so they could replace the parking lot. When I threatened to send them a bill for any damages, they claimed that a notice was placed on the door. There was never a notice for that date on my door, any exterior doors, or in my mailbox.

4) They are currently claiming that I owe rent for a 13th month after being moved out well before my 12 month date because the move out is the 31st of whatever month you move in . I moved in last year on August 4th, so they are claiming that my move-out isn t until August 31st even though my hand-signed lease says the 3rd.

TL;DR - Do not lease from this complex. They will ignore you, unjustly (without right or permission) tow your personal property, and try to rob you.

To save you the trouble I went through, don't apply online. Call them first and know the prices from start.......
My bad story :::::: prices that are posted on their website does not reflect the actual cost of rent.

I just had a bad day with the management. I applied online for 1 bedroom 1 bath for $650 on their website as listed for a 6 month lease and completed the application with all required fees.
I call them around 11 am the day I completed the application, and I was told that it's not gonna be $650 but it will cost now $720/month for the rent. So, I didn't mind the price of $720/month for the rent with utilities included. so I agreed to this price.
Then I got a call for a new offer, first month free and the rest at $740/month and again I agreed to this one offer too. Then few hours later I got a call again, but this time I was told that the offer doesn't stand anymore because it's only for 12 month lease. On my application, the lease I applied was for 6 months and they knew it. They said if I were to sign for a six month lease now I will have to add another $100 in addition to my last offer. meaning I will have to pay now $840/month for rent.
I was just confused that it went from what was listed as $650 now it's gonna be $840.....
Just wasted my time, after spending time applying, then paying, and them pulling my credit (which now is an inquiry), and then the fees that I paid now is gonna take another 1 to 2 weeks to be mailed to me as I was told.

I wanted to get an apartment here, but I just couldn't understand why all this while my application exactly shows what I was looking for and for how long.

UPDATE THE WEBSITE SO U DON'T WASTE PEOPLE'S PRECIOUS TIME.

A month ago I have a water leak in my apartment and they have not fixed it, very bad maintenance service,

The pictures explains it, management won't do anything about it.

Had a mostly good experience living here for 13 months. My apt was just renovated with new appliances, mantainence came fairly quickly, usually within the week. The area can be pretty sketchy at times. My only qualms were with getting incorrect information from an employee when I wanted to move out. I was told I could not end the lease mid-month and pay a pro-rated rate. I later discovered she was mistaken and that I could have done this. I recommend talking only with a manager when dealing with important topics like this. Eric was fantastic, 98% of my experience with the staff was very pleasant. I'd live here again.

The property looks great, clean, pretty good in general. I would like more space in my kitchen but i can handle it. Yatsay is very helpful, kind and with a good mood. Ill recommended for sure

Living here has been a joy. I have always felt safe in the location, and the staff for the complex are all very nice and helpful. The apartments themselves are very nice and spacious, and they are in an extremely convenient location - very close to malls and grocery stores while still being a very short drive from downtown.

I have lived for almost four years on this property. Yatsay, in my opinion, is the best employee we have dealt with here. She is always smiling, always friendly, always with the best ability to help us and solve our problems. I have seen her treat people interested in apartments and she is always professional and friendly. He also speaks both languages very well: English and Spanish.

Addison is a beautiful property. I just moved here and I have no complaints.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The management is horrible, lazy and incompetent. Firstly, me & my roommates dishwasher broke down, we called the maintenance guy to fix it three times and every single time he half did the job and our dishwasher NEVER got fixed. Secondly, the towel rack in the master bathroom never got fixed as well despite me & my roommate calling multiple times to get it fixed. Thirdly, our heat went out THREE times!!! I had to stay & work from home and it literally took severely hours and three men to fix my heat. Fourthly, their website is show janky. Their website couldn t recognize my bank account, no one reached out to me to let me know there was an issue and my roommate & I ending up paying an $175 fee for their mistake. Fifthly, as I m typing this, I am trying to return my keys from me moving out and of course their workers are not here during office hours. I am trying to avoid paying any fees but there is literally no one here for me to drop my keys off to. Mind you, this is the THIRD TIME, I came here today and I have a lot to do as far as unpacking and getting my new place together. I wouldn t recommend a dog to live here. The management & the workers are terrible. Save yourselves time and money. This place is absolutely not worth it.

One of the things about Addison Park that i like most it is the location, near to Bardstown Rd, so I have the entrance to the highway, my bank, Walmart, Kroger, good places to have dinner and good snack bar. They provide security at nights, very clean and maintenance service is excellent. I'm thinking stay here longer.

It is the best place to live, the quality of the apartments is wonderful, the environment is the best. The attention is unique. Very happy with the office staff especially with yatsay that is a love.

I cant wait to move out! Roaches in the hallway and common area and backed up septic tank in the one bedroom!

1. Management is rude and unhelpful. They only care about getting their money.
2. Things never get fixed ! You can put in multiple request and noone will every come. If they do come, it will not get fixed properly. My refrigerator went out I called and filled out a online request no one ever came. Thank God it was just the outlet and my food did not go bad
3. Invested with bugs crawling down from upstairs. No one ever came to spray.
4. Half of the washers and dryers do not work.
5. Not Safe!!! Homeless man sleeping in the laundry room multiple times. I caught teenagers going through people's car.

We loved Addison Park Apartment, the staff is very professional and Yatsay Torres is the best person in the staff. She is very friendly to any situation that one is present.

I've lived here for more than a year and a half and have no complaints. The staff are friendly and helpful; I've dealt with Yetsi and Toy on a number of occasions and they are both great.

the condom have a very nice apparent , also the apartments have enough space , most of them even with hooks for water and dryer. Yatsay helped me to get my apartment in a timely manner; she is always in a good mood. I will highly recommended.

Excellent service mainly from those who work in the office and from Mrs. Amigo who always very kindly attends us and helps us solve any problem that arises.

Went for a showing and the staff was so rude. Didn t to me speak the entire time they were both on their phones and just talking to each other; pretty much told me nothing at all about the apartment when I look at it. It s definitely not worth the price and by the impression I got from the staff I could tell there d be issues if I needed to get anything fixed. I wouldn t recommend moving there at all.

After living at the Addison Park apartments for two years me and my roommates can say that we are fully satisfied with the complex. Louisville being the rough town that it is we have never experienced any security issues due to having reliable personnel insuring our safety. While most apartment complexes typically experience issues with heating, water and electrical systems; during our stay we have had adequate use of our utilities and electrics.
The staff are friendly, the neighbors are consistent and typically stand up individuals and the community has easy access to Bardstown road in Addison Park's convenient locale.

I've been living here since June and I love it !! The apartments are nice and the area is quiet. The office staff is so nice. Especially Toi she's helped me from the day I moved in until now. I would defientely recommend moving here.

Worst place ever. I lived there a year and had a lot of maintenance issues, finally my lease expired and moved out in January. I m still waiting for my deposit they send me the wrong amount, called the office several ocassions and they never have an answer for me. Called the management company and they don t answer the phone. Don t move here.

The property is beautifully landscaped, it's secured, with a great location and peaceful. My apartment is completely renovated and beautiful. I love the wall colors, the bathroom vanity, the kitchen cabinets, and my large living room. There's a lady at the office called Yatsay, who helped me from day one; I can't complaint. The deserve 20 stars but Google just offers 5...
