Always quick and friendly service. I have dealt with other dealerships and as soon as I buy my car the service changes...not for the better...that is NOT THE CASE with Adams. They are so polite and knowledgeable!

Absolutely the worst Service Department. I owned GMC / Buick SUV and car for many years and been around GMC dealers throughout Baltimore and Harford County and this by far was the worst I encountered. Their Service Dept. had no Customer Service & Communication skills, arrogant and immature. I would warn my friends and fellow Veterans to just take their business somewhere else. This was not the very first time they upset me. This day I had enough and I will never set my foot there again.
I would highly recommend friends and family to visit Adams Chevrolet in Havre de Grace, MD for leasing or purchasing a car. My most recent visit to Adams Chevrolet was to turn in my leased Malibu and lease another vehicle, this time the Equinox. The entire Staff is extremely friendly and professional, but most in particular are Timothy Hoskins and Jesse Pullen. They both spent a great deal of time with me ensuring that the new vehicle I leased was best for my needs and that the financial numbers worked. I was not pressured at all and they were patient, friendly, extremely knowledgeable about their inventory and truly a pleasure to do business with. After leaving the dealership with a new lease written up, I changed my mind on a couple of items and went back the next day hoping I could "upgrade" my vehicle model; but I know they would have to cancel the current lease and prepare a new one. Again, Timothy was 100 percent confident that we "can do this", and stated that they want to keep their customers happy and that's what matters most. We re-worked the numbers, wrote a new lease and I drove home with a new vechicle completely happy. I would like Timothy Hoskins to be recognized for his great salesmanship, professionalism and courtesy; he truly went above and beyond for me!

Car dealers are sneaky, but this company surpasses that. They will lie to your face about everything they can to get that pay check. If you're going to finance do NOT deal with Herb, he will tell you certain items and warranties are required, but after checking with the bank they are not. Young people do not go alone, they will try to take advantage of you.

My Chevrolet Cruze was running rough when I took it in but smooth as butter after the service department did its repairs. Service advisor Zach was clear in his explanations and didn't try to upsell me. All parts were in stock which made the repairs more timely. Have moved my business from another local Chevrolet dealer to Adams because I am consistently pleased with their customer service and professionalism. High diagnostic fee makes minor jobs cost prohibitive, but their trustworthy and dependable nature makes it worth your while for larger jobs.
Salesman was the only good thing about the experience and that's because he was cute.

I leased a 2016 Chevrolet Equinox back in February of 2016. I thought I received the best service then, but it only got better. I kept getting my regular maintenance done at Adams with their awesome service manager. I would just drop off my keys and they would take care of the rest. My lease just ended and went to go check out a new Traverse. I dealt with Brian on Saturday to get the one I wanted, but they didn t have it in stock. Brian swapped another store for the one that I wanted and I was able to pick it up today. I cannot express how wonderful the service I received at Adams. Both Todd and Ron Adams were there as well to make sure that I was taken care of and happy with my purchase. I am a forever customer of Adams Chevrolet.
Tim made the car buying process quick and painless. He helped me pick out the vehicle I could afford and what I wanted, and within a couple hours, I was out the door w/ new equinox. Everyone of the staff that I dealt with was helpful and quick to answer any questions. I will, without a doubt, buy another vehicle from here!

I have a brand new 2020 vehicle, twice I was unable to start the car and twice I was told, if we don't get a code, we can't fix it. I do not fault the service managers they were very kind. I fault GM - there is a serious problem with these vehicles, many people on the internet are having the exact same problem. GM needs to address this issue.
Kenny is a true professional and he takes the time to listen and resolve my concerns. I understand that with a new model year vehicle, it takes time to work out the kinks and Kenny and your parts manager ensured I was kept in the loop throughout the process.

My husband and I (along with our dog, Freckles) we re moving from NY to Fl. We were each driving our own cars which were packed to capacity with our belongings, when my engine blew on the interstate. I pulled off in Perryville, MD. Once the worst was confirmed with the mechanics, we asked for a reputable car dealership. They sent us to Adams Chevrolet, which is when Tim Hoskins and the team at Adams entered the picture. Thank God.
These kind, honest, supportive men truly guided us through a very upsetting and unpredicted experience and we ended up feeling like we actually got LUCKY!! We bought a 2020 Chevy Equinox and could not feel better about the purchase or the process. Tim was incredibly supportive and he bent over backwards to do and find anything that could help us. They even let Freckles come inside because there was a thunderstorm and he was scared.

