I have bought and owned many Chevys. Last year I was in the market for a new suv for my wife. I live in the Philadelphia area with plenty of dealers around me. After shopping around and not happy with the deals I looked a little outside my area. I came across Adams Chevrolet. They had a Tahoe on the lot that we like so I gave them a call. I got a salesman by the name of Bryan Greenwell on the phone. He was more than helpful and super nice. He did not try to pressure me into buying a truck in anyway. Which I loved. After talking to him I decide to take a drive to check it out. I showed up a hour before they close. Thats all the time I needed. The deal he gave me was unbeatable. I bought the truck that night and drove it home. A year later I have since returned and purchased a 2016 Silverado crew cab. I highly recommend purchasing from Adams.

The experience I had with Adams Chevrolet was great. I got a chance to talk with Mr. Ron Adams the owner himself. Told him what I was looking for and his team of knowledgeable people help me to a 2014 Chevy Tahoe LT, with low mileage, leather seats, Bose sound system, DVD player, back-up camera and more. Mr. Tom Penn, the product specialist, very friendly, polite and ready to help anyway he could to make sure I got to take the car home, and I did. It was a good day to sell a car and a good day to buy a car. Every one was ....HAPPY!!!

Hope to do business again when the time is right. Good people, clean dealers ship and a very good stock of cars to look at.

Very happy with this dealership. Being new to the area and only bringing my Silverado to dealerships I was nervous about being just as satisfied as my old dealership. Nick the service associate was great, had my vehicle looked over and offered me some different options after $2000.00 of much needed service work I did walk out happy, what a noticeable difference. Truck handled like a dream.

We own a leasing company in Oklahoma had a client with a 2500HD diesel go down on job In Belcamp, every other dealer said it would be the next week before it could even be looked at. Called here, got Service advisor Kenny, he said it was a busy week but would do his best to get it in. Not only did he get the truck worked in but had us fixed up and ready to go in 2 days!!! He was on top of his communication too, called me at every turn, never had to call him to find out what was going on. I deal with numerous service departments crossing all makes and models and he was by far one of the best and easiest to work with service advisors I ever had the pleasure to work with. Absolutely great service.

I have brought my car to Adam's for all maintenance since I bought it, sometimes I have been very satisfied with the results and sometimes I wish I had taken the car closer to my home. Overall I guess they do a good job but they are kind of expensive.

Showed up at 7:30 pm on Valentine's Day and they closed at 8:00. Purchased a beautiful truck and planned on coming back another day to finalize everything. My salesman Tim said he could send me home with truck i purchased. Staff helped getting my belongings from my trade in vehicle while i met with finance guy. Had me on my way in a short amount of time. Thanks for staying past closing time to seal the deal

The service is always done when have to be done. The sales man TOM is very friendly and is always available for you service no matter tbe time. The several time I have a recall for some maintenance is done earlier. They told me 40mins and they done everything in 20mins.
The only reason that I don't have 5 Stars. Is because one of the manager is no very helpful when you buy a car. So he will not help you to get a lower price.

They charged me a refundable $50 fee to my credit card before i could test driving a vehicle. I didn't buy it and they refused to refund my money. Fought them tooth and nail with negative results. I'll never step foot in this place again.

I brought my new Traverse in today to have a hitch installed. Joe Alampi was my service rep and was helpful and courteous. Along with the hitch installment, they buffed out a scratch and did a 30 day vehicle inspection. They did the work while I waited and finished in a timely fashion. Adam's Chevrolet is a great dealership to work with.

Purchased my '19 Colorado Z71 today. Salesman, Nick, was outstanding. Attentive and constantly checked on progress from start to finish. All involved with the sale and finance were fantastic. If I had an issue it was with the prep/detail group as it took them almost two hours to wash and dry the vehicle and that was only after Nick went out and got on their case.
I'll definitely consider Adams for our next new car purchase.

I took my Chevy Equinox to Adams Chevrolet and the service was OUTSTANDING. Mike in the service department and the rest of the team quickly diagnosed the my car as having a engine warranty problem and estimated the repairs to take 3-5 days. They put me in a rental and went to work on my car. To my surprise, the next day Mike in service called and told me the work was done! My Equinox now drives it just came off the showroom floor.

