Lived there for a year, worst apartment I ve lived at yet!!! The rent was 1000 and they don t even clean the apartment grounds!!! The garbage is always full and people just dump their trash on the road !! The manager doesn t care about anybody but herself and is extremely rude.
Those apartments are awesome, i have recommended it to a lot of friends, is a clean, quite, and safe condom. we even have a security staff at nights. the maintenance service comes right away whenever need it.
Its a Spanish speakers friendly neighborhood, so if you have struggles with the English, just ask for Yatsay and she will help you right away as much as she can. she really saved my live because i was about to and my previous contract and have no place were to move and she saw me stressed out and put all her effort to help me.

DO NOT MOVE HERE The only reason people have written 5 stars is because if they don't they will get thrown out . I had written a bad review in the past and was threatened to be sued . No one in the whole place seems to speak any English . We have never in our lives have expierenced bugs and mold but after the people upstairs moved in , it went to pot . A backpack , bike and volleyball was stolen off my porch . People are always asking for money from the budgetell across the street , and they are there to make a dime off the poor . The people are very rude and disrespectful. Never a place to park and people's cars get vandalized or blown up (don't let me start) . Community life was thrown out and now kids run around stealing and throwing trash . They claim we owe money to them even though we moved out by July 1st and tried to charge us more rent for not even living there and they Harras my parents and me with letters , calls and voicemails . Always partying going on and people knock on windows at all hours of the night . Please ! I'm sure they are reading my review now and is writing a nasty email claiming they will sue my pants off !! Only people in the wrong start yelling sue . Don't move here that's all I'm asking , their are better places in Detroit or st.louis
The new manager is super rude with the residents. She does not how to deal with us when we have a problem. I have met two residents who had a very bad experience with her. Who chose it?

Since we moved we feel very calm, the attention of the girl in the office is spectacular, I recommend them, always helps everyone. The apartments are super comfortable.

Hello!! Here I leave you in the conditions that the Addison Park condo is in !! A place where the rent is almost 1000 dollars, it is disgusting, unhygienic, they charge you for the smallest thing, the attention of the manager is lousy !!! Don't move in !!! There are vastly better places for the same price, and my husband had his car window broken to try to steal. Cheers!!!

I love Addison Park. I just renewed my lease this month. The staff is great. Ive never had any problems. When i first moved in my car was broken into and I reported it and a week later they had hired security and i haven't had a problem since. The maintenance man is great. I've only had a few problems in my apt and they were fixed within a few days. Im not a fan of the security doors but they do add extra protection. Only thing i dislike is the dumpster issue. They only have 1 dumpster and so you have to put your trash in your car and drive it around. Other than that my stay at Addison Park has been Great!!!
It is the worst place I have ever lived apart from the fact that it is expensive, the service is lousy, the maintenance service is a disaster, more than a month ago I made a report of several problems that I have and they have not condescended to come. so I do not recommend this place to any tenants, it is a total disrespect
This place is amazing, quiet and secured. Perfect location for going to any where, dont miss it, i will highly recomended, dont be nervous if you dont speak English because Yatsay will help you out.
Living in a one bedroom apartament for a frente months ando igual complaint aborto italiano. We have a security guard from 10 to 6am. If you need spanish speaking, Yatsay Will help you, do not miss Out!!!

Do not go to live there on July 7, the maintenance staff arrived at my apartment and in the living room they opened a huge egg in the wall and they ran my furniture and they put a nylon on it, today is August 25 and the hole in the wall follows that It is an invasion of your tranquility and privacy, I cannot invite anyone to my house.
Worst place to live!...management was very incompetent and maintenance never knew what they were doing. Don t ask them to fix something because doing that was like pulling teeth. All around staff was rude and for the price you can definitely find another complex that is better than Addison park
We love the space we have, really appreciate how great the soundproofing is, and it's in a great location! We're glad to be here!
My opinion about Addison Park Apartments in the short time I have in them is that it meets the necessary comforts that a person must have to feel at ease with the services provided, since they are fulfilled as reflected in the contract. I would also like to mention the very good attention provided by both the office and maintenance staff, thus giving a quick and efficient response to any concerns that a tenant residing in that place presents. Many thanks to all the employees of Addison Park Apartments for doing It is possible that my family and I feel comfortable in this cozy place.
Addison Park has one of the best locations, very quiet and safe. I have a very good opinion of this place! Mileidis is always willing to help, she is very kind. I recommend it.