I bought a 2014 Chevy Spark last July. The price on Adams website listed it as $11K. The salesman, Derek (I believe he is at the Jeep dealership now) informed us it is actually $13K before tags and title, because the internet manager "has" to list it lower than their competitors. He proceeded to complain about the internet manager and how he hates how they run the website. Regardless, Adams would still be the cheapest around so I bought the vehicle.
Around December, General Motors sent me a letter in the mail regarding a recall on my hood latch. I called Adams, they informed me they did not have the parts and would call back as soon as they did. A few weeks go by and I heard nothing. I called once again, and they all of a sudden have the parts. I take my car in, and when they give me the invoice at the end, they fixed two other recalls. Two recalls I was never informed about.
A few months ago, I went to ask about my warranties. Since Derek is no longer at the dealership, I asked another salesman. No one introduces themselves here, but looking at the website, his name is Jake. I asked him what was covered with my vehicle, and he listed off three things, all with different milage and dates. I asked him if he could write that down for me, he said there was no paperwork he could give me on it. I asked him once more if he could take a piece of paper, or even a sticky note, and write that down for me. He refused and ended the conversation with me.
About two weeks ago, I took my car in because my rear, driver side tire was making a noise whenever I drove and it was progressively getting worse. I waited about half an hour when the gentleman who took my car back (once again, no one introduces themselves, I don't know his name and his picture is not on the website) assured me that my car is "110% safe to drive". I live by Adams but I work in Canton, so I drive 60+ miles everyday. I pull up to work one day and my tire is making a loud, banging noise that I can hear over my music and the wind on I-95. My car is pulling and I do not feel safe to drive it. I had to leave my car at work overnight so my boss could take it to a shop he does business with the next morning. The new shop confirmed it was that rear tire and that my tire was loose and about to fly off. He said it was a good thing I didn't drive home. He also said that any mechanic, when presented with a tire issue, should look for something like this, and it was easy to find if you just shake the tire. Shaking the tire takes two seconds, so I don't understand why that was not caught in the 30-some minutes I spent at Adams. So I had to pay for my tire to get screwed in because Adams neglected to do it. I went Saturday and spoke to the assistant manager who said he couldn't do anything. He took down my number and said the service manager would call me Monday when he came in. I did not hear back, so I drove to Adams today. Joe, who also did not introduce himself, was short and came across very rude. I got a half-assed apology and a reimbursement check. He handed me the check and went straight to his phone, ended the conversation. I am very curious if I'd be getting the same rude and negligent service if I drove home that night and my tire flew off into someone's windshield or I spun out. That's a huge safety issue and no one seems to care at all. Thank goodness no one was injured but it very well could have caused an accident. I don't care about the money, I'm concerned as to why they don't care about these safety hazards.
Thankfully my warranty is good at any Chevy dealership as I will not be taking my car there ever again, for my safety, as well as everyone else's on the road.
Cheats and Swindlers.
I hope someone sues them over their deceptive methods. Don't tell people they have won something, confirm it over phone, and when they show up say "No sorry, you didn't". Such a waste of time. You lost a customer for life!
This is not my first experience buying a car but definitely was the best one so far. Staff and service they provide is impeccable. Very professional dealership. Brain Harvey is great sales person, huge knowledge about pickup trucks. He puts 100% into his clients. Me and my wife are very satisfied. I live 150 miles away but my first contact with Jesse via email made me make the trip and when I showed up Brian made sure all the process of getting my new car went very smoothly. I highly recommend those guys.

From there he introduced us to Brandon Christian, who was very knowledgable, friendly, and made the whole experience very calming and easy. We felt so relaxed, which made it easier for us to ultimately make our decision. I went to adams chevrolet with my husband and left with two new cars. My salesmen Tom Penn was very courteous and professional and was not pushy at all. The finance manager Ron Banning was very helpful and clearly explained all our finance options to us. I will recommend Adams to all my friends and family. Also,the entire dealership has been recently renovated and looks great. I srongly suggest if you are in the market for a new car you visit Tom Penn at Adams Chevrolet.

Dropped off my car for a oil change and was greeted by a nice young man (Zach Silverman). Had some very nice words before departed for work. A few hours later Zach called and said my car was ready. I came in after work and again was greeted by Zach. Paid my bill and Zach said I ll get your car and pull in up front. Wow, he pulled it up and off I went. Very nice to have such good service from a well mannered young man. Thanks Zach. I ll be back for service with my Escalade as well.
Very poor service. I just called and spoke with service advisor Kenny regarding getting work done to 1988 Chevy P30. His response we normally dont service vehicles of that age group. My response even though it was built by Chevy. I further explained just wanted to get brakes and rotors for vehicle and his response I dont even know if I could get the parts which was outrageous response to provide to new potential customers. Furthermore I was going to be going to the dealership to purchase new Chevy pickup truck for my business. Not at all now. They need to have class on providing customer service. I'm just puzzled maybe they dont need the business