Scott from parts went out of his way to help me get this ordered, then change ordered, then delivered and installed in a timely manner to support my travel schedule. He also provided excellent assistance on a couple of other items. Please give Scott in parts a big attaboy (and a beer) from me! Gina also helped on checkout and payment and I appreciate her help! The tonneau top looks excellent installed and exceeds what I anticipated. Service provided a great demo. Great service again!

Internet sales manager and salesman were very nice, polite and helpful. But BUYER BEWARE!! Purchased a used Camaro ZL1 less than 30 days ago, had Wide Open Throttle issues which consisted of high rpm hesitation and rev limiter engagement, not allowing the next gear change (auto trans). I live 117+ miles away from dealership, so once I returned home I had sent the car to my trusted GM Performance Specialist to review found issues. $1200 dollars later, the TCM was corrected to fix rev limiter issue and the ECM was corrected after it was found that the Catalytic Converters were causing an overboosting condition. Car was 30oz low on intercooler fluid, and the engine oil was 1qt overfilled. Car came with a 30 day warranty on all parts and labor. Spoke to the Service Manager Joe who from the start of the conversation was nothing but rude. Mocked me for not knowing the car had certain Warranties that were still valid. (Which when I got upset, he said he would void them in the system). You would think I would have been told about existing warranties at time of purchase. Joe says he spoke with the Owners of the Dealership and they don t want to take any responsibility for the issues with the car (never even called the shop that did the work). I never took the car to a local dealership because I was led to believe that if it wasn t gonna b corrected at Adams Chevy that you were out of luck and nothing would be covered. I was as fair as I could be with them stating that I would accept partial responsibility of the bill since I chose my shop of choice. Still, they take no responsibility for a large amount of problems that I believe they knew of ahead of time. I WOULD SUGGEST TO NEVER SERVICE OR BUY A CAR FROM ADAMS CHEVROLET. ESPECIALLY A PERFORMANCE CAR. BUYER BEWARE!!!

My son, myself, and my husband test drove a car from here, my son wanted to purchase the car but the tire light was lit on the dash. The sales man told my husband that it would be taken care of. My son went ahead and purchased the car, and was told to call to make an appt to bring it in to have the tire light issue taken care of. Tuesday, my son takes the car to the shop, drops it off and receives a call later that day that the tires have no sensors in them and it would cost about $600.00 to repair. Adams refused to correct the issue and after my husband spoke of returning the car, they agreed to pay 1/2 the cost to repair it. I don't believe this is fair, we would not have let him purchase the car knowing that Adams was going to back out of the agreement and not repair it. I will not throw names out here, I just wanted to share our experience. This will be out last experience here as well.

I was 435 miles from home and Jerry (service advisor) had my 2003 Chev Avalanche repaired and got me back on the road in less than 2 hours. They also took me to lunch. Everyone was very friendly. If you live in this area and have a GM product I highly recommend Adams Chevrolet and Jerry for all your service needs. Thanks Jerry! My family and I made it back to Fayetteville NC safe and sound. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. This was my first time buying a car by myself. I live about an hour and a half away from the dealership and when I found the 2015 Jeep wrangler I wanted at their dealership I reached out and told them I wanted to come test drive it but I live far away. I thought I would make it by 6:30 PM as they close at 8:00 PM and I ended up not getting there until 7:10 and I felt bad being late but they still took their time with me and were absolutely amazing. I had already filled out the online application and when I arrived they had all my paper work done and ready after I test drove. I would just like to name the handful of people that helped me because they were absolutely amazing, Jesse Pullen, Brian Harvey, RIch Meyers and Justin Grzybowski. Thank you all SO much for such a wonderful experience buying my first car.

My app't was for a Oil change and tire rotation. When Kenny could not find the key for removing my tires, I was extremely upset and that I would never have any reason to even remove from my glove box! I left there in hopes that he could find key. Apparently the last time I had tire rotation, the gentlemen did not return to my glove box. Well when I arrived home I had already been notified by Kenny saying that he found !!!!! and I then rescheduled another app't. I returned to have my tire rotation complete. He was my hero for the day. Kudos to Kenny. I wont let anyone touch my vehicle other than Adams. Thank you for your GREAT service. My hubby and I tell everyone about it.