I went to the promotional giveaway. I will never do that again. They would not give me the price for a car or asked if I wanted to pay cash. They wanted me to finance the car and would not give me the cost so I would know how much the monthly payments Wil be.it was very high pressure. I went to another dealer. The cost of 2017 cruise with 19,,000 mles was 14,500. I also got car fax and written details of car.what a difference.
I'm not one to write reviews or compliment/complain. To begin with just doing a good job is what is expected. But let me give you a little story. My wife backed my new Chevy truck into a light pole. The pole won, cracking my tail light. I took the truck to Adams, where Joe Alampi did a quick search to find the most economical replacement. Bought and installed no problem. But upon the return it was noticed that the tailgate now caught because the corner had also been pushed in slightly. So I brought my truck back in and Joe pondered on how to fix the problem. Fearing the worst my wife, the culprit in the story, started collecting her lunch money to pay for the damage. Next day I get a call, truck fixed, no charge! Aside from the fine work done originally Adams Chevrolet had every right to charge for the work but decided otherwise. Needless to say my wife did the happy dance, as did I. Whenever you have an issue with GM vehicle I highly suggest Adams in Havre de Grace. Ron, if your listening, you got a great crew and new fancy showroom/ service area to go with them.
Justin Gryzbowski and Jessie Pullen at Adams Chevrolet are fantastic! My father had been looking for a newer (used) Chevy Colorado for months, but was unable to find one that met his needs. After an accident that totaled his current truck, the pressure to find a newer truck was on. We searched for a few days and we had finally found the Chevy Colorado that was perfect! However, the truck was located in Maryland and we live in upstate New York. Although I was somewhat worried, Jessie and Justin were extremely helpful. They put the truck on the lift and took several pictures so we could see the underneath of the truck before making the 6 hour drive. They provided a Carfax and responded to emails and texts promptly. Upon arrival at the dealership, my father took the truck for a quick test drive and then signed all of the required paperwork. I was thankful Justin had all of the documents ready and we were able to complete the whole process in 20 minutes. The truck was exactly as they said and we had no surprises. I do not particularly like buying vehicles from a dealership, but, I have to say after working with Justin and Jessie, I would consider purchasing future vehicles from Adams Chevrolet in the future.

Been here twice, but won't go again. Seems aged and unkempt. Salesmen are a bit shady and I felt uncomfortable. No 2020 Corvette for me due to overpriced options.

Love Adams! Went to get truck worked on knowing it was gonna be a 5 hour job and I'll be their awhile. But as soon as I gave them the keys, they offered a ride home so I wouldn't have to wait at the dealer. 5 hours later my truck was done, under the quoted cost of repairs and I couldn't be happier!
Tim tried to get me the exact vehicle I wanted but when he was unable to do so him and Chris worked with me and got me in a comparable vehicle with more incentives and a better price!
Oil change no appointment needed. Drive inside drop off or wait. 30 minutes at the most.

This family owned business is great. The sales people are not pushy, I just bought my first new 2018 Trax LT from them. I was driving a 2001 Town and Country van so I did not know how the new stuff worked. Nick the salesman and Chris the sales manager took time to explain everything to me. My husband and I have a 2011 Chevy Camaro with under 4000 miles on it. We bought it new at Adams in Sept of 2010. This was our second required service at the dealership. We noticed that the sales staff and the look of the dealership has completely changed since our last visit. We were disappointed and puzzled to not see one familiar face. The staff was very helpful, though, and the service to our vehicle was better than our last experience.
My parents are always buying new cars. Adams has a great selection and very nice employees. That's why my dad goes there every year to buy a new truck!

I recently purchased a new Impala from Adam's Chevrolet. The experience was the best I've had dealing with sales and management. They offered me the extra warranties and other products available but did not try to force me into purchasing them as was my experience with other dealers. I have been using Adam's service dept for several years prior to my purchase and have always been treated respectfully and fairly. I highly recommend Adams if you are in the market for purchase or service of a vehicle.

Today I went to Adam s service department to have a Change Transmission Fluid warning notice reset. I went to several transmission centers, and to a few dealerships, asking if they could reset the warning notice. I was told we can t do it. I was told to schedule a appointment and be charged anywhere between $60-129.00. I stopped by Adams. The service manager asked to see the car and check the notice for himself. My car was a 2009 Saturn. He took the car into the service bay. To make a long story short they fixed the issue in less than 20 minutes. On the house. I can t thank them enough. This small act of kindness is a welcomed event. I would trust this service department with my regular maintenance and any major repairs.
I bought a certified pre owned HHR from Adams Chevrolet and my salesman was Tim Guptill and I must say he went beyond the call of the duty, this was a very long process but he hung in there even after he got the sale to make sure all my documentation was correct and I would recommend anyone to buy a car from him, got a good deal, good amount for my trade, so far the car is running good, everything is taken care of now= happy customer.

The purchase of any vehicles is horrible,They are always trying to screw you. I got screwed two years ago at Adams in fallston and tried to give them a second chance at another location for a new vehicle instead of a used one.......... big mistake. To hell with these crooks.