My experience with Adams Chevrolet in Havre De Grace, MD was horrible. I will never purchase another vehicle from this place again, the have lost my business for good.

I purchased a 2011 Chevrolet Suburban with 98,000 miles on it for $30,000. To say the least the service was bad, the financial guy was bad, and I feel like i purchased a Lemon I've had nothing but problems since I purchased it and it also came not fully inspected. My wife and I had a terrible experience buying our first car at Adams Chevrolet. We came here after having read all the great reviews, and were initially glad to have settled on an economy car that fit our limited budget. Everything went smoothly, until we handed them our money. We were given an assurance by the salesman that all our paperwork was up to date and that we d be able to register the car the following day (this was very important to us since we live out of state and were about to travel cross-country). The next day we found out that the dealership had withheld the title from us, and that we therefore couldn t register the car. Shortly after speaking to the salesperson who apologized to me on the phone, the manager Monty Wells called me back and berated me for accusing the dealership of being at fault. He screamed at me over the phone for five minutes, insulted me and accused me of lying on numerous occasions before hanging up on me. I found myself in a very stressful situation and Monty was in no way willing to help or acknowledge any error. I was utterly shocked. Despite having paid them around $10,000 just 12 hours prior, I sat there being treated like a lowlife, feeling taken advantage of and feeling helpless at the fact that I didn t have access to the most important vehicle document which I should have received when we bought the car. I tried to call back on numerous occasions but no one answered, and when they did they purposely hung up on me. They were blunt about not wanting to speak with me, and ultimately they forced us to wait weeks to receive our title, without any type of formal apology. While their mistake could have been forgiven had they tried to remedy the situation, the manager really left me with a disgusting feeling in my stomach. My wife and I were left mad at ourselves for trusting this dealership, and ultimately it was clear to us that because we could only afford a car at the low end of the range, this establishment had no respect for us. As first-time car buyers our experience couldn t have been worse. We came away extremely disappointed and feeling taken advantage of.

The moment I walked in I was greeted by Jerry at the service desk to the time I left to pay Megan I received exceptional customer service. Even Scott in parts made sure I had received the best quality parts. Will continue to recommend to friends and family.

Disappointed with my most recent visit, especially because its the second visit for the same issue and the only answer I get is "we cannot duplicate the problem". My air conditioner does not always blow cold air, nor did my heater always blow warm air in the winter. Very frustrating - clearly it does not blow cold air like it did in the past. Especially when the vehicle is first turned on, in order for the unit to cool to the desired temperature, it should be blowing the coolest air possible until it reaches that desired temp & it doesn't do that. Spoke with service when I picked vehicle up and once again they told me that they "could not duplicate the problem and to just throw parts in there is expensive". When you pay a lot of money for a vehicle and it doesn't work the way it did previously, you want it fixed.

He understood that my car was old and didn't try to make me bring it in to help find out about a specific part and part number. He provided the information I asked without hesitation. I've delat with some dealers that withhold info if they know you wont be bringin it in. I'll definatley be keeping them in mind in the future!

They had a prize giveaway to lure people in. Made you think you won a TV or something of real value. Actually gave away a $100 gift card for restaurants. Seemed good at first turns out you spend $1-$5 of the gift card to get small discounts with minimum purchases with almost no local options. I would call this a boatload of scam. If I was going to purchase a car I would drive directly past this place to a different dealer. This is not how business should be conducted. Again, boatload of scam.

I had a GREAT experience at Adams Chevrolet in Havre De Grace Md. I purchased a new 2019 Chevrolet Equinox. Nick was very helpful and pleasant. He listened to what I wanted and didn't try to sell me something I didn't. Chris, Todd and Nick went above and beyond for me. They worked hard to find me the best loan and payments i could afford. Herb explained in detail the paperwork prior to me signing. They washed and cleaned my car and gave me 2 oil changes and a free tank of gas. I highly recommend Adams Chevrolet of Havre De Grace Md. I went to the dealership unsure of what I wanted. I knew the price point and payment I wanted. After looking at multiple models, I decided on an Equinox. Not only was my sales experience short and wonderful, they came back with a payment UNDER my requested payment point...... UNHEARD of..... normally they come back with a payment 100-150 more than what I wanted! VERY HAPPY with our experience at Adams Chevrolet with Tom Russo.
